I haven't been in this Wendy's since 2017 and hadn't been back since cause of the rude counter girl (Kathia). I've been wanting to try the Chicken Mozzarella Italian sandwich cause I've been seeing them on tv. I stepped up to the counter and the nicest girl was there. I had several questions and she answered them sooooooo nicely. Unlike the previous mean girl. I got two of those Italian sandwiches, a double stack cheeseburger a large french frie and a drink. I hadn't had anything to eat all day so I was hungry. The food was excellent. But the true standout of the whole situation was Lynnya (I'm probably spelling that wrong and I'm sorry). I told her about the previous counter girl and told her she was extremely nice. I will be going back to this Wendy's just cause of her nice attitude. Every Wendys in the United States should take notice of how this young lady treats her customers. For Christmas she deserves a big bonus and a raise. read more

Placed order through the app and went on break, confirmed it at drive through and 20 minutes later I left without my food(they couldn't find it? Or make it again???), no refund, and late for my second job(it's labor intensive). I usually work 6:30am to 10pm with very few breaks and they used the break up, took my money, and made me do the damn shift hungry. I easily burn 1000 calories per shift, it felt like my body was eating itself. Will never go back. read more

Laughable how horrendous the competency of the staff is. For starters: the drive through line is always backed up onto Main Street, and I can assure you this is not because the location is overcrowded with demand. Every time I've been there there's been an issue with staff: complete lack of respect and complete denial of customer service. Only a matter of time until the drive through backs up onto i95, and I should add that I'm a huge fast food junkie and this location is the closest to my house. I cringe at the thought of just driving by it let alone going into it. Almost as if their job postings require incompetency and disrespect as qualifications. Avoid at all costs. read more

Poor customer service response. I went to this location today 3-14-2021 and afew weeks back through drive thru with my sons. Both times I asked for a recipet and both times they said the printer is broken. There should be no excuse why the reciept printer has not been fixed for nearly a month, after I asked the teller why it hasnt been fixed? He said they dont fix things here. I also feel I was overcharged by $2.64. With no receipt to verify.... Also I ordered the apple pecan salad and no pecans were provided which I didn't notice until I already got home. The value of your meal for the dollar is unmatched in the area. Both me and my guest had fish sandwiches with a drink (free for seniors). For less than $10 we had our fill of COD. It was approximately $4 for each sandwich, and it was delicious and a healthy size compared to their competitors. The service was exceptional. Didn't have to wait long. Only criticism was the floors need to be looked at to make sure they are clean at all times. They needed attention. It makes the restaurant look sloppy. read more

Terrible customer service! I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru for a six piece nuggets, double stack, and medium frosty. The girl repeated it back correctly. I get to the window and the girl never gave me my frosty. When I asked her for it she said, "I didn't charge you for it. Do you want me to charge you for it?" Very upset I said no. I then realized I was charged for and given medium fries I never ordered. Very upset I went into the restaurant to return everything because they clearly didn't care. The manager didn't say two words threw my food out in front of me and processed the return. I got a very unapologetic sorry. I am 7 months pregnant and had to go back to work without getting lunch at all because I wasted my whole break waiting in the drive thru. read more

The fries there are very salty but my tongue greatly accepts every grain of it and I am satisfied. The chicken nuggets are so crispy I don't even have to worry about only eating the skin because the inside tastes so delicious. Everyone should come to this store now and then because their food is so blessed. read more

Perhaps the fastest drive thru that I've ever used at a fast food restaurant. They often are ready to hand you the food by the time you get to the window. The food is always fresh made and hot. The dine-in seating area is clean and well stocked too. My only complaint is that often when ordering a salad in the drive thru they give me the wrong dressing. I just make sure to check before driving away. read more

It's actually funny that I read 2 other reviews that I was also going to write. I felt I should write a review how great this Wendy's location is. I normally use the drive thru, and they are so quick and when I am around the bend to pay my bill they have my food ready. It is hot, fresh and always delicious. It amazes me every time and I feel like the world should know :). This is a great fast food location even if you are not into fast food. It is really great, quick and tasty food. Go to a different Wendy's. They have the most inept pathetic people working here. Management sucks. My third time and always a problem at Drive-up. Either they don't get order correct or they make you wait for 10 minutes while they do a staff change. They don't say anything to inform you, you're just waiting. I had to start honking my horn. Just went to Wendy's since they remodeled and it was so chaotic in there. All the manager did was yell at his employees. If I worked there I would have walked out. He needs to know how to talk to his employees. Yelling at them in front of customers. Geez!! This Wendy's needs a new manager. Maybe one with experience. Usually the drive thru is accurate but lately they have been getting everything wrong. I ordered four for four meal and they always forget the sauce every time I order and I mean they even ask us what kind of sauce and they don't remember to put it in. Also forgot to give frosty after saying it three times and when they did they gave us wrong size. Lately they have been forgetting a lot. read more

I hadn't gone here in several months and was hoping they had improved- the drive through order was wrong (and more money) the food was cold (I work 3 mins away) and the service was slow. I should have seen the car two in front of me screaming with a returned order as foreshadowing. I will not be giving them another chance. I went here for a quick bite after work and ended up staying in the drive thru for upwards of half an hour. At first I didn't know if it was just a large volume of orders or mistakes on the part of the staff, but by the time I got to the window, my food still wasn't ready, even though I had been waiting all that time. I was also given food that was undercooked - still a lot of pink inside the burger - and not prepared as I had asked: I ordered a double bacon burger, with no mayo, and medium sides, only to receive no bacon, what seemed like extra mayo, and a small drink and fries. Normally I hate taking things out on workers, since I understand that they can't control everything that goes on especially during a rush, but that was just terrible service on their part. Definitely no going back here: I could have ordered a meal at a diner down the street and been home in the time it took me to get my food here. read more
