Sides were not too exciting -- Mac & cheese was average, but the coleslaw was flavorless, only finished half of it. My standards for BBQ are fairly high, since I used to live in the South. I can't say Snowden's Barbecue is bad, but it's fairly typical of what you'll get North of the Mason-Dixon line. If I went back to this food truck again, I'd order a pulled pork sandwich with no sauce.

They also sell a $14 rice bowl and a few sides - churros, popcorn chicken, fried onion petals, and chips with salsa. We ordered a shredded chicken, beef and shrimp taco. First of all, they weren't skimpy portions- they were pretty decent for the price. I saw in a prior review that someone was unhappy about the two shrimp they received in their taco.  All I can say is that my shrimp taco most definitely had more than two shrimp in it. Service was super fast and pleasant and I would most definitely buy from them again.
