Fast service, spot-on order accuracy, and everyone behind the counter was clearly hustling to keep things moving. Not only was the service excellent, but the restaurant itself was remarkably clean--floors, counters, tables, even the drink station. Everything looked fresh and well-kept, which honestly isn't something you can say about every fast food stop. It's clear this crew takes pride in what they do. We absolutely loved their queso--honestly, it's a must-have. The carne asada fries were delicious, and the Thursday quesadilla special was such a great deal at just $8. Everything tasted incredible, even after the drive home. But the real heart of our experience was David. Even though we just picked up our order, this "wee little man" (as we affectionately called him) poured so much heart into making our food and just brightened our day. His kindness and the care he showed made us feel like we were truly part of the Papi Chulo's family, even just picking up takeout.
