The only person who does there job is Elizabeth the shift manager, this place is mind blowing .. it's dirty nothing is fresh and the general manager is extremely unprofessional and rude to her and the customers . Iv seen it myself I hear him talking to people and it blows my mind. I have personally been treated badly by crew members. The kitchen looks a mess and my food is never fresh I enjoy wendys but this location is terrible... also my food is never made correctly food is being wasted all the time because of that . Elizabeth is very friendly and deserving but the rest of the crew have been rude and unprofessional. I have had to have my food re made up to 3 times and still does not taste fresh , the health department needs to check this place and speak to the actual district manager, stuff needs to be replaced .. you can tell when you are inside ordering. I'm not quite sure if this location should get more than a 3 star rating, but for now it stands. Wendy's usually stands tall as one of my favorite fast food restaurants on account of their baked potato and chili, which I have a tendency to order once in a blue moon when I'm hungry and nothing seems to be clicking for me. However, most of my experience with Wendy's stems from my time in North Carolina, where I frequented them quite often since they were more readily available there. These locations tend to have soda fountains that are located on the dining room floor and condiment packets readily available on a kiosk. Not so with this location. The reason why I mention this is because it gets so busy, that getting a refill is a pain. Also, if you forget to ask for ketchup when you order, prepare for your food to get cold, because you might have to wait a while. It's not the fault of the counter staff. They are actually quite pleasant and easy to get along with. It's not fair to blame them for the crappy service design flaws. Then again, maybe they are doing it for a reason. I can only imagine how many college students steal condiments and napkins from them. read more

I can't believe I'm actually going to write a review on a fast food joint! I think it's been two or three years since I've eaten at Wendy's. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the grubbin' food was here. My daughter and I needed a quick bite to eat so we walked here from our house. The manager was very cheerful and friendly. I wanted to tell him that he qualified for Chick-fil-A friendliness and he could make a lot more money working as a manager there. As a matter fact you could make a lot more money working at Chick-fil-A as a regular worker than he could as a manager at Wendy's! But I digress. I had a regular number one combo which was a quarter pound cheeseburger and fries and drink and I must say I did enjoy the cheeseburger and I enjoyed their fries. The bun was good, the hamburger patty was good, and I appreciated that it came with leaf lettuce. My daughter ordered a half salad Asian cashew and it was still pretty big. The regular size salad is HUGE! I haven't eaten at a McDonald's for even longer. I probably haven't eaten at a McDonald's for a good 15 years. I can't imagine McDonald's being as good as this Wendy's. For a fast food place, I think this is worth coming to. read more

I am a deaf woman who have been living in Tucson for a year and half and I have went to Wendy's few times and those experiences was horrible. They are not exactly too patient with me when I am typing out my order or writing it out. They constantly mess up my order to the point where I have to unpack everything at the place and check them all. If anything is missing or isn't supposed to be on there, I would point it out and get some attitude in return. Last two times I went there put the final nail in the coffin, both of those times I personally watched the crew handle everyone's food without gloves at all. Last time was a month ago, I was grabbing food to go so I can bring them to my fiancé since he's working. I told them to remake my food again because I saw them not wearing any gloves at all and a black woman who is in charge of fries and tater tots exclaimed that it was bullshit and was seriously bitching, not realized that I could lip read. I called her out and the manager came over but she didn't really do anything at all, just kept apologizing and trying to quiet me down but when it comes to other people dealing with my food, I don't take this kindly. So if you guys want complete strangers putting their bare hands all over food that will go into your mouth, this is the place for you. read more

Went and got a hamburger through the drive threw here about 8 pm and and the hamburger wasn't cooked I noticed the kitchen floor was dirty with trash on the floor and it looked like I caught them all goofing off in the store with me the only one in the drive threw and nobody was inside but the employees would never go back to this fast food place I guess they figured I would it it at night not knowing it was undercooked but I took it home and took a bite I was to tired to mess with them clowns this place doesn't deserve a star. read more

The woman who said she was one of the managers was too rude. I explained to her that none of my family eats red meat, so if she could substitute the cheeseburger for the budget chicken and which was the same price. She was not very nice when I asked her for the substitution, even when I explained that we were told on the phone that we could. I'll never go back to that store again. We went up the street to jack in the box. We were able to get what we wanted for around the same price. I went in to this location recently and I was not impressed. I had the pretzel burger, which was pretty good (well, the bun was the best part). My issue was the lady at the counter taking my order, her name was Genieva or something. It's not that she was rude or anything, it was more like, she kept telling me her personal life when I did not ask for it, a lot of very unprofessional information that did not need to be said. Came here thinking I could get some good Wendy's like I do in Chandler, not the case. Ordered a chicken bacon Cobb salad and two kids meals. I drove up to the window and the lady at the window kept complaining how she just couldn't do the register anymore and needed somebody else to do it as she had a headache and she couldn't stand. She also kept yelling that they no longer had any large Cobb salads only small. other employees were arguing with her about this it took them about 10 minutes just to give me my drink. And another 10 to 15 minutes to finally give me my Cobb salad, after an older lady took over. I also had to make sure that my order was correct since they took so long and the other lady kept saying they had no more salad sizes. Never again. read more

So I'm on my way home, famished and needing to pee like a racehorse, I just wanted to stop somewhere convenient and close to my house that had a drive thru... Wendy's it was. On this hot day, I didn't have the luxury of parking my truck and going inside to use the restroom and then ordering my food because I had my two puppies in the vehicle with me and obviously couldn't leave them in there. I give my order, pay, get my food (didn't have time to check the bag like I should've), and race home because, at this point, I'm sweating from all it effort and willpower it is taking me to not piss myself. Made it home, THANK GOD, and can now turn my attention to satisfying my hunger. I open my bag and am immediately disappointed. My fries are missing. I annoyingly eat my burger and notice the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger is missing too. I took a peek at my receipt just to make sure I was given the order I wanted. Whoever took my order didn't even put fries on my order, they put a Sprite... I didn't even get a Sprite at the window and gave me the wrong dang burger. Happy to have such a convenient Wendy's. Happy they are open until midnight now. Happy that it seems their employees have improved. Not happy to have received soggy fries. The drive thru is not very welcoming compared to other Wendy's but it is Tucson and maybe up to par by Tucson standards. All in all, will return! read more

My son and I went to this location for a quick dinner tonight. My family has been to this location on numerous occasions (each time there's something wrong) nothing MAJOR. Tonight when we went, the sodas we ordered, were half full and a very large unusual amount of ice. My son is 9 years old and literally finished his drink in for drinks. All of our fries were COLD, not even warm. The French fry container that they come in were a little less than half way full, so we thought they fell out in the bag... NOPE, they were just half way filled with cold ass fries. My sons nuggets? COLD and DRY. My burger? The meat patty was OFF the bun and wrapped and torn in half inside the foil wrap it comes in. I've only written one bad review in my time being here on Yelp. Usually (specially for fast food joints) if the food wasn't up to par or the service was shitty, I just let it go.
