This Wendy's is a -0 star rating. They didn't have ice for the drinks, they are serving people room temp drinks, The line of cars be at the entrance of main rd. They have 2 windows, but only the 2 second window be open, handling money and food at the same window is not sanitary. Employee had on a plastic broken glove taking money at the 2nd window and trying to give customer their food with that glove on. This store is never open. Went there today and was told "we are short staff" sorry. Went there yesterday and they were so short staffed you could only order through the drive through. I made it through college on the Wendy's Dollar Menu! Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, Biggie Fry, and a Frosty cost me $3.15 after tax. Not gonna lie, I don't care if the beef is fresh, never frozen if I have to spend triple what I used to. Portions are smaller, price is higher, and staff all seem like they hate life. Do twice as much as you're doing now for $4.75/hr and see how much you like it. Work hard, care about what you do, and learn to be what you want to be. That is what the job is there for. Since Wendy's doesn't actually want to receive feedback, I have to do it here publicly instead. Went through the drive-thru and started giving my order. Was immediately interrupted after saying the first item with the question, "Do you want the sandwich or the meal?" If I wanted the meal, I would have asked for the meal. But I didn't say that to her. I just said, "Sandwich." Finally finished my order after being interrupted twice more. Why don't you just let me tell you what I want and if you have any questions when I'm done, you can ask them then. You're not making this process go any faster by interrupting people. After I paid, she said, "Go pull up by the door." And then closes her little window and walks away before I even have a chance to look up. So I pull up to the door and wait for a full ten minutes. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE THERE! And before you think, "You must have said something or done something to piss them off." They didn't give me a chance to say my order, let alone anything else. Finally, another girl comes out the side door and, (I kid you not), tosses the bag at me and turns back to the door while the thing is still in mid-air. I wanted to give Wendy's direct feedback, but I wasn't given a receipt. (Which is another thing that pisses me off). Because you not only can't get an issue resolved without a receipt, you can't leave feedback without a receipt because you need to store number to be able to even begin the survey. You can't look that up on the web and you can't call the restaurant to ask what their store number is because it's a voicemail that is full. So, no receipts, no ability to find a store number without a receipt, and no way to contact the actual store makes me think that Wendy's doesn't actually want any feedback from you. But, with customer service like this, it doesn't surprise me. read more

Wendy's 190 South Main Rd Vineland, NJ 08360 Too many young people working at this location, no work ethic or leadership from the owner/operator down. I went to this location on April 11th placed my order at the drive thru, when I got home I didn't receive the right order, no big deal mistakes happen. When I returned, the young man at the window thought it was funny that my order was wrong. After waiting 10 minutes for the correct order, another wrong order was brought out. The young man that brought this order out acted very unprofessional, so rather then risk my order being messed with, I ask for my money back. Waiting another 20 minutes for my refund, I went to the drive thru window to see what's taken so long and the same young man that messed up my order thought it was "very funny" that I was still waiting. I called corporate wendy's and told them from start to finish about my experience at this location. They were very apologetic and said someone would contact me. A few days later I received a call from the owner/operator "Rob Rone" once again the whole story was explained to him and he said he would handle his staff. To this day there are NO changes to this location. Also the staff that work there do not wear hair nets, nets for their un keep & unprofessional beards, not wearing gloves, or mask. Debated about writing negative review, but after giving them a second chance (and nothing had improved) - I am convinced it's the best approach. Friday, July 9, 2021 approximately 9:30 pm. Very disappointed with the service from start to finish. First, the person taking my drive through order spoke so quickly I could not understand, then immediately became hostile when I asked her to repeat. Even when she repeated, she did not mention I had to have exact change if using cash. When I got to the window, I was told they had no bottle waters, that's okay but I was then upcharged because I changed my drink to a Frosty. My total was now $9.27 so I gave her a $5.00 and five $1.00 - of which one bill was literally thrown back at me saying it wasn't real. Of course it was real, but I wasn't going to quibble so I gave her another $1.00 bill. She gave me my Frosty and bag and then proceeded to tell me that I would not be getting my $0.73 because they don't have any change. WHY should a customer be shorted change because the restaurant is not prepared for business??? Also, the fries were totally rubbery-the dogs didn't even like them. Poor costumer service and their employees are liars saying they don't have things and other walking from the back with the stuff

I have only been here twice, and each time sucked. First time my food was cold, and the cheese tasted like it just came from the freezer. My soda was flat, and they was missing items. Second time, I ordered the baconator fries..the bacon wasn't fully cooked, and it was literally one slice of bacon broken in thirds. Just stick to the delsea drive location. The management needs to retrain the employees on food prep. read more

What's to be said?! A new Wendy's in an area needing one. Service is ALWAYS good and food is consistent. We've only done drive-thru but in a pinch it's recommended fast food for sure. If you have your Frosty key fob, don't forget to tell them and get your free junior Frosty! I just visited your location through the drive thru and ordered a spicy Caesar salad (full), side salad, large fry, crispy chicken sandwich, medium green tea, and 10 piece nuggets. Guess what they forgot? Dressing for the salads, napkins, BBQ sauce as well as a straw for the drink.
