#1 ordered apple chicken salad WITHOUT Bleu cheese. Got home 10 miles away and they just put the chicken on top covering the Bleu! YUCK! #2 ordered son of baconator PLAIN... SAID IT 3 TIMES... EVERYTHING ON IT. WILL NOT USE THIS SITE AGAIN!!!! read more

The food was good, hot and fast! The store was clean and the staff was helpful (the ketchup was acting up) they were mopping and had signs out for safety and the bathrooms were fresh! Even stopped to chat with our toddler read more

Staff is great, they really care about service and food quality now. Seems like they have new staff in there and they're awesome

They got my order wrong. Ordered spicy chicken nuggets and they gave me fries instead.

So many things that were poor. The ice machine on the soft drink machine wasn't working & the soft drinks were warm. Ordered a Junior Baconator, opening up the wrapper, the upper bun was shining with a coating of grease, lifted the bun to add a bit of ketchup and the beef patty had a pool of melted fat on it. Used napkins to soak it up. Bacon was not in strips, it was little pieces and had the consistency of bacon cooked in advance. French fries had a lot of small short fries, not the long fries Wendy's used to tout in their ads. Worst experience ever in a Wendy's. read more

Horrible service on Sunday around 6/6:30. Line at the drive thru was long & not moving at all. Waited over 5 minutes for an order to be taken for the car before me. Decided it would be faster to order inside so I get out of line but find the doors locked so I couldn't even order inside! So frustrating! I only wanted a Coke & a frosty! read more

Quality of food has worsened the past few years. I recently got an undercooked hamburger and a wilted overpriced salad there. Never again. A friend recently found a black plastic bag closer in her burger. When she returned to get a refund, she was told to go away and was cursed at. Awful behavior! Corporate office is definitely going to get a letter. read more

I don't know what is worse, the food, the service, or the fact that the app that they all use is a trainwreck!!! I realize that it is fast-food, but it doesn't even seem like they try!!! read more

I got the south west avocado salad and a bake potato with sour cream and butter. So you would think oh there's avocado in the salad. This Wendy's must not know what avocado is since it wasn't in my salad. Now the baked potato was just beyond a joke you can tell it was from this morning and I didn't even receive sour cream or butter. read more

When I went with my brother they couldn't take our order because the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and there were only two employees in the whole building. when we did get food they'd give us the wrong person's order, even if it was through mobile order, picking up through drive thru. the management needs to be dealt with, they're quite rude. any time that the lobby is actually open, when I went to return food that wasn't mine the shift lead asked me if I wanted to fight. read more

wow! Wendy's I thought was a higher end fast food place. I was tired of always getting the wrong order from McDonald's so I tried here. there was a promo for a free double burger if you spend 20.00. never got the burger. app said I didn't buy enough. never got the Chile got a small frosty instead of a large. salad has no dressing. no fork, napkins, salt/pepper. called the store and a recording said they don't take calls. got a credit but not near enough. I need to learn how to cook!! read more

Came here for a quick stop to grab a bite to eat. Got myself a number nine. The other people in my party had their orders messed up. Service was pretty slow but at least they were nice. Very quiet place to dine in at. The dining area felt very dirty and unclean. Food wasn't too bad either. read more

Probably my favorite Wendy's in the area. It is an old building, not all fancy like the new ones, but let me tell ya, they have their crap on point there. The employees are always friendly AND funny! The food is always out quick and hot. I usually just have a burger, so I can't speak for the other fare. My kid always gets the nuggets and a Caesar Salad. Both were great on this trip. Again, bravo to whoever the manager is, they deserve a raise, as it is clear they know how to make Wendy's a fun work environment for the staff. Good Work. It reminds of fast food in the early 90's when people working together were having fun. You go to other fast food joints and the people seem miserable, not friendly, and service sucks. Ok enough with the rant...if you want fast food and you are on this side of town, Wendy's will do the job! read more

food was alright. customer service was TERRIBLE. Very rude. was replying with "mmhm" at the speaker in the drive -thru and didn't say a word at the window or when handing us our food. read more

I can't rate the food since they wouldn't take our order. we stood at the counter while they blatantly ignored us.no they were not busy.

