The most reliable experience in fast food. Actually fast, but also HOT, crispy (if that's what you ordered) and delicious. Occasionally still get a geometry problem but mostly sandwiches put together with care - toppings and condiments where they are supposed to be. read more

Very quick and very good customer service but I asked for bbq sauce and I got something different than bbq sauce but other than that I haven't had a problem with this Chick-fil-A. read more

Food is always good and they really bend over backwards to help. The attention to detail is amazing (mouthwash cmon!) all around awesome place read more

I don't know what it is about Chick- fil -A. I order salads with no meat but they give me bacon practically every time. I end up having to pull forward and wait for a new salad. At least I hope. I stopped going for a while and started back when I was in Orlando and the same thing happened at the Daryl Carter Pkwy location. I had bacon on my salad after stressing no meat and no bacon. What do I need to say when ordering to keep this from happening? read more

This is the lord's chicken! One time my wife came home from picking up food and claimed they messed up her order! Chick-fil-A does not mess up orders, people mess up ordering! Only place that could have 100 people in line and only a 10 minute wait. Never trust anyone who doesn't like Chick-fil-A ! read more

[721] Like most Chick Fil A's it's a well run machine. Passing thru so used the drive thru. The drive thru line was super long and the ordering window was close to the building (see pic) Ordered a lemonade but wish they would have asked about the size instead of just giving me the large. I tossed half of it. They could use a digital screen to see what is in your order If I am in the area I would go again but be conscious of the size read more

Couldnt ven give me sauce, horrible service, and servers are in a bad mood. Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Vineland, New Jersey

Me and my wife come here often and is our "go-to " when we want something quick . Store is clean including the bathrooms and the staff is friendly. I usually get the nuggets but sometimes go crazy and get a chicken sandwich. Tip of the day is you can order a larger fry them what comes with your meal. I've never had a bad experience or a bad meal from here and until I do... Chick-fil-A it is. 5 star is compared to other fast food restaurants . read more

As with most Chic Fil A's - the staff here are excellent. Shockingly good for a fast food joint. Easily 12 cars in the drive through when I arrived, and even though I was dining in I noticed that the line was moving and there were 3-4 staff on foot along the drive through line to streamline the process. Impressive. I saw an employee drop a customer's fries and I kid you not they were cleaned up and off the floor in under one minute. I ate at a table and had a manager who was making his rounds ask me if everything came out ok, and another staff member offered to refill my drink. Unheard of fast food service. This place handled an unbelievably busy lunch rush like champs. I'll go back next time I'm in the area. read more

Yeah, I like the food. I just really wish they wouldn't kill all the seagulls to get the meat. They are post to be church people but they're not very ignorant and disrespectful managers and everything they should shut it down read more

Food is always cold, and almost always missing part of my order... I don't understand why everyone loves this place

We've stopped at this Chick-fil-A a few times on the way down the shore. Like probably every Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, it is well run and not like a typical fast food place. We have ordered on the app and picked up multiple times and everything was perfect. I feel like the chicken is especially good at this location too. On our most recent visit, they had just opened back up the dining room so we decided to sit inside. The inside was perfectly clean and looked like it had been newly done. This was my daughters first time really eating in a Chick-fil-A because of covid and they had nice clean high chairs with disposable place mats that stick to the table. The workers were great. Some of my menu favorites here are: the chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, the Mac and cheese, the lemonade, the milkshakes. You really can't go wrong here. Be sure to have the app set up so you can earn rewards for your order. read more

Chick Fil A? Love their food but at the same time it's frustrating to have found out that they use MSG in the breading and buns. Excellent food but gotten very expensive over the years. Staff and service are the best in the industry. Treat me like family no matter which location. read more

The best chicken sandwich, Mac & Cheese and lemonade you can have in your life, the employees there are very nice people they are always smiling even if it's raining and they have to be outside they keep positive. You just have to see that there's always a long line there. I will recommend them to make something about the traffic because if your going to the mall the chick fil a line it's going to made your trip longer. I always wonder what it is about employee training at chick-fil-A that makes all of their employees responsible and professional people. I can honestly say that I have never had an issue with service in every visit I have ever had. They are polite, sweet, friendly, and helpful. I don't feel like I am somehow imposing on their personal time like I do when I visit literally any other fast food business I visit. They also have the older gentleman in the dining area who helps guests and offers refills and checks to see if anyone needs anything. That guy is awesome. Anyway- I visit chick-fil-A confidently knowing that I am going to have an easy transaction. When I visit Mc or King, I think to myself "what is the b******* they I'm going to have to deal with today? No straw? No napkins? No ketchup despite my order of fries? A Dr Pepper where my Coke should have been? Or someone else's order altogether?" read more

