Anyway- I visit chick-fil-A confidently knowing that I am going to have an easy transaction. When I visit Mc or King, I think to myself "what is the b******* they I'm going to have to deal with today? No straw? No napkins? No ketchup despite my order of fries? A Dr Pepper where my Coke should have been? Or someone else's order altogether?"
