Today I had a bad experience with this restaurant for the second time in less than 3 months I ordered my food at 6:21pm, ready supposedly at 6:26pm I pick up the order at 6:45pm, well my order was not ready when I got to the restaurant was missing a decaf coffee, the coffee was cold and I asked for 6 sugars and guess what I had to come home to put sugar and warm it up, I did asked for the manager and he was the one who completed the order, this person was not just rude and not professional but the worst part of this is the he didn't even apologize for the order not been complete he just turn the back on me and walk out to the kitchen, if there was not star would be good but unfortunately I have to rate one star. I forgot to mentioned they had like over 13 employees in there not to have a completed order on time. Very disappointing. read more

I was here a few days ago and was approached by staff, I believe his name was Craig? I was eating and he asked if I had paid for my food, to which I said "yes" and he gave me a look of disbelief. I kept eating and he walked over to a coworker and said "keep an eye on that n**ger over there". I threw the rest of my food away and left. I have never experienced racism like this until now. read more

Placed order online and arrived a minute prior to pick up time. Informed them I was at the parking spot to pick up and their message "will be out shortly". Food was great. The rest is something to be desired. We had a hard time finding a clean table in the place. With all the staff that was standing around behind the counters, you would think that someone could take a rag to the tables, not leave water marks and get the dried food off of them. Next was the dance "party" that two of the girls were having out by the tables. Very unprofessional. I don't care if they were young, dancing has no place in a restaurant by the staff. The final thing was the bathroom. There was black mold growing around the water line in the stool. When was the last time it was cleaned? If it wasn't for the fact that we were on the road, I would have gone elsewhere. The receipt was unreadable. I couldn't even call the manager if I wanted to. That is unless I look up the number on line. Kind of makes you wonder how clean the machines are in back? I would hope that they would be getting more TLC than the rest of the place. 1 star for service. They had a sign on the door stating due to short staff dine in is closed. The door was unlocked and when I walked in there was 13 people working. They had more than enough staff. Just lazy workers not wanting to clean tables. I will not go back to this location. read more

If you're looking for almost-fast food, but want to bypass Burger King and McDonald's, Culver's is a great option. Their burgers really are better, and the frozen custard (with a new flavor each day) is delicious. The food is always freshly prepared, and the burgers aren't just frozen patties. Service is always good, and friendly. Once, when my frozen custard was grainy, the manager compensated me generously with free product. On another occasion, while eating inside, a drive-thru customer decided they didn't want the custard order they had placed. An employee came by and offered it to me. What a pleasant surprise. It's things like this that will keep me returning. Note: Something I find interesting about Culver's is that every time I go there, it's populated by families with children and a lot of older customers. It's just an observation, for whatever it's worth. It tells me that Culver's is popular among people who appreciate good value and higher quality than your standard fast food. read more

Culvers is my go to burger spot! I love that the burgers are fresh made, worth the short wait. I also like the variety of sides: french fries, cheese curds, onion rings, side salad, and more. The flavor of the day frozen custard is a great way to try new combinations of toppings and flavors. If you find one you like, you can have a concrete mixer made with that combo. Drive thru is definitely not drive thru. More like park and wait and wait and wait. Food that was supposed to be hot and fresh was lukewarm and greasy. My dessert was not delivered with my meal. After sitting in my car eating the not hot food because I quickly figured out it would have been stone cold if I waited until I got home, which was my original plan, still no malt. Even asked about it twice. I went inside and the guy said "all I can do is apologize." I asked for my money back and was given it. Will never try this again. Made-to-order items (one of my favorites is the cod sandwich) served hot and fresh with real ingredients (like grated cheese instead of some processed substitute). I hate fast food but i love Culvers. This is the best Culvers I have been to. I feel welcomed when im here cuz the staff is very friendly and clean.