Do not let the long line deceive you they have one of the fastest drive thrus I've ever seen. Service is amazing and speedy accuracy is applied. read more

While chick-fila-As food is always immaculate, the last 5 times I've gone I've ordered the 30 count nugget. The nuggets have been great and fries great. In saying that I've asked for chick-fil-A sauce and other sauces to go along with my nuggets. I've received only TWO sauces for 30 nuggets in the past 4/5 times I've ordered it. The last time I went I went with my little brother who also wanted sauces for his meal, we got FOUR sauces total for an 8 count and a 30 count. I remember the days when you'd ask for sauce at this chick-fil-A and we'd get atleast 6-7. I understand cutting cost but come on. Hope it gets better. read more

The only bad thing is that they don't sell their frozen iced coffee at this location. This location has a fantastic staff, and they are always super friendly. This location is pretty quick for being super busy. #PSA: if you have kids substitute the toy for ice cream. It's worth the swapat no additional cost. They call it an Icedream read more

I rarely rate fast food, but these guys at Chick-fil-A consistently deliver quality and service. The service in particular is better than many high priced options at any meal time. Really this is my only five star fast food chain for quality, service, cleanliness, customer care, and smiles. read more

I've been here several times, and each time is good. I usually do take-out, but the times I've eaten there have been fine as well. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and when I ate there, I noticed the place was clean. If a place can't stay clean, I won't bother with it, but this place was fine. Out of all the fast food type places in Cumberland County, I'd say this one is the best. In this area, McDonalds and such are generally busy because of their dollar menu, but this place is also busy all the times I've been there. That says something. read more

This location has got it together in terms of service. I called in a small catering order in our way to the shore. They had it ready when we arrived. We added some items once we arrived at the location. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that they forgot to include our sauces. But all in all a very good experience, especially since it was dinner time and they were VERY busy!! read more

The BEST RESTAURANT EVER. Their customer service and the fact that they serve their food in 2 minutes makes it a popular choice for me and my family to eat at there pretty often. I love the salty fries and the chicken sandwiches! They try everything they could, from mouthwash machines to their excellent customer service. I love every part of this restaurant. Never had a bad experience here. The place is always clean, the employees are cheerful and never have a bad attitude, and the food is good. Only thing is, when they're busy, there's no place to sit. read more

Literally annoyed as i order at 10:30 to get breakfast, order in line, verify that they have my breakfast order, wait in line and then be told yeah "We just ran out". But you can order from our lunch menu. I ask well can't you just make one? "She says no sorry" you cam buy from our lunch. No I came here for breakfast. "Ok it's refunded" have a nice day. This is ridiculous. Literally mad that every ornery chick fil a in the world will do whatever it takes to make things right and she literally dismissed anything I had to say. Im literally annoyed enough that I pulled over to write a review of how short and excusatory that lady was. Worst experience ever, literally no other choices, get lunch. Then I get through a long line and then get talked to by a customer and threatened to get runover by another customer. Now gm comes out and talks to me. was cool but the girl in there was not good. read more

Chick Fil A used to be THE place to go for chicken sandwiches. But I've found out that both the chicken patty and bun has MSG in them. I've written CFA and asked them to remove it from their sandwiches. I do have to say that if businesses ran as efficiently as Chick fil A does we'd be in great shape. I love their food but not the MSG read more

I am a fan of the customer service here. Chick-fil-A knows how to impress the customer. Never been a huge fan of this franchise, but since this one opened, we have gotten food here plenty as my wife likes it. I have come to like the #1 with cheese. They serve waffle fries, which aren't my favorite, but these have grown on me. The only issue I ever had was they messed up a take-out order and I had to drive all the way back. They were apologetic and made right on the mess up. And it was only once. read more

This is the only fast food place that I eat chicken nuggets at. They used to be very accurate and paid attention to detail. That wasn't the case this morning. I ordered the 4 ct chicken minis and they looked as if they just threw them in the box very sloppy I may add. Also I asked for sauce to get all the way home to find it never made the trip. I was again disappointed with my bagel being burnt! And to think I had a taste for this all week. read more

The first time I walked into this chic-fil-a I was absolutely amazed with the customer service. The employees here are very cordial and nice.
