This Jersey Mike's does a good job of making the classics and I can't knock them on their sandwich making prowess. The employees working here are not friendliest though. Terrible attitudes and bad disposition can make the whole ordering process awkward and uncomfortable. I get that it's just fast food and that you aren't making a lot of money, but it's still wild to me that a manager sees this type of behavior and doesn't say anything.

After…read morewe had already paid for our food and were receiving our order at the drive-thru window, we asked if we could add one extra Zax Sauce. We were told it would be an additional 35¢, so we had to dig around for change just to pay for a single extra sauce. Luckily we had some otherwise I would have said forget it because why would I charge a card for 35 cents. I completely understand that businesses have to charge for extras, but after already placing and paying for an order, having to stop and search for 35¢ for one sauce felt a little excessive and left a bad impression. It's not really about the money--it was more about the customer experience and how unnecessary the interaction felt over such a small item. I'm not trying to be overly critical, but I do hope management will consider whether charging for something this minor, especially at the window after the order has already been paid for, is worth the negative customer experience.

We said dining in but as soon as I said that, the cashier gave a side eye to her coworker that was cleaning the tables. After that I decided to rather get it to go because they clearly didn't want us there. I would understand if we walked in closer to closing time but it had just turned 8 pm and they close at 10 pm so I'm very confused on why they're giving us attitude. I also work customer service so I would understand if we came inside last minute but we didn't. And with the faces and side eyes, they could've at least waited until we walked away and not do it right in front of our faces. Once I received my food I noticed they were missing our sauces and when I got home and took a look at my food, I saw that me and my cousin got an insanely small amount of fries. I have never received food like this at any other Zaxbys location until this one. We should've looked at previous reviews since we clearly aren't the only ones that have experienced this and if they close the dining room earlier then that should be updated on maps.

Visited December 9, 2025…read more For as long as Five Guys has been around, I had somehow never tried it - until this year. Today was my third visit to the Smyrna location, and I'm officially a fan. Service & Food: The service has been consistently friendly, and the food has been spot-on every time. For a fast-casual spot, the dining area is as clean as it gets, and the restroom was surprisingly tidy as well. Small Suggestion: My only recommendation would be to keep the pumped ketchup stocked. Other than that, the team here is absolutely killing it. Extras & Convenience: When dining in, they usually bring your food right to your table after you order at the counter- not always but a nice touch. The women's restroom has a changing table (bonus points), and there's plenty of hassle-free parking. Price Point: Expect to spend around $23 for a cheeseburger with all the toppings, a soda, and little fries. Overall, this location delivers a great experience and has officially made me a Five Guys customer whenever seeking a burger.

When the employee finally came out, instead of being respectful, she immediately gave me an aggressive attitude. When I asked if everything was okay since I had been waiting so long, she became verbally aggressive and insulted me, including calling me a "fat ass." I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and was simply trying to use the restroom. Being spoken to this way was extremely humiliating and emotionally distressing. Another individual, who claimed to be her brother, was also present and aggressively yelled at me. I felt intimidated and unsafe, especially being 35 weeks pregnant. My partner had to step in because he was shouting at me. The shift leader on duty, Corey Hedges, did not properly handle the situation and instead implied that I had escalated it. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially not by employees. This was completely unacceptable and very disappointing.
