This is fine, it's just not something we're used to in Louisville, as most places stay open later. We drove up to the speaker to order and had no issues there. When we got to the window to pay and pick-up we were asked to drive forward, park, and wait, as apparently they needed to make everything fresh since it was close to closing (I think we arrived about 15 minutes before closing time). I didn't mind the wait, as I knew our food would be fresh this way. When a staff member brought our food out to us it was indeed hot and fresh. They had included some sauces in the bag for us and plenty of napkins. When we made it home and opened everything up the order was made correctly and everything tasted good. Arby's is what it is. They all have the same menu and are pretty much the same restaurant, but as the dining options are limited in EKY I'm sure we'll be back to this location in the future.
