I have eaten at this place a few times. One fact to me is that each of the employees including the manager are in training. I don't know if that makes them go an extra step or two to make a good sandwich but they always do for me. Even the manager (in training) has no problem stepping in if there is confusion at a register. Customers appreciate that a lot. Things will only improve over time and they make a good meal at a somewhat value. read more

Wendy's - Spring Hill - Fast Food Near Me - Spring Hill, Florida

Drive thru slow as molasses - fries were cold and hard! I will never return as this has happened over the last few times I've ordered. So disappointing. Also ordered single with cheese lettuce tomato and mayo. Received with onion and pickle which I did not want! read more

It's been over 12 years since I reviewed this Wendy's so it's time for a new review. Only a couple things have changed the little fireplace doesn't work well at all anymore. But the double stacks are really good.. I get one for free every time the lightning score 4 goals or shut out a team. It's nice and clean and well stocked in the bathroom and the food is good. There's not much else to say except look at my pictures read more

I went here with my mother and sister just I can try the Krabby Patty SpongeBob Meal Collab. Unfortunately my mother ruined the joke where I was going to say "You know why I'm here". I didn't get the sandwich because of that joke being ruined. Then my chicken sandwich looked like a mutation, so I had to ask for a replacement because no way in hell I'm eating this monstrosity. The service is okay, could've been more friendlier or attentive, it felt like they didn't wanted to be there. The ambiance is decent, I saw a small fly passing by my table. This place needed to be cleaned more. Overall: 2/10. Also my sister got the Krabby Patty meal (The frosty didn't taste like pineapple and there was barely any sauce). My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. This place needs improvement. read more

We gave them another chance and it's worst than prior visit . For 22.00 got a couple of wraps with nuggets the entire meal was horrible. I say the heck with Wendy's forever Robocop read more

Honestly the worst ran Wendy's I have ever been to. Terrible service. Pick a different location as I will next time I'm feeling Wendy's.

She refused to listen to us, she talked louder and over us, would not give us our food, nor would she assist in canceling or help us to remove the charge that we paid for our orders! We were treated like criminals by an inept manager who clearly is incompetent and incapable to fulfill her duties as said Manager position We will never visit another Wendy's again as a result! To complete this picture my husband and I began our retirement in 2017 and have travelled in our RV and have eaten on the road more times that we could count and this without a doubt was the WORST experience ever! ZERO ST read more

I had to go up to the front to tell them they got my order wrong 3 times before leaving, and they still gave me regular nuggets instead of spicy nuggets but I didn't get to correct them bc I already left. The manager had no manners and had an attitude and even though I said thank you and please multiple times and she did not answer back. read more

Wendy's - Spring Hill - Not my spicy nuggest these are 4 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets - Fast Food Near Me - Spring Hill, Florida

Unfortunately I'm going to have to give this a bad rating. And I really don't want to but this location is the worst. I had to spit out the chicken sandwich because it was cold and the chicken patty was hard. Uggh the fries were cold and tough, no sauce given again. The food was not good quality. I hate spending 70 dollars on food to throw it away. I get that you may have unhappy people working for you. So Wendy's owner of the Spring Hill DrIve location I'm going to need for you to either do better for your employees, train them better or get a whole new set. That food was old, cold and trash. Thank you for wasting my money! Again I try to give more than one chance and you stay consistent and disappoint. read more

We have been reading the Reviews a lot more these days , noticing the quality of the Food around our Area declined a lot lately also the Customer Services, sadly to say . Some Employees do the Job well then Others just don't care . It's the Managers Job to make sure that the Standards are fallowed . This Wendy's needed to clean the Beverage- serving -area . Our Server was very busy and nice , we received our Order in a reasonable time and the Food was fresh and tasty . read more

Haven't been to Wendy's in a long time So I thought I would try my favorite spicy chicken sandwich that I used to love from Wendy's Well, I must say it was a big disappointment Besides being a little over cooked there was very little chicken It seems Wendy's is changed with the times, charging more and giving you less I won't be returning to Wendy's anytime soon read more

This is the Wendy's nearest to me, unfortunately. This evening my husband got us dinner from this location. I ordered a single with bacon added. I was charged for the bacon ( which would be fine except) but it was not on my sandwich. Not only was this disappointing but also a rip off. This is at least the third time they messed up our order and you know what happens after three strikes. Additionally we tried to call and could not get thru. I tried to contact them via the app and again could not get thru . It is a shame how Wendy's standards have gone so far down hill read more

Service was fast and friendly however the breakfast sandwiches were terrible. Tasted sour and I literally could not get the taste out of my mouth fast enough. read more

