By far the worst experience i've ever had at a taco bell. The worker was extremely rude with me and literally cursed at us. All I wanted to do was make two separate orders and was given so much attitude, I was understanding so I spoke calmly to her but she kept giving the attitude. I get we had a lengthy order but she was rude throughout the whole time. Not only was the service bad but the food we got was so poorly put together. I'm going to let the pictures speak for themselves. Giving this place a 1 star is a compliment, I would give this place negative stars if I could. Sorry excuse for an establishment. read more

I had a great experience a couple days ago with you guys. The food was hot fresh and I was extremely happy

I go here at least once a week after work and I order just about the same thing everytime and I don't think i've EVER gotten my correct food order. I order chicken and got steak this time or just simple things like the sauces that I PAY for and I get avacado salsa instead of the ranch. The older woman at the window is a complete jerk she's always short and rude and you can tell she just doesn't care about her job. All I can say is thank god i'm not allergic to steak. read more

I was in line for 20 minutes before the fast food restaurant closed today on 09/22/2020. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes and got to the order window right at 10:30 pm. I was told I could not order food because they closed at 10:30..... and 2 people left from in front of me..... Now mind you it was 10:30 exact when I came up to the order window and I was already waiting for 20 minutes.... In that 20 minutes there was 5 cars in front of me and they did not move at all. I went to this Taco Bell at 11PM on a Saturday. There was two cars in front of me. I ordered 4 tacos and it took 40 minutes for them to complete the two cars in front of me and then I sat at the window for 25 minutes waiting for 4 tacos. So, we went with about 20 people however we only sent 3 people in.. thank god because it took almost 30 minutes to get the food. I could have walked to Mexico and back, I could have gotten 3 face lifts, had a child, graduated high school, built a new home and furnished it, recreated dinosaurs and made them extinct again, cut down every tree on this planet with a hand saw, drank all the ocean water,created life on Mars, done 18 iron mans, 14 marathons, and celebrated my great great great grandchild's birthday in the amount of time it took to get some dang tacos! If your idea of a good meal involves 30 minutes of wait time with or WITHOUT traffic, then the Ireland Road location has you covered. Abysmal food even by Taco Bell standards, employees who refuse to empathize, and hilariously incorrect orders are all yours, and in a convenient location, to boot. My personal favorite part is the drive-thru, which has no actual room to navigate out of, so if you decide you don't want to wait the 45 minutes for your (1) soft taco, there's no turning back. I had a horrible experience at this Taco Bell... The service was extremely slow and I should have known I was in trouble when two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru pulled away. I ordered a Loaded Potato Burrito, a 5-Layer Burrito and tried to order a Mountain Dew Baja Blast frozen drink. The girl who took my order said they didn't have medium cups and proceeded to place a large Mountain Dew on my order. Since she wasn't understanding what I wanted, I accepted what was on my screen and pulled forward. After several minutes, the two cars directly ahead of me in line pulled out and drove away. Once I finally got up to the window, I told the girl that the two cars ahead of me pulled away. She asked me what I had ordered and I gave her my order a second time. She then handed me a large Mountain Dew. I was able to drink almost the entire thing before I was finally handed my order. I drove away (about a block) and realized that I had been handed the wrong order. I should have checked before I pulled away. I went back through the drive-thru and requested my money back. The girl brought back a slobbingly-dressed manager who never spoke to me and did not offer an apology. After five minutes, I finally got my money back. I tried to hand the order back to the girl, who refused to take the bag back, saying that it was against their policy to dispose of it for me. All told, the entire ordeal took approximately 30 minutes from the time I initially placed my order until the time I left for the second time. I was completely disgusted. read more

Drove back to the store just to be talked to by a very RUDE manager, even though we were never disrespectful. We just wanted our food hot and correct. Very disappointed. Found a hair on the outside of my tortilla almost embedded into it. Completely disgusted. The staff there changes so often I'm not surprised that the amount of care put into the food isn't up to par. For the most part the staff that takes the orders aren't usually bad and are friendly, but the people on line have an issue with cleanliness and following special requests. Absolutely rediculous, pull up to the speaker and the man who sounded like a lady was extremely rude. Pull up to the window go to pay and they didn't make one of the orders a meal. Kindly ask to make it a meal and they say, "we can't modify or add stuff at the window" so my "meal" is less a drink and taco. Get home to eat, and you want to talk about half assing something? Get their nacho bell grande. They literally put a serving spoon of cheese, damn near a half cup of tomatoes, and a diaper full of bean! Most of the stuff wasn't even on the chips. I have eaten at many, many Taco Bells over the years, all over the country. And I have to say, my recent stop at this location while visiting South Bend was the best experience I have ever had. The service at the drive-thru was spot-on, with the employee clearly restating our order. Our food was ready by the time we got to the window, with no wait at all. Everything that was supposed to be hot was hot, everything that was supposed to be cool was cool. Today I payed taco hell a visit, I'm a vegetarian so this wasn't my first choice. I asked what they had for vegetarians and they claimed that they can take the meat off of anything. So I ordered 2 five layer burritos with no beef. When I got the burritos I indulged because I was hungry. I ate about half of the burrito before I realized that there was meat in it.
