So many things that were poor. The ice machine on the soft drink machine wasn't working & the soft drinks were warm. Ordered a Junior Baconator, opening up the wrapper, the upper bun was shining with a coating of grease, lifted the bun to add a bit of ketchup and the beef patty had a pool of melted fat on it. Used napkins to soak it up. Bacon was not in strips, it was little pieces and had the consistency of bacon cooked in advance. Quality of food has worsened the past few years. I recently got an undercooked hamburger and a wilted overpriced salad there. Never again. A friend recently found a black plastic bag closer in her burger. When she returned to get a refund, she was told to go away and was cursed at. Awful behavior! When I went with my brother they couldn't take our order because the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and there were only two employees in the whole building. when we did get food they'd give us the wrong person's order, even if it was through mobile order, picking up through drive thru. the management needs to be dealt with, they're quite rude. any time that the lobby is actually open, when I went to return food that wasn't mine the shift lead asked me if I wanted to fight. read more

Probably my favorite Wendy's in the area. It is an old building, not all fancy like the new ones, but let me tell ya, they have their crap on point there. The employees are always friendly AND funny! The food is always out quick and hot. I usually just have a burger, so I can't speak for the other fare. My kid always gets the nuggets and a Caesar Salad. Both were great on this trip. Again, bravo to whoever the manager is, they deserve a raise, as it is clear they know how to make Wendy's a fun work environment for the staff. Good Work. Dining room closed early. Asked what time it closed and manager said 9:50 pm. I asked her when it usually closes and she told me between 9:50 and 10. The Posted store hours say it's supposed to be open until 10 for in store dining. The manager Told me I could wait in the long drive thru line. Thanks. It took another 15 minutes before my order was taken. Not happy. The point of having posted business hours is for the customer to know when they can dine in or order in and avoid the drive thru line. The manager later gave me an explanation which I didn't believe. Skip it if you can. Update: 1/26/2021. I try to use the Wendys app and it sometimes has offers which require the app code to be scanned at the register. Numerous times I have been told the scanner doesn't work. Then the worker acted like it's not their problem. So I had to tell the worker to call the manager to manually enter the offer savings. Now last night the manager told me that they aren't going to take the offers that require scans. Wendys - fix your scanners or quit baiting us in with offers you won't honor. A quick and efficient pit stop while heading to a family event. Typical, consistent Wendy's fare just as you'd expect. Doubles are good & juicy. Fries are okay. Can't get enough of that Frosty. Staff were pleasant enough but seemed uninspired by their jobs. Even the most mundane job is better when you have fun with it. More enjoyable for customers as well. read more

I am a commercial truck driver. This stores lobby is still closed. Not friendly. Walked thru the srivethru. Waited in line at 100 PM got to the ordering tower. Waited 2 to 3 mins no answer. If zero stars could be given and I could still leave a review, that's what I would give. Literally 7 staff behind the counter tripping over one another to satisfy the drive thru orders. They have approximately 10 customers standing around the counter waiting for someone to take an order. 5 minutes goes by and still no movement toward the register. Now they did pass through several times to grab cookies out of the cookie display, other then that....nothing! They didn't even acknowledge that they had customers waiting.
