Awesome chicken. Seriously. Worth it, and their grandmas sauce is fantastic. Super kid friendly too.

This isn't food. It's flavorless crap. No wonder the line at Popeyes across the food court was much longer (and that food is crap too).

We split the wings -- so crispy and delicious! We also got burgers and tots. Everything was prepared perfectly and the TOTS!!! So crispy and had a unique spice in them -- LOVED. This was our first time and we will definitely be back to support this locally owned restaurant/bar.

Beer recommendation: too many to list (That is a very good…read morething) A mix of very positive experiences muddled by the occasional menu item that shouldn't even bother be offered, this is a much appreciated redo of the World of Beer. A menu full of takes on classic American fare run through a different flavor profile, and it maintains the large and excellent beer selection of this spaces previous tenant. Take their menu, full of fusion into dishes like their garbage plate and flatbreads that feel unique in this area and still fit the expectation of the originals. Then there is the occasional misfire, like the vindaloo cheesesteak that looks like some premade microwaved slices on a bad roll. This has been pretty good, but if you find something like the cheesesteak, try something else. That's the weird part, for a place with excellent service, an amazing selection of beers, and an experience which places it well above other Destiny locations like Bullfinch and other generic options in the new expansion (it should always be a bad sign for a site when Cheesecake Factory is in the short list of better options to eat at like Karma and the wildly overrated Bullfinch); it needs to have a solid menu top to bottom, don't make us find out what things are crap. It's tough enough to handle the noise in there even when it isn't busy. Overall, really good spot, but a few changes to remove the dead matter will make this the only option in Destiny worth anything. ANYTHING. Do not settle, if you want food and/or beer at Destiny, this is the place

I didn't realize they had a different menu for lunch and dinner so I was pleasantly surprised to see some new options than what I am used to. I had an espresso martini with peanut butter cold foam and I wish I could taste the pb but still delicious. My friend and I both ordered chicken and the pieces were huge and so delicious!! We had a reservation for a Friday night and i'm glad we did because the place was packed, which it normally is! We were even 15 mins late and they were super nice about it and had no problem keeping our table for us. All the staff are very friendly and can give an answer to any question on the menu very quickly. I really do like everything about the preserve and will keep coming back! It's also nice they have a parking lot and don't have to street park.

So this isn't going to be a review so much about the food, but our experience. As you read you are…read moreprobably going to be like "yeah so why 4 stars??" Well here goes... I booked a reservation for 5:15pm as we had an appt at the theatre but we were running a little late due to weather and arrived around 5:35. I did call ahead to let the restaurant know and they were fine. We arrived and were promptly seated. The restaurant was quite busy. Our server greeted us and was lovely. We put our drink order in and then apps and food a bit later. We expressly told the server that our show was at 7:30 and her response was "good to know!". Then things went sideways. The drinks were very late to the table but the server apologized. They were rather tasty though and she convinced me to try a new Roku gin which I did! Good choice! The mozzarella app came promptly, it was tasty though pretty common. Then...we waited...and waited..and waited. 20min- 30min- 1 hour. We had been told that their new menu premiered today, and the server was also running around like a chicken with her head cut off. We later were told that they had cut a server earlier because they had not anticipated being as busy. Ooooops!! No bueno! The other issue was that our server, had tables all over the restaurant. Not in a specific area but like all over. Being that our show was at 7:30, at around 6:50 after speaking with the manager the food arrived. Here is the good part- The manager was AMAZING. She knew that the restaurant was in the wrong, she knew they were unprepared and she took action. She along with our server got the food to us with copious apologies and she made it right. I will leave that there- SHE MADE IT RIGHT. My brother was in the restaurant business for many years and explained where the failures happened - a new menu and lack of staff and why the mixture was not a good combination when unprepared. I asked if the owner happened to be in the restaurant at the same time and I was told yes, but that they were in a meeting discussing sauces. Lord have mercy! That bothered me, considering that there were problems in the dining room and the owner was nowhere to be found, but at the end of the day, the manager and our server really rose to the occasion, took care of the issue, apologized profusely, and we left feeling as though we were taken care of even though we had to shove our food down our faces in order to get to the theatre. Will we go back? Yes, of course - we will give them another chance but more over the owner needs to recognize that there was a problem that likely there will continue to be a problem unless they learn from the mistakes with his or her management team so that these things do not continue to happen. One thing our server did say to us is "we really enjoy and appreciate the feedback that we get so that we can pass that along in the hopes that management and ownership will listen to us, and these things won't happen again; she was embarrassed. We told her not to be. We tipped her highly because we felt that this was not her fault at all; that this was the fault of ownership and management not properly juggling all of the balls in the air to make a smooth evening for everyone. As we left we noticed that the restaurant was even more jam packed than when we arrived- I do hope that things got a bit smoother!

It came topped with mango salsa and tahini. I added cheese--because I cannot eat a sandwich without cheese--plus a little mayo and barbecue sauce. The sandwich itself was really good. All the flavors blended well together. My only complaint is that it wasn't hot. You know that fresh, out-of-the-oven warmth you expect from a sandwich? Yeah... didn't have that. I also got fries, which--being honest--I'm not a fan of at Tully's. They felt pretty mid and weren't fresh or hot either. My nephew ordered the Asian tenders (my usual go-to), and those were good--just the regular, dependable flavor. We also got a kid's cheeseburger and fries, which were just okay. (Baby girl only ate her fries) Since it was Thursday and after 8 p.m., we caught Tully's Happy Hour (Monday-Thursday, 8 p.m. to close), where select dishes are $8.99. We tried the crab dip, and it was pretty good--definitely cheesy, almost like Chinese crab rangoons. I couldn't eat much of it because of the cheese, but it's definitely something I'd order again to share, not to eat entirely on my own. Customer service was fine--not bad, not amazing--just okay. The women at the door, though, were fun and energetic, which was a nice touch. I encourage you to try something different when you come to Tullys you just might be surprised like I was

Watched football game from our table. Service was ok, maybe a little slow (staffing?) Notably, they are a cook-from-scratch place so they can accommodate a lot of dietary needs (ability to do gluten-free is pointed out). They were out of some of the things we wanted to order (beet salad). We had the chorizo totchos (made with tater tots), chili, kale salads with salmon, and lemon beignets. Good-sized portions and enough for leftovers. -Totchos were good, even better next day. Crunchy tots. -Kale salad was very good, as was the salmon -Chili was good and had a good taste with good amount of chili powder -Lemon beignets tasted good. Caramel dipping sauce was better than the chocolate one (menu said mixed berry sauce but I think it was chocolate). They were a bit tiny though. Good place for a decent meat when out shopping.

Since it is a large chain, I appreciated seeing the estimated calorie counts on each dish. We started with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts (not in the photos). While these were good (and we ate all of it), Willow Rock Brewing Co. in Cicero has a much better Brussels Sprouts appetizer. The Miso Salmon was also good, however, there are locally-owned restaurants with better salmon dishes. The Factory Chopped Salad was delicious and a lot of food. (Leftovers became lunch the next day.) I don't think I've had a chopped salad before, so I was surprised at how "chopped" it was! In addition to the food, one of us had a draft beer and the other a mixed drink. For a restaurant that is always busy when we walk by, the wait was relatively short and the service was very good. Finally, we were both surprised at the total cost of our meal. The cost (just under $100) snuck up on us (plus tip). Will we go back? Maybe, but not right away.
