The chicken is okay, passable, but bland. The tenders are almost tasteless. If you don't dip them in one of their sauces, it's disappointing. The pictures attached to this review show you the difference between the wings Popeye's advertise and what they serve you IRL. The worst offender on their menu is their biscuit. It's so dry and hard that it might as well be a doorstop. I can't imagine anyone eating those. There is also a problem with items being out of stock, and you can't buy a big box of chicken at this location. I've never met a polite staff member at this location. They sound annoyed when you order, and they lack the incredible care and manners of Chick-fil-A or Cane's. They are an amateur team that shouldn't be running a restaurant that serves our community. The last issue to raise is the price. It is expensive beyond what it should be for low-quality food and rude service. With so many chicken options in St. Cloud, I can't imagine one reason to go back to Popeye's.

The staff did an excellent job keeping tables cleared and the place looked great as always. Of note, since I was alone, I had the opportunity to watch the young lady that had checked me in. Every customer was greeted with the biggest smile, and the veterans were all thanked with sincerity for their service. She epitomized what any established would want from a customer service rep.
