I always wonder what it is about employee training at chick-fil-A that makes all of their employees responsible and professional people. I can honestly say that I have never had an issue with service in every visit I have ever had. They are polite, sweet, friendly, and helpful. I don't feel like I am somehow imposing on their personal time like I do when I visit literally any other fast food business I visit. They also have the older gentleman in the dining area who helps guests and offers refills and checks to see if anyone needs anything. That guy is awesome. Anyway- I visit chick-fil-A confidently knowing that I am going to have an easy transaction. When I visit Mc or King, I think to myself "what is the b******* they I'm going to have to deal with today? No straw? No napkins? No ketchup despite my order of fries? As with most Chic Fil A's - the staff here are excellent. Shockingly good for a fast food joint. Easily 12 cars in the drive through when I arrived, and even though I was dining in I noticed that the line was moving and there were 3-4 staff on foot along the drive through line to streamline the process. Impressive. I saw an employee drop a customer's fries and I kid you not they were cleaned up and off the floor in under one minute. I ate at a table and had a manager who was making his rounds ask me if everything came out ok, and another staff member offered to refill my drink. Unheard of fast food service. We've stopped at this Chick-fil-A a few times on the way down the shore. Like probably every Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, it is well run and not like a typical fast food place. We have ordered on the app and picked up multiple times and everything was perfect. I feel like the chicken is especially good at this location too. On our most recent visit, they had just opened back up the dining room so we decided to sit inside. The inside was perfectly clean and looked like it had been newly done. This was my daughters first time really eating in a Chick-fil-A because of covid and they had nice clean high chairs with disposable place mats that stick to the table. The workers were great. Some of my menu favorites here are: the chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, the Mac and cheese, the lemonade, the milkshakes. You really can't go wrong here. While chick-fila-As food is always immaculate, the last 5 times I've gone I've ordered the 30 count nugget. The nuggets have been great and fries great. In saying that I've asked for chick-fil-A sauce and other sauces to go along with my nuggets. I've received only TWO sauces for 30 nuggets in the past 4/5 times I've ordered it. The last time I went I went with my little brother who also wanted sauces for his meal, we got FOUR sauces total for an 8 count and a 30 count. I remember the days when you'd ask for sauce at this chick-fil-A and we'd get atleast 6-7. I understand cutting cost but come on. Hope it gets better. read more
