Due to my job, driving (special needs) clients around, most on a tight budget (with both time and money), I have visited almost every McDonald's in "Michiana" repeatedly over the last 3 years. This location is by far the best one. Always clean, food is hot and fresh, and the wait is always reasonable. My favorite items are the McDoubles and the Chicken Sandwich (NOT the McChicken, the good chicken). I have the app and save a lot of money that way. read more

The manager on February 9, 2026 in the evening was very mean. She was yelling at the employee because he wasn't sure how to ring up a gift car. The phone rang and she told off the person on the other end. Not a nice person at all. She needs to take a good look at herself and see if she would like that kind of treatment. I won't go back to the one on Miami Street again. I will drive out of my way to avoid her. The employee's were nice and polite. Applause to the employee's :) read more

Our food was fresh and hot! The manager brought it to our table and he was very kind. It was quiet on a Saturday afternoon. I gave 4 stars because of the dining room. Some of the seating is looking a little worn out and some of the styles of chairs looks like they are hard to clean. But overall a good experience! read more

McDonald's - Chicken 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets and French Fries - Fast Food Near Me - South Bend, Indiana

Well to start the managers are not nice people. the sauces on the app are FREE. Mcdonald's makes 2-30 BILLION dollars a year but the manager acts like more than 3 sauces is going to kill their business. I witnessed them yell at their employees for giving me the sauce I ORDERED. What am i going to do with 3 ranch sauce cups with 20 nuggets and a basket of fries. should i just use a pea sized dot on everything? and on top of that the food is always cold, and sometimes even made wrong. i mean, i went there tonight and this is how my burger came and it looked like whoever wrapped it tried to squeeze it to death. read more

Worker eating food and drink in the food prep area. Eating while preparing food and wearing food prep gloves. YUCK. That's a health code violation! Update: 4/21/2021 Curbside service is hit or miss. Recently I waited 29 minutes to get my order. Worker suggested they were short staffed and she didn't have anyone to Run out to curb. 29 minutes is ridiculous. read more

This is the worst McDonalds in South Bend. Horrible service, rude employees and ALWAYS GET the order wrong. Completely wrong sandwich and cold of course. HATE this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Food is usually good. But they are so slow. And there is always a higher line in the drive thru.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's on the face of the Earth. If you choose not to follow the franchise menu and won't offer the same things as all the other McDonald's, at least be smart enough to not show the items on the menu outside. On two occasions, I left because I was lied to about the food offered in the restaurant. read more

First time in a long time I've had gotten 3 mcchickens that tasted very old. and look like someone stepped on them and they don't know how to aim the mail gun cuz the mail all over the sandwich instead of in the sandwich and here I got a picture also read more

McDonald's - Old make chicken sandwich and it was look like someone stepped on it - Fast Food Near Me - South Bend, Indiana

Very fast service, excepted my expired coupon, but needed to be swept a little. was pretty clean other than that. Very roomy. Straws are not located by the drink station.. They are located on a trash can.. Which is strange..a little unsanitary. They have a small little play place, with a small slide, bigger kids might get bored here. Other than that it's just another fast food restaurant.. read more

Worst service EVER!!! This place is a hot mess, and not in a good way. Even with 10 people in the kitchen area, every order this morning ahead of me (including mine) was incorrectly filled. Ray Kroc is rolling over in his grave. Please shut this down now and redo your efficiency training!!! read more

We went to the drive thru on our motorcycle and was told the don't serve bikes at the drive thru. Excuse me? It has a motor and isn't peddled! Discrimination is alive and well at this McDonalds!!! I wish I could leave a negative score read more

Ordered an egg mcmuffin meal with orange juice and a sausage mcmuffin meal with orange juice. Sandwiches and hash browns were barely warm at all. Sausage mcmuffin with egg had no egg. Really?! People working the drive through were very friendly, but food was very poor. read more

Very slow now. What happened? No smiling faces working here. Made for you? Sure! Just wait 20 minutes!

The workers in the drive-through are very rude and unprofessional. When you pull up to place your order nobody speaks to you. After waiting and me finally saying "hello?" they tell you to order when you're ready. this has happened on several occasions. It's always the outer drive through, the kids that are at the second window. If you order any type of iced drink or mocha they tell you to pull forward and wait. I on several occasions have waited several minutes for a drink that shouldn't take more than one minute to make. The last straw was this past Saturday morning where they pushed me off to the next window. The girl came up and asked me what I was waiting for. Then they tried to smooth it over by giving you a free Apple pie. I will not go back to that McDonald's, there's obviously no one in charge of keeping their employees up to speed on customer service. Perhaps your crew should go down to Chick-fil-A and see what good customer service is about. read more

I went to the drive thru here & the girl tried to charge me for ketchup!!! Then when I got home I saw that she gave me the wrong order. When I went back I asked for the manager. The manager was very nice & obviously intelligent. I hope the other one working the drive thru is still in school...she's not going to go too far in life with her attitude. I asked the manager if it's McDonalds policy now to charge for ketchup. She said No. I wonder what the girl was going to do with the money if I had paid her for my kechup. Isn't that considered to be stealing? read more
