For some reason I am not a huge fan of this franchise, but frankly, there's nothing that has ever been terribly wrong. I think it is more I am not impressed with the help. I don't eat a lot of fast food these days, but we found ourselves here in-between events. Food was prepared properly and promptly. No issues. The drive-thru is usually accurate, which is something to behold these days as most seem to frig things up around here. Firstly the manager Dominick does nothing but yell and scream every time I come into the place, I'm ordering and it's hard to hear the girl I'm ordering from because he is yelling so loud, this isn't the first time that's happened. I then get my food which was simple enough (whopper with cheese no pickles) and they put pickles on it so whoever the supervisor is, isn't doing their job, I then go to ask about getting a new sandwich and they don't make a new one, I just watch the girl hand it back to whoever made it and have them take the pickles off instead of remaking it. So now I take my "new" sandwich back to eat and low and behold I it still tastes like pickles. Time after time I've had unpleasant experiences here and I don't intend on ever coming back. And some advice to Dom, maybe if you ran your legs as much as your ran your mouth you'd be in better shape. read more

I had the WORST experience ever at this BK restaurant. A very hostile, cruel and disrespectful customer cursed me out, snatched my coupons out of my hand, threw it over the counter, while calling me a bitch, saying that i'm done ordering and my turn was over. After cursing me out, snatching, crumbling up and throwing my coupons over the counter, he left the store and the MANAGER/STAFF NEVER SAID A WORD, WHILE I WAS BEING VERBALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY ATTACKED. The inconsiderate customer humiliated and embarrassed me to the point that I was afraid for my safety and well-being at this BK restaurant. After the man left the store, I asked the manager how he could allow a customer to come in and treat me like that, the manager says "that's life, deal with it"... SMH, The manager continued to say, "What did you want me to do, jump over the counter and slap him?" I expressed my disappointment in the handling of the situation and kindly asked the manager if I could have another set of coupons, and again, the "MANAGER" says "Well what do you want, the crumbled coupons that's in the trash? I was beyond humiliated and disgusted over the event and how the circumstances were handled. I decided to call Corporate and file a complaint against the establishment and the so-called Manager "Eddie". I will NEVER visit this establishment again. Safety is an issue at this restaurant, especially at night, no comp was offered for experiencing this unforeseen situation. I will say that once my adult children heard of what happened, unbeknown to me they went straight to the store to ask the Manager Eddie, how would they like it if someone spoke to their mother like that? The "Manager" Eddie was very rude, which didn't help matters, and literally called the police to protect himself from an unwanted conversation, but couldn't call the cops to protect me from an enraged and hostile customer???? This Burger King has friendly staff and is usually pretty clean, but best of all it has an outdoor play area. Sure it's a little faded and old, but my kids love it. We were so happy to stumble upon this place to give us an inexpensive play option besides Chick-Fil-A. Only big complaint? There's only one table outside so multiple families can sit out there and let their kids play. read more

Not sure how they are still open. Ordered a Bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The bacon was missing. Was not offered cream and sugar for my coffee, and the hash browns sat on the tray for 2:20 seconds while the sandwich assembler assembled my bacon egg and cheese biscuit, yet still forgetting the bacon. read more

I have banned this Burger King. They are stupid. I had a coupon where you buy 4 or 5 value meals and get one free. They refused to mark off 2 value meals paid for saying it was only one marked per trip. I was in the drive through and the girl was giving me a hard time. Later I looked at the card and it said nothing of the sort. The chick was making up her own rules. What difference does it make if I buy one value meal on 5 different occasions or 5 at once, Im still entitled to my free value meal. This is not the only ridiculous experience Iv had here but it definately was the straw that broke the camels back. Ill drive 2 more min to McDonalds. read more
