I really enjoy Wendy's when I'm craving a fast food burger. I like to order a single cheeseburger with small French fries and then upgrade to a small shake instead of a soft drink. It was really hot outside and a small chocolate Frosty sounded so good. I placed my order and then was told they didn't have any chocolate Frosty available but would I like the strawberry? I was so set in my mind for the chocolate I didn't want strawberry so I ordered an unsweetened iced tea instead. When I arrived at the drive through window the nice woman asked if I'd like to sample the strawberry Frosty? She said people really seem to like it. Sure, why not? Well, I did try it and it was really good! The texture was really smooth and creamy and the strawberry flavor was good too! I'm such a chocoholic I didn't think I would care for the strawberry, but I did! The fruit flavor was great, especially in the summer! I would definitely order one next time I'm there! read more

He awkwardly gave me my drink and bag like he was hesitant, couldn't tell if he was high or just being weird for whatever reason.. Popped in for a quick bite, took about 20 minutes to see even a glimpse of a greasy red shirted employee. After I went over my order 8 times with the dumbass cashier that seemed to get the words yes and no confused,I went to sit at a table. Unfortunately when I sat down the table identified as jello because that motherfucker fell apart. I sat down at the less destroyed table and began to eat my food. I should really call it shit covered with lettuce because it wasn't nice at all. I decided to unfuck my mouth with a frosty and they gave me maybe 2 grams of frosty after being as kind as possible. I love frosties in the summer. Most Wendy's serve excellent frosties. This location consistently has issues. Either the machine is not working or they are runny and melting. I decided to try this location again instead of driving a few miles to the next Wendy's location. The lady at the drive thru did not speak good english and was yelling at everyone. When I got to the window she was irritated that I took a few seconds to count the change for payment. She slammed the window and disappeared. It was 95 degrees outside so I closed my car window waiting on her to return. When she returned several minutes later she basically threw the frostie at me without saying a word. read more

I had a reward from t-mobile Tuesday and when i tried to scan it the reward wouldn't even show up, and the cashier clearly saw the reward and he didn't do anything for me. i ended up paying $15 for a cold fries and a mediocre sandwich. The guy working the drive thru at night needs to slow down. We ordered (3) 4-$4 and he tried to charge us $19.99. He gave us the wrong sauce for the nuggets even after repeating it twice, and to top it off he didn't give us our drinks, luckily I noticed before I drove off. It is a Wendy's after all but it isn't fast or accurate food. The service was abysmal and the order incorrect. I had to correct the cashier several times. The manager passed by several times. He said nothing and did nothing but carried a coffee pot. He actually poured part of the pot onto the floor. Never a mention of I'll be with you in a minute until I sarcastically said "do you not want customers here today?" Yeahhh... after most of my life being a Wendys customer this location reminded why I wrote them off years ago. I've lived near this location for 12 years, and probably been in a single digit number of times. I was enticed by their new website late on Saturday after a couple of beers, and ordered a custom sandwich, paying for a couple of extras like like extra bacon and extra cheese. 10-15 minutes pass, and then so I get up and make the barely 1000 foot drive to this location around 30 minutes before their closing time (now 12am on Saturdays), and notice 3 employees sitting in the dining room chatting. I pull around, tell them that I placed an online order, and notice two of them coming out of the dining room and apparently begin *making* my order. 5 minutes later I get it, and sure enough I get home and notice the burger missing pretty much missing *all* the extra crap that I've already paid for. I'll only ever maybe go to Wendys again for their dollar menu in periods of temporary poverty, Wendys really needs to get their crap together (but again, this has been for years now). read more

Wendy's is pricing itself out of the daily lunch routine. I consider it more like a casual dining restaurant in terms of it being a little bit of a splurge. The quality is better than other fast food, but not on par with a real sit down meal. This Wendy's in particular has a terrible service issue. None of the cashiers have a clue what you are talking about until a manager comes over to translate. I get that we are in Texas and that English is a second language for a lot of folks, but these are your front line employees trying to comunicate.
