Every other order is incorrect and they won't process a return without you being present, so if you order DoorDash during your shift and you can't leave work, you're not getting your money back. The manager told the cashier to stop taking orders to get food out, which caused an elderly veteran to leave without ordering as he was forced to stand too long. Every time I go in, I wait an obscene amount of time for my food. I've worked in fast food and I know what busy looks like and they aren't it. Management outright berates customers if they have a question about their order. Someone asked if they make the food when they get an online order or when it's scheduled to be made. Very simple question but they were snarky and rude. read more

It's okay , depends on who's working if you get what you asked for, other days you can get a mystery bag of different peoples orders thrown together. The older workers are the best! The teenagers just goof off and are EXTREMELY RUDE. What more can you expect though it's fast food don't expect a experience. read more

After the remodel, it was a little discombobulated....orders were constantly wrong, workers were really rude, even the manager. We thought, everyone is just not used to all the changes.... Didn't return for a year.... well nothing has changed. The simplest order, got all the way home & everything was wrong ! That's after she repeated it back to us, when we ordered. She just keyed in what she wanted. How ignorant can you be ? To intentionally input the wrong information, while repeating the correct order to the customer. First time visiting Wendy's in a very long time. As I was sitting in the drive-thru​ I was even thinking to myself, who really comes here anymore? We went after the lunch rush hoping it would be a quick in and out. If they had two windows instead of one the line would've moved much faster. Paid almost $8 for two small frosty's and two small fries. Definitely​ wasn't worth it. The sizes were a lot​ smaller then I expected for smalls when comparing them to other fast food chains. The fries lacked seasoning and were old. I've had much better at the McDonald's across the street or BK down the road. read more

I have tried this location a few times. I have been disappointed every single one. The last time they got my order wrong (again). The restaurant is very dirty inside, the bathrooms and tables are all sticky. This location really needed to be renovated or cleaned up. The first and only time I visited this Wendy's was on April 1st of this year. I walked up to the counter with my wife presented the coupon that I had and told the young lady I would like what the coupon offered. The young lady told me that they (Waterville Wendy's) stopped honoring coupons at the end of the month (March 31st). Printed plainly on the coupon was "valid through April 2, 2017" and it was a locally vended coupon. I turned around and left and haven't/won't return. read more

Paid over $17 for two combos and was gravely disappointed in both the service and the food quality. I mean, my god, there was two strands of hair (probably beard due to its wirey texture) in the bacon queso fries, pickles & onions on my boyfriends burger when he asked for none, our regular fries with the other combo were cold & old AND the bun on my own burger was cold. Coming in from out of state I expected the quality that Wendy's usually presents, but this was incredibly disappointing. Cashiers were also inattentive and unkempt. They were laughing near the cook line and telling unrelated stories to each other. Perhaps this is why the food quality is so poor, because they're not checking the food as they prepare it or when it's ready. Food is usually good, staff is friendly, but this location is soooo ... grimy. Dirty. Sticky... It looks and smells like there's mold on the walls (on the hallway to the washrooms). The wood paneling is coming off in spots. The bathrooms are very out of date and need to be seriously cleaned. I was looking above the frying oil yesterday and saw how dirty the ceiling looked above that too. I can't imagine the state of the carpet in the dining area!! We never eat in, always to go. Today I woke up very very sick and that's the only thing I ate different from my husband/usual daily routine. We wont be back until it's renovated/cleaned/given some sort of TLC. read more

Although the food here typically is good, for fast food, the service and order taking skills lack or do not exist. We placed a simple order for a #6 with coke and could you please add cheese to that. Order came, no cheese. We also ordered a potato with cheese and extra sour cream on the side. Again, no cheese and no sour cream. Sandwich was cold and the fries were dry and cold. I went in yesterday for some spicy chicken nuggets, asked the women taking my order to make sure they were fresh, she happened to be a manager, she asked to have some fresh nuggets dropped, another manager said they had been up for four minutes. She hands me my bag, I feel the nuggets and they were cold. They dropped more, but were rude going about it. While waiting, I looked at the manager, she pulled the nuggets before the timer went off, when I asked her if she did, she then lied to me and said 'No' so I asked for my money back. The manager rolled her eye at me and said she only pulled them a few seconds early. One. The timer is there for a reason. Two. Did you really just fight with the customer? Three. I used to be a manager at Wendy's, so I know how things are supposed to work. I will NEVER go to this Wendy's again.
