Went inside for take out. Nobody eating in is a solid sign place no bueno. Also, store smelled also like old grease or something. spicy chx sandwich meal for $12. Only to get home and chx not fully cooked! Nope...already low overall score. Perhaps somebody should check in on this location b/c it could have ruined this holiday season eating suspect chicken. I rarely get fast food and this solidified to not give in again need to put a star to review. Yikes. read more

I had a great time there before writing this review I look at what other people wrote and they said no one was there which happened to me as well but I was there at 10 pm so listen to the other people. I didn't have a problem with the food it tasted good and came pretty fast I would say it's your typical Wendy's which is a good thing. read more

The food is same at all Wendy's and I have no problem with the food, however the service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life at this location, the service has to be ranked #1 slowest in the world, you. Am literally sit at the drive thru line for 45 minutes just to get a 6 piece nuggets, the line move so slow and when you go inside it is just as slow and you can see the people working just screwing around and taking their time. Management have no idea how to run this location. The inside of the restaurant just feel like it have bad air. Avoid this location read more

I made a tactical error of getting fast food at Wendy's on High Street in Pottstown. The drive-through went quickly and yet we waited at the window for a little bit, but that wasn't the real problem. I ordered a Dave's single with cheese and asked for baconator fries and added a chocolate Frosty. Instead of substituting the fries for the special order, they gave me both, the hamburger had nothing on it but cheese, and was listed on the receipt as a plain, which was not what I asked for, and I did not get a fork or a spoon and had to ask them for the frosty which was filled 3/4 of the way while I waited. Kind of disgraceful and clearly the staff handling the drive through window was not adequately trained. I got home and realizing that I didn't have what I asked for but recognizing that it was cold outside and I was tired and hungry. I ate the dry hamburger and I'm getting a fork and a spoon out of my kitchen to eat the frosty and the baconator fries. It will be a long time before I go back to that particular, Wendy's. I don't know why I am upset because I have experience poor service at several Wendy's over the last few months. Perhaps the chain itself is failing. read more

I stopped here over a year ago on my lunch, noticed the line for the drive-thru was crazy long so I went inside. There were only a few people in front of me at the register but I stood there for half an hour and only moved forward once in the queue. I finally left and figured I'd not return. Today I stopped again, seeing the line at the drive-thru was only a couple cars. Set a timer for thirty minutes and by the time it went off, I had only just ordered and was still sitting at the menu board. I'm done with this place. read more

This is the last time I go to this Wendy's. I ordered sandwiches without buns, so they were put in plastic containers. I got home and the grease from the burger leaked out of the container, through the bag, and onto the seat in my car because the container was just thrown into the bag. The other sandwich container was thrown in the bag as well. The fries taste like they've been sitting out for hours and then tossed back in the fryer to heat them up. Absolutely the worst service ever. read more

Wednesday March 1st ~7 p.m. est. We visited the location at 1585 E High St, Pottstown, PA 19464. Don't visit this location at that time of day. You'll find- no napkins, no ketchup, half the drinks in the drink machine empty. We walked in and I had to ask, " Why does it smell like smoke back there?" Their answer, "We had a problem with the french fries." That should have been a clue to walk out. But the Wendy's we usually attend (after 4/5 years of shunning Wendys) gives very good service. Anyway the fries were overdone and greasy? Same with the chickin nuggets. And I wouldn't have complained but a dream about an eatin stand woke me early. Can't recommend this location. read more

Pottstown is a very small town and many people stay to themselves however, it's always nice when you are treated nice in an establishment you spend your money in. With that being said Wendy's last night was amazing! The staff really showed me and my family respect, courtesy, and politeness I normally don't like to buy fast food like this however I was pleasantly surprised! I will be back. Thank you... Lori Laura Dave Dave Bryon and Michael! Great team work and using gloves because most people don't! read more

Wendy's - My bill - Burgers Near Me - Pottstown, Pennsylvania

It's Wendy's! We stopped by for a quick bite on our way to camping in Allentown. The food was quick and fresh. The employees were friendly and looked happy to work there. Place was BUSY so they must be doing something right! Can't beat a baked potato filled with a small chili and a nice crunchy side salad. read more

Wendy's - a view of the outside of a restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Pottstown, Pennsylvania

Ordered a single combo and, not surprisingly, was disappointed. The single was so sloppily made that I had to rebuild it. As for the new "hot" fries, I wasn't impressed. I must be the one in three that believes McDonalds fries are better. I doubt I'll be going out of my way to try this or another Wendy's soon. read more

The workers were very busy practicing their twerking so we needed to wait to be recognized as customers. Polite and friendly attitude must not have been a requirement of this particular Wendy's as non of the workers had those qualities in anyway. Food was cold, but we were in traveling for hours and just shoved the food in our faces as we sat at the "cleanest " table available. (We happened to be the only group there). We are from Pennsylvania and this was North Carolina Wendy's so maybe our expectations were prejudiced. Sarcasm. Is there a negative star to tap ? read more

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. We waited 20 at the drive through before waiting 30 minutes inside. Is it even fast food? The service was terrible. When I finally got my food they messed up my order. I would have made them give me the right food, but I didn't feel like waiting in line for another 30 minutes. The burger was cold, the fries were soggy and my milkshake was just milk. Dont waste your time and money going to this crappy Wendy's. Go to literally any other fast food place in the area. read more

Terrible customer service. Did not receive complete order. And, both order time and second window took entirely too long for "fast" food.

The food is exceptional, but service is so unbearably slow. I waited a minimum of 15 minutes for nuggets and cheese fries in the dive through. This is consistent with every visit through the drive through. The store is also quite dirty inside; flies everywhere, grease and what not on the kitchen floor, crumby tables, etc. If these problems were fixed, I would give it 5 stars. read more

This can happen at any Wendy's location. The chilli is waaaay too hot! It took me the better part of 15 minutes to blow on it , sir it around, and taking little nibbles. I'm not sure if they are adhering to any health standards temp wise but golly... Who they trina kill? read more

This has got to be the worst experience i have ever had in a drive thru. It took so long my car literally broke. That shit overheated and i didn't even get the spicy nugs. Im not even kidding bro i waited 20 minutes and the girl yelled at me to move up when i clearly was stuck. They didn't even offer help and i had to push my poor car out. F read more

I can say this Wendy's location is so helpful and friendly and also makes sure your order is right or they make it right. Also a plus they barely have greese on the burgers like the other Wendy's location near the pottstown hospital. read more

I just sat in the drive through for over 20min. It took forever for them to even come to the window. This is ridiculous. What is the point of fast food? read more

Horrible customer service. Could barely hear or understand the employees. Kept telling us to hold on then someone else would come on & then we'd be told to hold on again. Food was half decent though read more

If you don't mind waiting forever (even when it's just you in line inside), stop in and eat here. No matter who is working, it seems like it takes 30 minutes to get the whole meal. You either wait for the fries or the drink. I don't understand it. You would think with the remodel, they would be sharp and quick. Nope. read more

The line takes forever they always mess up your order I asked for a plain burger they gave me lettuce and tomato don't go here at all it's horrible read more

Food was under cooked , hair found in two burgers , they don't wear hair nets!!!! It's disgusting there!

WORST WENDYS EVER!!! chicken was undercooked, fries were cold as fuck, if I could give them no stars I would, just terrible

Super friendly staff, good food, fast service, and always ready to help out. Good work:)
