Hard to believe things could get worse here, but that was our sad experience today. To get to the point: the spicy chicken sandwich was so fibrous, so chewy, that it was inedible. Really. The panko fish sandwich was so bland as to almost vanish in the mouth. It was a dreary sandwich, and we decided quickly it was not edible either. What a waste. The fries were ok, the young woman behind the counter was pleasant, the restaurant was clean, but -- if you can't eat the food, what's the point? Our recent experiences here have been uniformly bad; we don't plan on returning anytime soon. read more

This was an okay Wendy's experience. My visit today was reasonable with a short wait for my food to be prepared and a clean dining room. The burger was assembled properly and it was fresh and hot. I thought it was a great idea to have a salad for lunch. Since Wendy's is super close to work I ordered a Cobb salad through drive thru . When I got back to work I opened it up and see these dark hard pieces of something in my salad. I realize it's CHICKEN!! EEEWWW!! Super rock hard, old and disgusting! The employees were all very nice, and the kitchen appeared to the clean. The food was good, you know, as good as fast food ever is. It hit the spot! The bar with straws, napkins, spoons, etc was mostly well stocked. One of the ketchup containers was near empty, and I got confirmation of such when a spray of ketchup almost hit my shirt. The restaurant itself though is never quite clean. It's not painfully gross, but there's always straw wrappers on the floor, all the tables are different heights, and it feels as though it was furnished with findings from a Wendy's garage sale. This location and staff is absolute trash. I love Wendy's...but going here is a nightmare every time. Fast food has become slow food. Always cold and hard burgers/fries/nuggets. Staff is utterly useless. God forbid you customize an order in the app its like they don't know how to read basic things. They get mad if you ask for no ice, forget to take off ingredients that people are allergic to, frosty's have been liquid multiple times. Stay away from here. read more

Idk what happened to this place. This Wendy's was the best Wendy's in CT- hands down. The service was fast and friendly, and the burgers were always in point - they didn't skimp out on the veggies. The cheese burger delux was a delux. When going through drive through. The service was fast and refreshingly friendly and they never forgot to say "Thank you" Now, however, it Feels contaminated with the rude entitled attitude that so many who work in the SERVICE industry seem to carry. Like most places these days, There's no "Thank you" with a friendly smile anymore. They instead wait for you to thank them for PAYING them money for them to hand over the food the cooks cooked. Idk when or how THE SERVICE INDUSTRY started getting this notion that it was the customers who needed to thank them for PAYING them money, but here we are. I had thought this Wendy's was an exception to that awful trend till my last few visits. The workers became your typical weirdly rude cashiers that demand gratitude from their paying customers. The burgers are off. The cheese burger deluxe is no longer a delux- they cheap out in veggies, and all their burgers taste the same.... Like they do in any other fast food burger joint. The ratings probably reflect my disappointment in how they chamged rather than how they compare to other Wendy's. If you've never been to this Wendy's 5-6 yrs ago and are used to crappy burgers from other Wendy's, then this place will be just fine for you. But.. If you're like me and expect that same Wendy's from 5 yrs ago, you'll be disappointed as well. 1 star read more

I am so at a lost of words like seriously, we ordered through the drive thru boyfriend ordered a Baconator meal, I ordered the Summer Salad with a Diet Coke. Simple right? We get to the window and pay for our food which was like 25.00 the person went down 3 orders till he found it and it was already paid for! So someone accidentally possibly overspend on their meal for ours. So yeah we got a free meal but our meal was so screwed up, my boyfriend said no Mayo 3x and asked the person handling the food to us "No Mayo right" "oh yeah no mayo, like you asked" so we scooted up and checked his meal.... Mayo was on it, he jumped out of the car and came back and said well good news is no mayo, better news is they just gave me a triple burger but no bacon and he just laughs. I don't know why we didn't check the rest but 2 drinks and 1 straw like really. My salad didn't come with salad dressing and if we wanted a little picnic it wouldn't have happened because they didn't even give me a fork. So Now Salad dressing, No Fork and 1 Straw. They have a new Taco Salad on the menu now and I decided to try it. When I opened the bag it was a regular salad a small package of chips and a little container of sasa. I was so pissed I went back and they said that is how they make it. No it was a regular salad and I got my money back and went to Taco bell. Ok, I just wanted to say that I love the new salads that are available. The chicken Cesar salad was as good as any restaurant taking into account the cheese was shaved not grated. A few days later I picked up another chicken Cesar salad and was extremely disappointed. Not one piece of romaine lettuce, tomatoes soft and raisin like and cheese almost non-existent. Inconsistent product will kill business for sure. Retraining appears to be needed. read more
