Stop on my way thru on daily route. Young guy, probably first job, who runs window must mid afternoons is always friendly, and gets it done quickly and correctly. Didn't really notice until I stopped at a site in Salt Lake City and saw the huge difference. Lots of road traffic and vacation people at 2pm that can be really self privileged but he maintains a good attitude and gets it done correctly and quickly. There's not usually much to write about fast food chain restaurants, but this one was worth mentioning. We drove through on a busy Sunday afternoon to grab some lunch. The line of cars was a bit daunting, but it moved rather quickly. When we got to the window to pick up our food, I was thoroughly impressed by the woman who gave us our food. She was upbeat and energetic. She greeted us excitedly and gave us our food. Meanwhile, I heard her talking to the staff and encouraging them in a positive manner. It seemed that the crew might have fallen behind and she was leading them to get back on track (I'll man the window while you do XYZ, etc.) But she did it in such a positive way that I'd like to think the staff works like a happy team rather than a negative crew you often see in restaurants. The food order was correct, although the fries were quite a bit overdone. We may have gotten the bottom of the batch-many of them were burnt. But the order was accurate and everything else was just fine. read more

It took 45 minutes and two attempts to get our food. Their inside dining is closed, so we had to go through a long drive-thru line which took 20 minutes the first time. We realized after we drove away that they messed up our order. So we had to wait again in the drive-thru line--this time for 25 minutes. So frustrating! They were apologetic, but still. Stood in line for 15 min just to watch the staff completely ignore the people ahead of us and the whole line. Mom with two kids ahead of us finally left without ordering and our order was taken along with one other just to stop taking orders again. Meanwhile phone orders and drive through being fulfilled. We walked inside and immediately got til to leave because they didn't have staffing for inside meals. (I drive a tall rig that can't fit in a drive thru) they even had the machines that you order your food yourself, but apparently you can't use those. I am not surprised at our visit to this Wendy's. Disappointed to say the least. My granddaughter asked for cheeseburger plain. The young man even confirmed that we wanted cheese and nothing else. What did we get, no cheese. Just bun and patty. How hard is it to read the order? How hard is it to put 1 slice of cheese on a patty? Worst of all my granddaughter broke down and cried. Do they really think the deserve more pay to make children cry? More money for poor quality work? This isn't the first time this has happened here and most all fast food establishments. read more

We don't have a Wendy's where we currently live, but I wish we did! I love Wendy's, best cheeseburgers! We are on a long road trip and stopped to use restroom and get a quick bite. Let me tell you, this Wendy's had the friendliest staff, great food made to order, and it was CLEAN! "IAN" was so genuinely nice, and paid attention to everyone who stood in front of him. He was especially kind to my kids, and he helped make our long day of traveling so much better! He's pretty awesome.... I hope management realizes what a diamond they have in him. read more

I consider the Wendy's chain to be a family friendly establishment, so I expect high chairs and changing tables. Very disappointed that this location had high chairs but no changing table! read more

We were driving back to SLC from Arches N.P. and stopped for something fast so we could get through Highway 6 before it got dark. As we pulled up, I checked in on Yelp thinking that all Wendy's were the same and why would I even bother writing a review. The only reason I'm doing this is because they were in fact out of grilled chicken making me order another item. They also didn't have ketchup packets (what?!), making it difficult for 2 adults and 2 kids to drive and eat fries with ketchup in small paper cups from the dining area. Quality of food is consistent with the chain. They were deadly slow even though it was only 7:20 pm on a Sunday. It took about 15 minutes to get my order inside. The store is clean and service friendly but just reaaaally slow. To be fair the food was piping hot. We used to love their black bean burgers, which are only in Utah, and we live out of state. They discontinued them and they are the only things we can eat there other than salads. We don't want to pay 5$ for a salad so we don't get them. This is all fine, we weren't upset about this (sad that they're discontinued, but that's not this restaurants fault). What upset me, is that as my husband came out of the bathroom and I said, 'so do you want a salad or should we go somewhere else?' he said 'hmmm, I'm not in the mood for a salad, Taco Bell is across the street.' (Our favorite place to go since there are PLENTY of vegetarian options). Now, I know, my poor husband needs to learn the etiquette of NOT saying that you're going to the competitors store while you're IN the other persons store, but the eye roll and rude look we received from the otherwise pleasant cashier was not acceptable. I apologize for my husband, but it's not our fault that you have no veggie options other than your tasty but overpriced salad, and the place across the street does. This place has totally turned around. The place is blazing fast and the food is fresh and delicious. Most of the time I hate reviewing Fast Food, but I seriously recommend this place. It's awesome. This was my first time at this particular Wendy's, so I'm not sure if this is normal for them but they seemed a little short staffed. Even though they were a little short staffed, they were very quick with serving our huge family of eight (8), even with how busy they were. The menu seemed a little small, but we could all find food we wanted. My family seemed to like their food, and the chili cheese fries were a hit. I thought the food was pretty ok for fast food. I got Dave's single and, well, me being me, I think they could have added more lettuce and other toppings, and the tomato slice could have been a little smaller. The fries were pretty unevenly salted too. Most of the fries tasted like they didn't get salted and the few that did have salt tasted too salty. But the serving sizes were perfect. I got a small and I am stuffed! Inside of the restaurant was pretty ding dang clean too. it wasn't perfect, but again. Short staffed. So I won't hold it against them. read more

I stopped in here today on my way through. There were 4 workers..one who was not on duty standing around laughing and talking. I literally stood there for 10 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me despite all 4 of them looking at me 5x. As I was trying to place my order the guy kept turning around and talking to his coworkers and laughing.... when my order came up... it was to GO btw... the idiot put it on the counter on a tray and kept looking at the receipt and walking away. I'm still standing there waiting.... finally the guy that took my order says...oh... that was supposed to be to go. dumps it in the bag and continues to yack with his work buddies...
