After 35 minutes of waiting and the way she EMBARRASSED us in front of other customers by talking down to us like dogs, I finally lost my temper and responded with "And YOU don't have to be a (word for a female dog) about it, either." and begun to walk out where she proceeded to THREATEN with calling the police just for telling her she didn't have to be like that towards me for advocating for the customer. The phone call in question? She told us the order was NEXT--so she flat out lied to us either on the phone or by saying she 'had to stop making it'. Which one is it? Guess she can't keep her story straight either. Apparently she should stop working customer service if she cannot be polite with MILDLY frustrated customers. The guacamole had great flavor although I wish they would have mashed it a little bit more to the style that I was used to, but that could be a regional thing. The price was really reasonable for everything you got. Great salsa! Will definitely go back again if I make it back to Prestonsburg.
