I went to this Wendy's after work to get some food, their food is always hot and fresh but tonight is completely different. In my $6 biggy bag I got it can with nuggets and fries and my choice of burger, Ate a nugget thinking "this is going to be good" oh boy was I wrong. My nuggets are old, soggy, and cold, Then I moved onto my fires and they tasted hours old, they were hard, and they were also cold. Haven't even dug into my burger because I'm scared that's going to be wrong also. Oh and not to forget they completely messed up the frosty I ordered, I ordered a medium chocolate with carmel and got a plain medium vanilla one. I will never go here again. I would like a whole refund to my order. read more

Stopped in at Wendy's at 5:00 on Sunday. There were 2 other people in the restaurant. I placed my order and then went to use the bathroom. It was the most disgusting thing I have seen. Both toilets were unusable and the smell was nauseating there was no sign on the door nor does it look like anyone has even tried to clean it. When I picked up my food I mentioned it to the worker and asked him if he knew that the woman's bathroom was unusable and he's like um yeah. I told him that maybe they should put a sign up. This is the dirtiest place to eat at. For a restaurant to say to wear a mask and social distance. You would think it would be clean. The bathroom was filthy and our shoes stuck to the floors. Had to wipe down our own tables. One of the tables was falling of the table legs. Someone could get hurt. The food was just ok. But the place needs to be remodeled or rebuilt . Never eat there again. At the cashier, we observed the man monitoring the French fries repeatedly reaching in and grabbing fries and eating them without gloves on. I am becoming a regular to the St. Cloud area, and I like Wendy's fries. A few days ago, I went to the drive thru and ordered just fries there was a long wait, only 1 car in front. When I got my fries, they were not really hot and not fresh. So, I parked and went inside. It was several minutes until someone came to the counter. There was a woman waiting for kid's meals as the kids were sitting at a table. She too looked very annoyed. When someone finally came to the counter, I politely said, these fries don't seem fresh can I please have some fresh ones. Another worker said did you leave the bag open, I believe he was inferring that it was my fault or I was trying to scam them by getting more fries. very insulting! So I waited about 5 minutes for fresh fries. They should have offered to refund my $. The parking lot was dirty with trash and the walkway to the doors had a bunch of ice ,no sand or salt to be seen. Wendy's is a great place to eat. However, this store is poorly managed with rude staff. I will find somewhere else to eat from now on. read more

We had a quick lunch today at this Wendy's. I was having trouble seeing the menu.. I need new glasses lol. The young man at the register Rae asked us if we would like any suggestions. I accepted his offer and he made several great suggestions. He was friendly and helpful with every customer that stepped up to his register.
