No problem, we ended up waiting, maybe 15 minutes to get a table. There were 4 of us. That wasn't an issue and the staff was great. We got seated at our table and our waiter, I believe his name was Benjamin, was awesome. Great guy, didn't pressure us to order right away. Gave us time to look and would check in on us. All around great service. He was a 5 star! Even the atmosphere, with it being busy, was what you would expect. A lot of people talking and having a good time, no problems, no issues. We were kind of set back in the corner, which I'm thankful for, because we didn't have the noise from the Brunch area. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the food. With 4 people being served, you would think they would get the fries right? They were over seasoned on everyone's plate, horribly over seasoned. You might as well have been dipping them straight into the container of whatever seasoning was on them. Of the 4 orders of French fries, we left 2 orders on the table. I ordered the Gastro Pub Bison Burger, medium. Benjamin even started it was going to have some pink in the middle, and I said yes. The ticket even stated it. I don't know why they even put it on the ticket if they're going to cook it done. The burger ended up being over cooked and dry. It was a Bison burger, so there's plenty of moisture in those burgers when cooked to medium. This thing comes out as a little nothing sized burger. I wasn't impressed with it at all. My wife's order, Spinach and Artichoke Chicken Sandwich, came out good and she ate it all and really enjoyed it. One daughter had ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. She's had them before at other places and was excited to try their's. Came out ok except for the, what she stated as being too spicy. And again, the fries were over seasoned. My other daughter order a Spicy Dill Flatbread, which turned out really good. She was the only one of us who did like the over seasoned fries. Now when it comes to food, I never send anything back and i don't say anything because we might not be done with ordering. I have the biggest fear about retaliation. You hear the stories from someone you know, of possibly something being a little sketchy when food is reordered or it comes back out, so I just don't do it. I have been here before and it is pretty much the same as I remember it. The staff being great, but the food just being not worth it. The funny thing is it's the Chef's name is on the door when you come in the building. If I was him, I'd be a little embarrassed that his cooking staff can't do a medium burger and do some retraining. At least watch what the cooking staff is doing while preparing food that his name is associated with. I don't need to go back there and eat.

Went here on recent vacation. Didn't seem to be many servers but we were seen right away. The entrance area (where we waited for our food) looked like a collection of knick knacks but standing there for a while, I realized it's a very unassuming small store (shirts, mugs, etc). Might be awkward standing room if there was a lot of waiting but we didn't hit it. Despite it being lunchtime (slightly late), they had breakfast options available. Thus, I got a parfet (#5) as well as a meet you at the mill (basically meat flatbread "pizza"). SO got a wobegon salad and a nitro cold brew. The menu warns the flatbread is for 1-2. I could have finished it but decided to split it into 2 meals. My SO did the same thing with their salad (supplimented by chips from another locale - neither of the above come with any sides). All the food was good. They have carry out and dine in options and even flatware for both. SO noticed they were (may not be anymore) voting for a new thing on their site, so they're still in the development phase somewhat. I also noticed one of the flatbreads on their menu was not on the hotel menu, furthering that belief. Small dings: * There's an unstated (as far as I saw) credit card surcharge of 3%. A few businesses do this because they are charged fees to use credit cards and pass that along to the customers rather than soaking it. This is their right tho I've always found a little shady when not stated, like the food costs an additional 3% more. * Respectfully, their pictures of the establishment here (on Yelp) IMO make it seem bigger than it is. Again that is their right to stage but just wanted to share that. It was not busy at all when we went. Neither of those things detract from stars IMO. I was also surprised there was a drive through. No reason not to but I didn't see any mention of that and even driving by it didn't see it. There also appeared to be outside seating tho no-one was using it. Some of the parking spots seem sort of awkward but the traffic was so light we didn't have any issue. Your milage may vary. There was a signed entrance and exit to the parking however the way we left you basically have to drive by the entrance to exit, so, confused out of towners may cause some chaos ;) All in all, I'd go back but I may pay cash and/or tip less because of the credit card charge.

I went for the three-meat omelette, which included three eggs, hashbrowns, and toast. My wife opted for a Denver omelette, skipping the mushrooms, along with a side of French toast. It was your classic diner breakfast--thankfully, we didn't find any hair, nails, or Band-Aids in our food! The hashbrowns were a standout for me; they tasted freshly made rather than frozen. We also got regular coffee, which was just okay. The service was satisfactory--our server was around but not particularly engaging, which was alright.
