I've never really noticed Wendy's food tasting different from one location to another. What usually makes the biggest difference is the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. This location was reasonably clean--not spotless, but not bad either. The wait time was a little slow considering there weren't many people inside, but the food came out fresh. I ordered a 20-piece garlic parmesan spicy nugget with lemonade. The nuggets themselves were good, but the sauce was a bit disappointing--it was too runny and could've used a thicker consistency to really stick to the nuggets. Other than that, it was exactly what you'd expect from Wendy's: consistent, average fast food. It's never amazing, never terrible--just solidly in the middle. read more

This Wendy's is joined up with the gas station but it's a full Wendy's inside with the usual dining room, Coke Freestyle machine and all the Wendy's burgers on the menu. This ended up being my "office" for about two hours this afternoon after I found one table with a power outlet and I was able to connect to their wifi. To be completely honest I don't know if this review holds much weight, but because I came (saw and concurred) I figure why not bring the experience to life. This Wendy's (that's also connected to a gas station) not only has inside dinning that's pretty nice, but they also have a drive thru. The line inside was long and so was the drive thru (I came during the lunch rush so I understand the volume). The woman at the front taking the orders was older and very efficient at her job. She only had ONE flaw that weighed heavy on my chest (outside of her spelling my name Nala instead of Nyla) and that was the fact that she would go from ringing up customers and taking their money and get fries no gloves bare handed. When I trained new employees my biggest pet peeve was someone who doesn't consistently change their gloves or handle food in general with gloves. Every time you move a station you need to change gloves ESPECIALLY when dealing with money (it's so dirty). But the location was clean, they walked around and checked on customers and in general the experience was good. read more

On our way to Tennessee this morning, there aren't many open places to eat at this hour. We stopped for gas and opted for Wendy's. It is attached to the gas station, and it is open. They were quick, efficient, and professional. I had the Baconator Breakfast sandwich with potato wedges and a rootbeer (#7). It was hearty! He had the bacon and cheese croissant with potato wedges and a Dr. Pepper(#3). It was less filling. He was not pleased with his choice. Neither of us truly cares for american cheese. Went by at 3pm. 3 cars in drive thru. Took 20 minutes to finally get my order, which, when I got home 5 minutes later, was wrong. The fries were awful, the burger was undercooked. How can it take so long to screw up an order so bad? Maybe the 3pm Friday shift is totally manned by numpties. Poor management. read more

O M G most dysfunctional fast (and I say that because that's the category the restaurant is in, and not the actual process). We got in line inside. 4 people in front of us. From the start of getting in line to food being handed to us, it was 55 minutes. Workers SORT of had on masks. Some had masks over mouth, but not nose. There were two registers. Only one open. However, the plastic barrier was in front of the CLOSED register, and the gal taking orders had her mask completely off for most of the time. Sometimes she would pull up over her mouth. But nose was always out. Whoever manages this place should be FIRED and every person working her fired. If you would like to die from Coronavirus, this is the first place you should go. No one wiping tables, drink machine which everyone is touching, high chairs. read more

Today, March 8, 2024, this Wendy's had a 100 health rating! They had it proudly displayed, as they rightly should. Drive through had 5-6 cars in line and it moved super fast. Food was correct and upright in the bag. Friendly service. Thumbs up to the Tifton Wendy's!! read more

Wonderful Manager. Middle aged African American Lady- my burger took a few extra minutes to prepare the meat and amidst the busy line she engaged with me multiple times and checked the cooks to ensure I was serviced as quickly as possible despite my casual patience. I saw her check and correct 2 other deficiencies while I was waiting. Exactly what Wendy's would hope to be managing. I have mixed feelings about this Wendy's. On the one hand, it's super convenient because I often stop at the built in shell station to get gas when i'm taking a trip towards Florida. Often, everyone else has the same idea and more often than not, the store can be JAMMED with a massive line of travelers not interested in a bag of chips from the gas station eats. My visit today actually saw a pretty dead visit, meaning I walked right up with no one in line and got my grilled chicken as ordered (wow, they actually left the sauce off like I asked!) about 1 minute. Hard to beat that. So yea, this place is okay. Granted, you may have a long line every so often, but convenience and good service more than make up for that. read more

Food was ok but the establishment was horrifyingly disgusting. Stains everywhere, flies, the bathroom was a mess and only 2 stalls out of 8 were usable. Watched an employee walk out of the bathroom without washing her hands then proceed to hand out people's food at the counter. Started in the drive threw now answer for 7 min. Walked in to side places my order. Waited 11 min Walked to my truck. Open my #10. And it was made wrong. From the outside Shell/Wendy's look pretty nice and new but the women's bathroom was pretty gross. 2 stalls were out of order, paper towels all over the floor, and just looked and smelled like chaos. Very busy store! There were more than 30 people in line. I'm sure the food is good but since we stopped in the morning, the other eating joints in the little plaza were closed and Wendy's was the only food option. PACKED! This review is more about the "dog park" behind the store. While heading N on 75, I saw a billboard that said this Wendy's had a dog park. It's no park. It's a very small fenced in area. We found it in need of cleaning. There was a trash can overflowing and lots of poop! Dog owners need to be more responsible but the "park" was out of pet waste bags. If you think this would be a good place to let Fido run and stretch, think again. Very disappointing. read more

Just had the worst Wendy's experience of my life in this restaurant. When we ordered it was completely disorganized the employees did not seem to be in sync. Trash is all on the ground under the tables on the tables around the trash cans, plus the trash is full in the bins. When we showed up there were at least 6 families sitting waiting for their food, the bathroom stalls don't lock. Trash everywhere, ketchup smeared on the floor in 4 different places. The employees were playing some games with the manager while we were there. I just think this place needs a lot of attention and needs more professionalism. read more

I came in and the manager looked at me in disgust... he kept yelling at a worker to come get me, I said "I only want a 2 for 5 Dave's single and spicy chicken no tomato or lettuce on either" using manners speaking yes maam and no sir, and as I'm waiting she says here you're foods ready, then SIR YOURE FOODS READY, I had apologized and said thank you and they basically disregarded everything. I have been to many Wendys and this one is a.good one. I was very impressed that someone was actually wiping off the tables even though they were super busy. The nice gentleman even fixed the soda machine when we told them the cherry was not working..he seemed happy to help. The managers were nice. The cashier was not. She did not speak one word to me until she told me my total. My questions were answered with nods and an eye roll. The restaurant was a complete mess, and I'm shocked they have two back to back 100 health scores. If you're stopping here to use the restroom and eat, the restroom is so nasty that it will ruin your appetite. read more
