I just stopped at this McDonald's ordered my Coke they didn't tell me how much it was and it didn't come up on the screen he just said pull up. So I pulled up he opened the window and says absolutely nothing so I had to say how much is it and he gave me the total then I gave him the money and he closed the window. Came inside this restaurant for a pickup order this morning, there were many people ahead of me including door dashers. The kiosk screens were turned off and so was the screen to see which orders were being worked on. I tried to cancel the order after 15 minutes and it looks like it went thru but as I left the store and headed to work it said I the order was being completed and could no longer be refunded.. Let me start by saying: I have never written a Yelp review in my life. But after the absolute disaster of an experience I had at this McDonald's, I feel like it's my duty to warn others. I've been to plenty of McDonald's locations over the years, and while I don't expect five-star service from a fast-food place, I do expect the bare minimum: decency, cleanliness, and edible food. This location failed miserably on all three. From the moment I walked in, it was clear things weren't right. The employee at the counter had the worst attitude I've ever encountered in a customer service setting. I asked a simple question about the drink sizes that came with the meal, and instead of just answering like a normal human being, she snapped at me with a rude, sarcastic "Any size," and rolled her eyes. No explanation, no kindness, no effort. It was as if me asking for clarification was an outrageous inconvenience. Trying to stay calm, I placed the order and sat down, only for things to get even worse. My child walked up to the counter a few minutes later, just to ask for some ketchup and a napkin. Instead of being met with basic courtesy, he was completely ignored and then spoken to with the same nasty tone. He came back to the table holding back tears, completely humiliated. It was absolutely heartbreaking to watch. No child should leave McDonald's crying -- it's supposed to be a treat, not a traumatizing experience. Then came the food. And wow. What we received was just unacceptable. The burgers were stone cold -- not warm, not slightly cooled -- cold. The cheese wasn't melted, the buns felt stale, and the entire meal tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The fries? I don't even know how to describe them. They were so hard I actually hurt my tooth biting into one. No salt, no warmth, just sad, old potato sticks that should've been thrown out long before they made it into our bag. Thinking maybe I could at least use the restroom and gather myself, I headed to the bathroom -- and somehow, it was worse than the food. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. One of the toilets was completely clogged and overflowing, with toilet paper all over the floor. There was no soap in the dispensers, which is disgusting enough, but in a post-COVID world? Completely unacceptable. And, of course, no paper towels to be found. Just a filthy, wet mess of a restroom that made me feel more gross walking out than I did walking in. And let's talk about the dining area. I don't know the last time this place was cleaned, but it wasn't anytime recently. There was trash on nearly every table, food on the floors, and every surface was sticky to the touch -- the tables, the seats, even the drink station. The floor literally made a sticky squelching sound when I walked. That is not normal. It's not just gross -- it's unsanitary and dangerous. I didn't even feel comfortable letting my child sit down, much less eat anything. At this point, I honestly started wondering if anyone at this location even cares. It felt like the staff had given up entirely -- no customer service, no hygiene, no effort. I've seen busier McDonald's locations run with ease and friendliness. This one? It was like everyone working there was counting down the minutes to quit and didn't care who they hurt in the process. No manager ever came out to check on anything. No one apologized. No one even acknowledged the chaos. And what's even scarier is that this isn't just a bad experience -- this is a health hazard. Between the filthy conditions, the cold and potentially unsafe food, and the unsanitary bathroom, it honestly feels like the health department should be stepping in. I wouldn't be surprised if this location failed a surprise inspection. In fact, I hope one happens soon because people should not be eating here in its current condition. We ended up throwing most of the food away. My child didn't want to eat anymore after the rude treatment, and I didn't trust the safety of anything we were served. We left feeling worse than we did when we arrived -- disgusted, disappointed, and deeply frustrated. This was supposed to be a quick treat for my kid, and it turned into a nightmare. I will never return to this McDonald's, and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to think twice -- especially if you're bringing children. There are too many McDonald's locations out there that actually care about customers and cleanliness. This one? So the girls were very sweet and kind. I actually went twice on the same day. I went for breakfast and once for lunch. Breakfast I ordered a hash brown, which was cold. Hey Mr Owner or Manager! Tonight at 5:30 we tried to call your store to see if you ice cream machine was working (McD's is running a big push for snicker doodle McFlurry's) and no one answered. So we drove to the store and no parking lot lights were on at 5:45 and no one was in the dining room. We ordered 2 McFlurries and were told that the ice cream machine was already torn down!!! Had a fun (bad) time getting something at Mcdonalds on Union Centre Blvd today. I ordered two cheeseburgers, no pickle add lettuce. Lady puts "add lettuce" and asks if I need anything else. I say "you forgot to add no pickle." She then says my total and pull up. And the screen doesnt change, missing the "no pickle". So clearly all she heard was "no" and just moved along. So now im upset, I get the window and say "before I pay I need to be assured that theres no pickle like I asked listed on the order." And continue to explain how things got messed up. The girl proceeds to get snarky and act a fool and says "sure thing!" In a shit tone. So now im pissed and call her a waste of space and pull up to the next window. Shes pissed now and when I come to the next window shes there again. I just ignore her and roll my window up. Then what I can assume is the cook, manager and her come to give me my food. I check it and it has no pickle like I asked when I was at the first window. They all try and vocally gang up on me and I roll my window up and leave. It's the closest McD's to my house, but today was probably only the third time I'd eaten in. Last time was well over a year ago. Been through the drive-thru a lot though. Would I have stopped in I had checked the Yelp reviews and tips? Probably, as it had been a long day, I was tired and needed some FAST food before heading home and was not in for eating in my car. The food was fresh and hot, but I made some careful observations while eating. First, there was hip hop music, blaring, which I would guess was the choice of the staff. Granted, if you're 19 you might enjoy the atmosphere, but, I think a restaurant should find a mid point of tunes-and volume-that would suit guests of all ages. Then, the cleanliness (or lack thereof). I wouldn't go so far as to say it was wallowing in filth, but there were a number of dirty tables, fries on the floor, etc. It was 7 PM and the place was empty, at least 4 employees were around. I also noticed damage to tables, booth seats and chair backs, like the place is not kept in good repair. The bathroom was unacceptably dirty, including greasy grime on the stall door, lidless trash can with no liner, sink area a mess. The condiment area was also messy and poorly stocked. I agree this is surprising for being in a supposed "upscale" area. This is fault of the owner of course for poor training and supervision of the workers. Ironically there is a contact name and phone number on the door as you leave, presumably the owner, asking for your comments! The drive thru experience here has been ok in terms of food quality, but I learned early on to check the contents of the bag before driving away. Let 'em honk. Better find out now if they gave you NO tarter sauce instead of extra tarter sauce. Hmmm, I'm thinking next time I'll just go that extra mile to the next McD's. read more

