Stoped at this Wendy's near destiny USA mall for a quick bite First thing I noticed is there is a code to get in the bathroom but it wasn't too hard to track down a staff member that knew the code for the day and the bathroom was exceptionally clean There are parking lots on each side of the building and doors from each lot so people coming from different directions and it's difficult to tell where the line begins for the counter, customers ended up asking each other who is next Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful although somewhat dis-organized ( I.e. The cook found yourself without orders so she came out to the counter to find out who ordered what so that you could start cooking) I did get my burger soon enough and the first thing I noticed when I unwrapped it was it was the neatest looking burger from Wendy's I've ever seen, it look like the ones you see in the pictures in the advertisements! Very tasty burger, not too greasy etc. French fries were hot and fresh I tried one of those new Wendy's flavored drinks, it was tasty but sugary, like drinking candy Overall great place to stop by for a burger read more

For those of you who do not know, this is the Wendy's near the mall, unless I clicked on the wrong Wendy's. I'm fairly certain this is the close-to-the-mall Wendy's though and it is my favorite. I cannot really put into words why it is my favorite, which makes typing a review difficult. I will try. I have ridden my bicycle past this Wendy's many times and while I have not ever asked this Wendy's pick pick me up from the airport, I am 99% sure the whole staff would stop what they're doing and get me from the airport. I bet they would even bring me a spicy chicken sandwich. Speaking of the spicy chicken sandwich, it is a stellar sandwich. (It makes me want to be a better person). If you're looking for a Wendy's, then you can't go wrong with this Wendy's because it certainly is a Wendy's. read more

I can only assume that the food is good from past experiences. Today, I attempted the drive through. I was disappointed that I spent 20 minutes in line before I even got to order. The curb, and cars before and behind me, prevented me from leaving earlier. As soon as I was able to get around th car in front of me, I left. I never got my food and I was late for work. Please teach your staff time management skills. I can only assume they are growing the veggies a slaughtering a fresh cow for each customer. That's the only explanation for how it can take so long. Employee who took my card at the drive thru wasn't wearing a mask. Made me very uncomfortable.

Literally the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I am forced to deal with this wendy's every so often as I doordash and don't know where it is taking me until after. My average wait time has never been under 40 minutes to an hour. I sat in the drive through line from 6:38 till 7:34 pm with only 4 cars in line the entire time. This is insane and only one example of how terrible the service is. The one time i've gone inside, where the lobby wasn't closed way before it was supposed to be, the floor was covered in soda and was so sticky my feet stuck to the floor every step i took. I have never received help from the employees most of the time it's attitude or i'm ignored. Please fix this wendy's or get rid of it. read more

I ordered my food on the app 30 minutes before I arrived. When we got there one of my burgers had been given to another customer. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my order. While waiting found out, there were three other people there, whose orders have been given to somebody else, including a couple customers who walked in and ordered.. the employee at the front counter did not call out any orders they were given the order numbers because apparently they didn't reload the tape of the machine but she boldface lied and told everybody I called out these order numbers I was standing right in front of the counter, the entire time she did not call out any orders then she gets in an argument with a customer who is there who called her on her lie. There were five people in the store working at a time or should I say five people in the store three people we're talking and not doing any work. Would not recommend it. I suggest they get better employees or retrain the ones they have their argumentative and they're liars. read more

I went there with my granddaughters last night at around 6pm. It was not busy so I thought we would do the drive through for dinner. This is what I ordered: 2 single bacon cheeseburgers, 1 kids chicken nuggets with ranch sauce, 1 single cheeseburger, all meals with 3 small Dr Pepper and 1 small sprite. I also ordered 2 small chocolate frosties, 1 small and 1 medium vanilla frosties. After numerous (at least 10 times) explaining the frosties, I finally got the girl to write down exactly what I wanted. As I drove up to the pay window, I saw the medium vanilla erased from the screen. When I got to the window to pay and started receiving my food, this is what I got: 2 dbl bacon cheeseburgers, 1cheeseburger with lettuce ( maybe it was supposed to have it?), 1 chicken nugget meal with barbque sauce, soda was correct, and then I got a baby chocolate frosty, and 1 small vanilla frosty. I told the girl what I was missing and the manager came over and I explained it to him. He got me two small chocolate frosties and 1 small vanilla frosty. After explaining I still needed a medium frosty he said well you have two small ones do that would equal a medium. Ok, but I still needed a small vanilla. They all looked at me like I had two heads! How hard was my order?? I finally said you know what? I'm good have a good night. No, I will NOT go back there and No I will not give them a good rating or tell anyone to go there. read more

We came through the drive-thru at about 10:30pm and ordered 2 medium french fries with extra ketchup. The window woman directed us to pull ahead to a door and wait for our order. To the best of my understanding, the staff were inside peeling potatoes by hand and frying them one by one. We waited about 5 minutes, and when a guy finally brought us our fries, there was no ketchup in the bag. I asked for some ketchup, which took a while because at this point he had locked himself out of the building by accident. We ate our french fries in the car in the parking lot and watched the whole process play out for 4 other cars, sometimes with other staff locking themselves out. It was great fun. My friends and I showed up. Had a very simple order. But when we received our food not only were the fries cold, but soggy. Let alone the chicken tenders, over cooked and cold! I ordered a sprite. Not only did the ice cubes flavor my drink with dirty tasting cubes, but the sprite tasted like other sodas decided to jump into my cup for fun. Absolutely absurd. I consider myself at times a chicken tender fanatic. I've never been more upset or disappointed in my life. I have been going to this Wendys for years. Food and service is quality. I have observed people taking advantage of the have it your way attitude fast food joints have aquire just seemingly to get more food. And I suspect it's because the Manger always makes things right with his customers. He takes control when it gets out of hand and does a great job. Any employee should be happy to work under him. read more