Bad service, every table was dirty, and i'm pretty sure there was mold on my cheese. We ordered on the touchscreen, went to go find a table for 3, except EVERY table was dirty. No big deal, I dont mind wiping a table down if everyone is busy. I went to ask a cashier for a rag, at least 3 girls standing around, one or two made eye contact with me and didnt ask if I needed help. When one girl did, I asked if I could have something to wipe the table down, not only did she not offer to wipe a table, but gave me a pile of dry napkins. ok. So we got our food. It was ok, but i ordered queso fries. the queso was completely cold and they put shredded cheese on top. half the cheese was soggy and the other half had white stuff all over it. mold? lost my appetite for that. my husband went up to let them know about the cheese and gave it to them. same experience with the cashiers AND young manager ignoring him for a while. The cashier that took the fries said ok and pushed them to the side. obviously they are not planning on looking into the cheese situation they have back there. we wont be going back there again! read more

They ALWAYS forget stuff like sauces or whatnot. One time I ordered the strawberry lemonade and they gave me the frosty instead. Like huh?! Very poorly on making the sandwiches. Happens all the time so I'm not surprised. read more

Wendy's - Spring Hill - This is how my Double Stack was made. I took a bite out of it to realize that this is how came out - Fast Food Near Me - Spring Hill, Florida

The friendliest staff I've ever met did is generally great and fresh. You might have to wait a minute if two because they are making it. I don't think anything sits around waiting to be sold it's made for you read more

This location is a complete joke. Not only is every order wrong - even if you make NO MODIFICATIONS (y'all don't know your own menu? Wow) but the orders that are right are sad af - I order the grilled chicken wrap and it never had more than 3 tiny little shreds of lettuce. As if lettuce is breaking the bank. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Clearly this place is ran by illiterate toddlers. read more

The most unfriendliness, filthy, worst food I have been too!! I order classic chicken sandwich with extra tomato cause all you get is a skin of tomato or a rough end of one. Then of course at 910 pm you get the coldest sitting out. Would these employees honestly serve their family this crap!!! Now seeing this young lady out here half cleaning as fast as she can to get out of here!! This Wendy's suck! They need people that want more then a pay check !!! read more

Several things wrong with order. I asked for pub fries got regular, asked for a plain double burger for our dogs, got fully loaded, and asked for half and half tea (unsweet tea and lemonade), and got full sweet tea. Can't check receipt to see if overcharged because I didn't get one ‍ read more

So let me just start off by saying this one is has a little scheme going on that I'm sure corporate would love to know about, I come here honestly 3 times a week at least , at night around 5-10pm they have you wait at the speaker until the car at the window takes off , this makes there drive through time fast , I hear them talk about it constantly, there cheese fries have become a joke extremely small portions and it's never consistent half the time they throw cheddar cheese on it does not even melted the other times they don't, they didn't put a tomato on my chicken sandwich tonight however they felt the need to put nine pickles on it, I sometimes get so annoyed at the line I take my money across the street to the one or 3 fast food chains there ... read more

Polite and fast service, have been going here for awhile. The lines in the drive thru go fast as well so I'm not stuck waiting for too long which is great. I just wish they would get rid of the "personal touch" of having someone sit outside to take drive thru orders when people can just order how they normally order through drive through. It's awkward especially when I'm in a rush and have to ask questions because I can't see the menu in front of me (they usually have the employee sitting a little ways away from the srive thru speaker so you cannot see the menu). read more

I think it's cute that you guys are trying to mock Chick-fil-A by having a new person stand outside the menu board.... but honestly it takes up more time than needed and you're inside staff seems to have their heads up their ass! read more

I recently visited this Wendys through the drive through. The cashier misunderstood my order and added cheese to my fries which I did not want. When I went to the window I asked her to remove it. She looked at me in a very rude way and said yeah. The said It you did not want it you should not have ordered it in the first place. So I asked her to speak to a manager and she said... "what ever and called the manager." When the manager came I told him the situation and he looked at the employee with a smile and oh Holly and they both began to laugh. He then quoted the price and walked away. In my opinion and from my experiences this is an establishment that not only does not respect their customers, but mocks them when you make a complaint. read more

Great Wendy's. Probably the best Wendy's in all of Hernando county. Went through the drive thru to get a frosty and chicken nuggets for my sister. I ordered vanilla and they told me that it was kind of watery so they suggested I get chocolate. Thanks for caring about the customer. Keep up the good work! read more

Gave them another shot and they forgot one of my burgers but I will say, the service has improved.. slightly.

Food was good and fast and order was accurate. Place looks really nice and was maintained well. About as good as it gets for a fast food drive through. read more

We've eaten at this Wendy's and had horrible food 3 times in row... it's a STRIKE OUT! I eat and lunch at the Hudson Wendy's all the time and have never had a bad meal. When we called to complain the Manager (so he said) was very rude and basically said not to eat there anymore. So I hope I can prevent someone from enduring the food served there. read more

The staff was super friendly and everything came out hot and fresh. The manager was even walking around asking how we were doing and offered to get us refills read more

Food was fine but Service was so slow and horrendous we will not revisit this location. Counter staff completely disinterested in food quality or timliness. No manager present to supervise these young clueless workers. Not rude but not very polite or apologetic for a 30 minute wait on "fast food". No vote on the 15$/hr. wage increase from what I experienced tonight they have barely earned 5$/hr. read more