This McDonalds is one of the cafe style stores. Most have decent televisions in the dining area, but this one just has 2 smaller tv's that are only visible in a small portion of the store. They also both are on the same channel. The place is reasonably clean, and the service was fast. They have a lounge seating area to further the cafe aspect. Parking / Access are Ok. read more

I'm giving this location 1 star only because you have to when doing a review. They actually deserve negative stars, yes they are that bad. I went last week and thought I might try the new Cheesy Jalapeño Bacon Quarter Pounder. I order this on the app. When I pick up the burger there is NO jalapeños on the sandwich, NONE. When I called the manager Terri said that they were out of jalapeños and she could give me a credit. I asked when the jalapeños would be in and she said Friday. Friday comes I swing by after work to pick up my "credited burger". You guessed it NO F'ing jalapeños AGAIN! This time I checked the sandwich before I left and noticed. Then the girl at the window told me they were still out. Question number 1, why didn't anyone tell me that when I ordered? Question number 2 why did they not mark it unavailable on the app? I mean it's really not a jalapeño burger if there's no jalapeños on the blasted sandwich. Plus I know for a fact they can mark it as unavailable on the app, because they sure do it enough for the ice cream! This is by far the worst McDonald's in this area. Every morning on my way to work you noticed that the parking lights are never on so you never know if they're open. Numerous amount of times I go to the drive through the drive-through displays are on but no one ever answers this place never is open on time. Many times I try to get breakfast for people at work and they're not open in the last month it's been three times I pulled up to the drive-thru and it's not open. This place either needs New Management because if I was the owner of this store I'd be very upset or it needs a new owner it needs to be fixed and corporate McDonald's needs to do something about it read more

Looks fairly new and I really like the store design, but I'm pretty sure truck stops are more clean than this filthy place.
