Today, I went to McDonald's Restaurant #5876. My order #1314. I used the drive thru. I ordered the 6 McNuggets happy meal and a filet-O-Fish meal. When I got home the nuggets were missing from the happy meal, my filet-O-Fish meal was hard and cold, as well as the fries. This is not the 1st time my meal was not good. I am going to give all McDonalds a break and keep my hard-earned money in my pocket. Truly Disappointed...... read more

First off, No I Did Not Place My Order On The App, that's why I pulled up to the speaker box! Second, learn how to properly clean and maintain the ice cream machine or get rid of it. If a piece of equipment is "down" 75% of the time I visit, it needs to go. And lastly, why can I eat at a sit down restaurant cheaper than I can at McDonald's? Service is so bad, I'll never visit again. Service has never been good, but they always find to find ways of underserving what was previously thought to be an all-time low. I decided to give this place another chance. I went in and there were two folks in front of me who had ordered. I ordered. Fifteen minutes later I demanded my money back. Congratulations!! After 20+ years of visiting this particular location, I finally received a 100% accurate and complete order. Normally there would be something missing, something wrong, something poorly assembled, something broken, something partially wrapped, something questionable... you get the idea. However, my recent order was perfect! I ordered 1 McGriddle, 1 Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel, 2 Hash-browns, 1 Medium Coffee, 1 Medium Orange Juice, napkins, 1 straw, 1 coffee stirrer, 3 creamers, and 3 sugar packets. I never thought the day would come that I would receive perfection from a McDonalds drive thru!! Would have been nice if the employee were to say "thank you" during our 15 second exchange of money for food, but I'll let that slide in lieu of receiving an accurate order for once!! Probably the worst McDonald's ever. The kiosk for ordering is worthless...let me talk to a human. Went to the counter and a guy is taking orders from phone to the single employee I see. The customer service here sucks. i ordered the 20 pc nugget meal, where it comes with 2 med drinks and 2 medium fries. After pulling off, i noticed i was missing a a med fry, which is so common for this Mcdonalds. My son went in and got the med fry. then I noticed they did not give me my med soda that came with it. So I went in,and toldthem I was also missing a soda with my order. The girl working goes over to the manager, and says" Oh, now she is saying she is missing a medium soda now." So the manager comes over, I showed her my reciept, and explained how I was missing a med fry, and drink...she starts saying to me"No, No No...listen here...the value bundle doesnt come with drinks, its 2 Big Macs, 2 Cheeseburgers, a 10 pc nugget, and 2 med fries...NO Drinks!! "" I said Well OK, but I didnt order the bundle...genius...I ordered the 20 pc nugget meal , and just look on my reciept...so finally she glances at it,rolls her eyes,and said "ugh! just give her a small drink, and slams the small drink cup on the counter and walks away...NO, I am supposed to get a MEDIUM drink not a small, I payed for a medium drink.
