Well, the first thing that has to go at this Burger King would be the management team after coming back with cold food. The employee put their finger into the food, took it back to the microwave and brought it back without literally turning the microwave on and handed it over consumption. This is not the first time that we've had this type of service at this Burger King and for anyone that reads this go next-door to McDonald's where you will get a better meal better Service but this is exactly why Burger King is in trouble because of management like this In closing, if the scale had zero, as part of the grading system, they would receive that one would represent an attempt, but there is clearly no attempt at this Burger King read more

I'm a delivery driver. I pulled up on a Tuesday roughly 1130pm at night. I had to tell this lady that I was here for an ubereats 3 times before I was met with a "yeah, we have that. Pull around." Okay, I get it. I have worked in the industry my whole life, it's late night. There were two other cars in the drive thru other than me, both in front of me. Line took a while which I was completely expecting. As i'm pulling to the window i'm greeted with two bags of food in my face. I say "whoa, is this for (customer name)?". I get "yeah" and she TOSSES the two bags into my car. This is clearly the manager. She literally broke the seal on one of the bags in the process. I am extremely patient and understanding of fast food places, particularly in late night situations, but this was completely unacceptable. I was never even remotely rude to her. read more

This Burger King is so clueless and so are the two managers I dealt with (Morning managers). My friend wanted a Biscuit, Egg and sausage no cheese. He got cheese. I wanted a biscuit, egg, bacon AND cheese and I got no cheese. Something that should have been 5 minutes took over 35 minutes to correct. My friend got his sandwich corrected and they never fixed mine. Tell your friends to avoid this BK as you won't be happy with your over priced incorrect food. I'm surprised this place is still in business read more

Do not go here! I asked for a meal w a coke............ she said a sprite.... My granddaughter and I went into the Portage Ave., Burger King on April 10 of 2026. Ordering two Impossible whopper burgers, one with fries and one with onion rings. There was no eye contact at all from the person who took our order. When she read back the order to us, she had stated 2 orders of fries, but I told her that I had wanted onion rings. She just nodded and ran off. When our order came, there were the two Impossible Burgers on the tray, along with two orders of fries! I went back up to the counter with the two orders of fries and told them that one of these should be an onion ring. The lady at the counter angrily shouted that on her order, it said two fries, and took the two orders of fries off my tray and threw them into the trash. The lady that was taking orders, just looked at me and kind of rolled her eyes. But she said they would get my onion rings to me. They called my name again, and I went back to the counter. Now, the onion rings were there, but not the fries my granddaughter had ordered because of course, the angry lady had thrown them both into the trash. then I had to ask them to give me an order of fries for my granddaughter. So they scraped up some fries and plopped them on the tray. I then needed ketchup packets, which I politely asked for, and those also got plopped onto my tray. My granddaughter and I had had a bad experience with this Burger King about four or five months prior to today, but figured we would give them another chance thinking it had been a bad day for them. But now we knew that this Burger King is the absolute worst Burger King we have ever been to and will NEVER ever come back! Whomever the manager is, he or she is not doing their job. The entire time we were there my granddaughter and I were very polite. All of the people that I saw working there were very rude very condescending and very hateful. I told my granddaughter, "Absolutely NEVER AGAIN!" read more

Worst Burger King ever, can't seem to follow simple requests (Have it your way?) Poor management ( especially the woman) can be very rude to customers. Staff, what little they have seem poorly trained and not motivated. Usually no greeting when placing order inside, they just stand there looking at you. 90%+ of the time something is wrong with the order ! Burgers not assembled correctly and without consistency. My average wait time for my food is typically 10-15 minutes and that's on a good day. I keep hoping it will get better, it just doesn't, this has been going on for at least 6-8 months. read more

Took 30 minutes to get food. Owner clearly doesn't care. Yelp reviews all 1 star. Fry's container not full..

Yeah don't go to this Burger King, especially at night--The drive thru service is terrible, besides I only got my food once I walked in the restaurant. The pop was good, not watered down. Don't get the bacon king. Currently my stomachs hurts and I'm constipated, too much mayonnaise on it.. read more

I placed a mobile order and waited at the drive-through window for 18 minutes to receive 1 whopper... what else is there to say?!

Why do I always see Health code violations at BK? I've spoken to BK managers before but it must not work. Dear Burger King: Workers are not supposed be drinking or consuming food in the food prep area! It's called a health code violation. And what about workers in their dirty phones? You think those phones aren't havens for germs? Update 5-11-21: why is it that so many times I come to this restaurant at approximate 10:00-10:30 at night and I'm told they cannot take an order at the drive-through because they are having a system update that may take up to a half hour or more? Thank you Burger King for wasting my time once again. Is there any wonder this is a one star restaurant? read more

One of the worst restaurants in South Bend. Filthy inside and out. Been waiting at drive up order machine for 5 minutes. No one in debt of me. They Lee saying one moment please. I'm stuck. read more

Please don't waste your time going to this place. I've given it numerous chances because my grandson likes their chicken nuggets. They have yet to give us an accurate order and we wait, and wait, and wait. So sad because they have a great location. I wish I could give negative stars read more

Was pretty disappointed. The fries were stale and cold and tasted like the oil hadnt been changed in a month.. The customer service could use a major overhaul. read more

Wish I could give a negative stars. One of the Managers was so rude this morning. My Husband ask for Jelly with Our Order and was told that They do not have Jelly no more. Then My Husband ask for His Blue Drink that They forgot to give Him yesterday. The Manager said She has nothing to with that. My Husband said go in back to check Your log book and it will show that you owe a Blue Drink to Me. Once again The Manager says She has nothing to do with that and its not Her problem. What top it off while My Husband was waiting for Our Order He heard the Manager saying She wish these People go somewhere else. read more

I when to this location for lunch and was disturbed to find nearly all of the employees wearing masks below their noses. This defeats the purpose of the mask entirely. It discusses me that we cannot fix the problem when we don't hold ourselves accountable. read more

I have been going to this Burger King for a while now and tonight will be my last time. I went there this evening and went to the drive thru - asked about the new sandwich and read the name of it as it was on the sign and she says you are confusing two sandwiches. I gave my order and she got everything wrong. I asked for the food to be fresh and without onions on the sandwich and I get home and of course it looks like they added MORE onions then usual and it was not even warm. The only positive thing is that the fries were hot. They may have remodeled the outside of the building too bad they can't do the same with the food. read more

Was there last night long line in the drive thru. Both whopper jr.s were cold. The chicken sandwich was hard and barely warm. For ablong line in the drive thru you would think the burgers were fresh. Not going anymore once the McDonald's reopens! read more

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my order. I have been going to this location for awhile and the food is always cold. Not to mention I was missing my onion rings that I really wanted. I don't know if I paid for them or not because I didn't get a receipt. Do not plan on going to this location again. read more

Of the 5 times I've been to the drive thru here, they have gotten my order wrong 3 times. Those are hall of fame numbers for an MLB hitter, but horrible for a fast food franchise. read more

Sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes. Was never told I would wait this long. Went inside to attempt to get my money back. Couldn't even get one person to assist me. Didn't get my money back and left without food. Worst fast food restaurant around! read more
