Ordered an 11$ fish sandwich meal and asked if I could please have some Mayo on the side - I'm told " they don't have Mayo " . Funny thing is , I was also picking up an online order for my bf which I advised the girl of after she handed me my meal. In his order online he asked for No Mayo on his burger and he gets home and opens it and it had Mayo on it! . So I actually wanted it and was told a lie simply bc she didn't feel like getting me some - and he didn't want any and they put it on his burger anyway bc they didn't read the order properly when making the food. I had such a bad experience here on a Saturday night around 10:45-11pm. I asked for a biggie bag, one regular 4 piece nuggets, one spicy 4 piece nuggets, and two small strawberry lemonades and they said the total was $30?? I also had a free large fries with a purchase of $10 from the rewards app. I was shocked and checked the receipt and they charged me for a medium fries and 3 large fries, so confused. I tried to explain my order and asked them to take it off, they just took 2 large fries and didn't refund me. And when I mentioned what I didn't order, they told us to give back the food LOL they still didn't refund it. so I asked again if they could remove the charges since we didn't order it and now have not received it. I have been in different Wendy's where the taste was a bit more delicious and the burger more juicy .. The restroom door has passcode so is not convenient to ask to open it. Stuff are nice , fast. Big parking lot.. Next to it Walmart Not too clean .. Lots of tables were dirty . Needs improvement for sure read more

Hey...I mean Wendy's food is Wendy's food. It's the usually burgers, fries and yummy chili. I'm actually thinking about entering a chili cookoff using Wendy's chili - I may win. Question...if I win do I give credit to Mr David Thomas? They get 4 stars because of their prime grade A+ customer service. These guys really like their jobs. I've never met a kinder staff than this Wendy's. They have been well trained and are passionate about their work. I'm leaving a review simply because of the awesome people who work here. My big question of the day is this - "why are these people so happy?" This is truly a lost art - "liking your job". They say 80% of people don't like their job - well these guys are the 20%. Do I know this is a Wendy's? Yes. But guys, you should actually try out this location! The service is always fast, restaurant always clean and the free wifi, nice seating area (with fireplace) and personalize-it soft drink machine make this one of the nicer Wendy's in the area. Are you going to run into a character or two who may seem a bit sketchy? Possibly. Will there be a cashier who is so hyper that she jumps over the counter and runs to the door when her shift is over? Could happen. Will the police come by and ask if you've seen "anything suspicious" going on? May have happened once. But that still doesn't beat the 4 for $4 deal, the power Mediterranean Salad, or the world famous frosty. Definitely check this out at least once. So unprofessional. Regardless what time you go you shouldn't be dealing with people who give you attitude in backlash of their service. If I could give negative stars I would. Despite repeating the order the drive thru still got it completely wrong and we had to throw out almost our whole order. A plain classic single with cheese came with no cheese but everything else. A plain crispy chicken came with lettuce and mayo. If you go here just remember to check your order before you get home or you risk no lunch. read more

I got the spicy chicken sandwich at the drive thru and it was way overcooked and inedible. I've had good and bad experiences with this Wendy's over the years. It's always busy due to the location and the fact that they rarely get your order messed up. After the clubs get out on the weekends this place is packed so expect to wait in line for your junior bacon cheeseburger. I haven't been inside the restaurant since they remodeled it so I can't judge the cleanliness or anything but the drive thru is pretty quick during the day. read more

Quality nuggets. Quality fries. Although the meal was quite good, the service was fairly poor. Unbelievable soda machine, tons of options. The seats are a tad uncomfortable; but i thoroughly enjoy the booth to chair ratio. TBH the sauce situation is kinda Bull**** because i need more than two at once. The siracha is fire but like how are you going to give me only 2 sauces for my whole meal, and thats two sauces if your lucky, sometimes you get one. My frosty was good, but the lady only filled it like 3/4 of the way up, all good though. I also enjoy the fireplace, makes me feel like home even though the fire isnt real. The fact is, a crispy chicken sandwhich is .99 cents, and when I weigh my life options, what is a better bargain than that. Finally, the 4 for 4. Chicken sandwiches are usually dried up as if not freshly made and have been sitting under heat lamp for prolonged time. Last visit was so bad compelled me to write review (something I seldom do) and also complete Wendi's survey. Sometimes it's not worth speaking to a manager or requesting a new order. I have learned in the past Wendie's tends to have a hard time accepting the fact they may have given you a bad product. When the chicken sandwiches are fresh they are great. But it's hard to get a fresh chicken sandwich at Wendie's. It seems they make a lot in advance and hold them under the warming lamp. Result, dried up rubbery tasteless product. Due to this I have stopped visiting Wendie's altogether. But in past month or two revisited. Both times disappointed, but this last time product was unacceptable. read more

I don't usually eat fast food, but I was pleasantly surprised when I ate in this establishment recently. In the past, I would only use the drive thru, as it was not very appealing inside and the customers were obnoxious. However, I decided to eat inside after they did the remodel. I can't believe it is the same place. The ambiance is so much different than before. It looks as if they are trying to be more classy than a McDonalds type fast food place. Yes, it is still the same Wendy's food, etc, but the inside was much nicer. It even had a fake fireplace on the wall. I when I came here today around 5 pm as i came to the register as I was looking at the menu to see what burger i wanted the clerk came to the register and ask me if i was finish picking out my order i told her no. Then I ask her about the Jr bacon cheese burger she tells me they don't sell it anymore then she starts going on about the new double cheeseburger meal they have on the menu and that was the new bacon cheeseburger it just comes with the meal with an inpatient attitude. Then starts ringing me out with that meal so i told her that's not what im ordering and that's not the Jr bacon cheese burger then she walked away and said she had other customers to take care of then a manager came to the register and I ask again about the burger and he told me they still carry it so he takes my order when i got my food my sandwiches was cold as usual. Customer service needs to slow down when taking orders this is my third time coming here and my food has been cold. I stopped in tonight around 2:30 AM to grab a late night snack. I visit this Wendy's frequently as it is close to home and open late. Typically the service is usually a hit or miss, tonight though the service was a huge hit. I'm not sure if they have new employees that work the late shift but the past few visits I've been pleasantly surprised by the Politeness of the workers. I was greeted by a cheerful young lady who seemed happy to take my order. It felt good to have a cheerful voice come from the speaker so late in the night. I asked for wild buffalo sauce with my meal and she informed me that they were out. When I told her that I was rather upset about that because I can't fully enjoy my Wendy's without wild buffalo sauce she asked me to hold on. About two minutes later she came back to the window with wild buffalo sauce. She told me that the shipment came in today and was buried in the stockroom she'll literally went into the stockroom unburied the box and opened it up just to get the sauce for me. I thanked her and she smiled and told me to have a wonderful night. The food tasted fresh and the fries were not soggy. I know this is only Wendy's and writing a review on Wendy's is kind of corny, but I will definitely be back and hopefully receive the same kind of hospitality. Wendy's is great. Better than McDonalds and BK. I've never had any problems with the service here.
