I have eaten at this place a few times. One fact to me is that each of the employees including the manager are in training. I don't know if that makes them go an extra step or two to make a good sandwich but they always do for me. Even the manager (in training) has no problem stepping in if there is confusion at a register. Customers appreciate that a lot. It's been over 12 years since I reviewed this Wendy's so it's time for a new review. Only a couple things have changed the little fireplace doesn't work well at all anymore. I went here with my mother and sister just I can try the Krabby Patty SpongeBob Meal Collab. Unfortunately my mother ruined the joke where I was going to say "You know why I'm here". I didn't get the sandwich because of that joke being ruined. Then my chicken sandwich looked like a mutation, so I had to ask for a replacement because no way in hell I'm eating this monstrosity. The service is okay, could've been more friendlier or attentive, it felt like they didn't wanted to be there. The ambiance is decent, I saw a small fly passing by my table. This place needed to be cleaned more. Overall: 2/10. Also my sister got the Krabby Patty meal (The frosty didn't taste like pineapple and there was barely any sauce). She refused to listen to us, she talked louder and over us, would not give us our food, nor would she assist in canceling or help us to remove the charge that we paid for our orders! We were treated like criminals by an inept manager who clearly is incompetent and incapable to fulfill her duties as said Manager position We will never visit another Wendy's again as a result! I had to go up to the front to tell them they got my order wrong 3 times before leaving, and they still gave me regular nuggets instead of spicy nuggets but I didn't get to correct them bc I already left. We have been reading the Reviews a lot more these days , noticing the quality of the Food around our Area declined a lot lately also the Customer Services, sadly to say . This is the Wendy's nearest to me, unfortunately. This evening my husband got us dinner from this location. I ordered a single with bacon added. I was charged for the bacon ( which would be fine except) but it was not on my sandwich. Not only was this disappointing but also a rip off. This is at least the third time they messed up our order and you know what happens after three strikes. Additionally we tried to call and could not get thru. Bad service, every table was dirty, and i'm pretty sure there was mold on my cheese. We ordered on the touchscreen, went to go find a table for 3, except EVERY table was dirty. No big deal, I dont mind wiping a table down if everyone is busy. I went to ask a cashier for a rag, at least 3 girls standing around, one or two made eye contact with me and didnt ask if I needed help. When one girl did, I asked if I could have something to wipe the table down, not only did she not offer to wipe a table, but gave me a pile of dry napkins. ok. So we got our food. It was ok, but i ordered queso fries. the queso was completely cold and they put shredded cheese on top. half the cheese was soggy and the other half had white stuff all over it. mold? lost my appetite for that. my husband went up to let them know about the cheese and gave it to them. same experience with the cashiers AND young manager ignoring him for a while. Polite and fast service, have been going here for awhile. The lines in the drive thru go fast as well so I'm not stuck waiting for too long which is great. I just wish they would get rid of the "personal touch" of having someone sit outside to take drive thru orders when people can just order how they normally order through drive through. It's awkward especially when I'm in a rush and have to ask questions because I can't see the menu in front of me (they usually have the employee sitting a little ways away from the srive thru speaker so you cannot see the menu). read more

I recently visited this Wendys through the drive through. The cashier misunderstood my order and added cheese to my fries which I did not want. When I went to the window I asked her to remove it. She looked at me in a very rude way and said yeah. The said It you did not want it you should not have ordered it in the first place. So I asked her to speak to a manager and she said... "what ever and called the manager." When the manager came I told him the situation and he looked at the employee with a smile and oh Holly and they both began to laugh. He then quoted the price and walked away. We've eaten at this Wendy's and had horrible food 3 times in row... it's a STRIKE OUT! I eat and lunch at the Hudson Wendy's all the time and have never had a bad meal.