Dining room closed early. Asked what time it closed and manager said 9:50 pm. I asked her when it usually closes and she told me between 9:50 and 10. The Posted store hours say it's supposed to be open until 10 for in store dining. The manager Told me I could wait in the long drive thru line. Thanks. It took another 15 minutes before my order was taken. Not happy. The point of having posted business hours is for the customer to know when they can dine in or order in and avoid the drive thru line. The manager later gave me an explanation which I didn't believe. Skip it if you can. Update: 1/26/2021. I try to use the Wendys app and it sometimes has offers which require the app code to be scanned at the register. Numerous times I have been told the scanner doesn't work. Then the worker acted like it's not their problem. So I had to tell the worker to call the manager to manually enter the offer savings. Now last night the manager told me that they aren't going to take the offers that require scans. Wendys - fix your scanners or quit baiting us in with offers you won't honor. AVOID WENDYS TIL THEY CORRECT THIS. read more

Had to repeat myself several times while ordering food. Ordered a baconator and received a sad cold cheeseburger with 2 slices of soggy bacon. The cheese was not even melted. Also Ordered a Dave's single and once again received a cold burger with a piece of lettuce and that's it. They at least got the fries right. Then to top it off I pulled up to the window to pay and they were playing with each others hair! No wonder I had to keep repeating myself. read more

A quick and efficient pit stop while heading to a family event. Typical, consistent Wendy's fare just as you'd expect. Doubles are good & juicy. Fries are okay. Can't get enough of that Frosty. Staff were pleasant enough but seemed uninspired by their jobs. Even the most mundane job is better when you have fun with it. More enjoyable for customers as well. read more

The food didn't take long to get to me, which is a plus. However, the woman taking my order was cold and uninterested in my order. She apparently didn't put down my no cheese and glanced back their to correct the guy making my sandwich. I went back to this Wendy's and the service was appalling. I told the lady twice no cheese or mayo on my sandwich and they still messed it up. He fires were cold and undercooked. I was so upset I just ate the food and left. I still don't know why I keep coming here. read more

After my second visit to this fine establishment, I can truly say that this restaurant lives up to my expectations of what a Wendy's should be. Miles is correct that the #6 is by far the best numerically based menu item I've ever ordered. I wish I had read Tyson's review before I went, as I ordered a root beer instead of a Coke. It was just ok. read more

What has happened to fast food? This Wendy's is horrendous when it comes to service. The last 4 or 5 visits, they take your order. You move up and pay. You move to the food window and wait for your food (forever). In the meantime, they don't take the next order in line until you leave!! Went inside today and it was the same slow level of service. One order at a time. I would have given a negative number if allowed to do so read more

I am a commercial truck driver. This stores lobby is still closed. Not friendly. Walked thru the srivethru. Waited in line at 100 PM got to the ordering tower. Waited 2 to 3 mins no answer. Would give 0 if I could. Terrible service (if you get any at all because they never seem to have employees), and the ones that do work there are very rude. read more

This is by far my favorite Wendy's in the greater South Bend area! They have the best Coke! Who's with me?

The #6 here is phenomenal. Tyson is so right about the Coke. And the night sight seeing is really great around the area too. Overall, a really pleasant experience. Sadly, I will likely never return, but I will get a #6 from other Wendy's locations. You can bet your life on it. read more

If zero stars could be given and I could still leave a review, that's what I would give. Literally 7 staff behind the counter tripping over one another to satisfy the drive thru orders. They have approximately 10 customers standing around the counter waiting for someone to take an order. 5 minutes goes by and still no movement toward the register. Now they did pass through several times to grab cookies out of the cookie display, other then that....nothing! They didn't even acknowledge that they had customers waiting. Bright side...I didn't eat food prepared by the people that cut, serious corners, on customer service. I can't imagine what is happening to the food if you lack that much give a damn. read more
