I have had several really good experiences at this drive through recently, so much so that I felt compelled to leave a review, which I rarely do, especially for a fast food place! Then I came here and saw a lot of bad reviews and was pretty surprised. I have liked the dollar menu lately, so have been grabbing it here and there. Every time the food has been made quickly, served hot and tasty, and the service has been great. During one recent trip, one of the cars ahead of me had a huge order, so I had to wait a few minutes. The employee was very kind in addressing my wait, which I wasn't worried about. Just today there happened to be several cars in line when I got there. I was actually shocked how quickly we all moved through, and as usual the staff were super friendly. Maybe they made some changes? Very good food, good service when you order they make sure to get the food right not under cooked or under.

The food here is generally fine but sloppily made and compares poorly to other Taco Bell restaurants. The customer service is incredibly lacking and employees are often rude and seemingly uninterested in their jobs or creating a memorable experience for customers. The latest time I visited this location, we only received half of our food. They handled the situation well and remade our food, but while waiting in the lobby, we noticed it lacked overall cleanliness. Food on the floor and floor mats filled with dirt. read more

Drove in the parking lot late morning to grab a quick lunch on the way to the lake. Parking lot was littered with garbage. When we walked up to the doors, they were filthy, the handle was sticky as I opened the door. Upon entering, the floors were dirty and garbage piled up in all the receptacles. I stayed at a nearby hotel and walking distant eateries are minimal. The first night they have me a Doritos loco instead of a burrito supreme, I sucked it up since they let me in to order. The next night I ordered a crunchy wrap supreme and burrito supreme but got two burritos? Don't worry about taking your time AT THE WINDOW, to check your orders, wtf? They weren't even busy? Bummer....guess I'll eat what I didn't order....boo! If able and if their open, eat at the burger place across the parking lot instead....Bomb food! read more

Waite park taco bell is the worst ever. I have eaten at taco bell for over 25 years. The Waite park location is not worth it. Employees do not care. I was in there today and no one would take my order. I was told to go to the kiosk and order. The kiosk wouldn't work. Screen locked up. Other screen was out of order and no one to help me. Last time I was there I waited a long time to give my order and the chalupas shells were like cardboard. read more

The customer service here is never good, the audacity of the women taking the order to yell at the driver for pulling up over the snow that was stuck under the car is unbelievable. She said "YOU NEED TO STOP MOVING AROUND" like she could've at least said please stop but he pulled up literally 2 inches so he wasnt on the uneven pile of snow. Will not be returning. This is the 2nd time I've been to this location and they forgot 3 or more things from my order. How embarrassing.

I work nearby this taco bell, so usually on my lunch I pop by both the drive thru and sometimes I walk-in. Let me tell you. The service is slow because I believe that they are understaff, and I understand that. But the staff is horrible. Especially the females. They have huge attitudes problems honestly too big for their heads. I just went through the drive- thru to pick up my friends order and wanted to order food for myself as well. And she rudely told me to go inside, because they are only doing one order per car. Which I don't understand. Because I wasn't ordering for my friend, I was literally just picking up her order that she literally already ordered online. But she was just rude. And when I went inside, there was no one at the front. I was waiting and she came up and again told me rudely that I had to order from the kiosk. What are you even working there for? I go to this specific location just because it is superior in every way. It is super clean, everyone is always friendly, my order has always been correct, the service is very quick, and they don't forget the sauce. You can have actual conversations with workers. One guy that works there even complemented my rims while I was going through the drive through. I will always go to this one. 100/10 read more
