Upon entering the business on North Charlotte Street in Pottstown, there was 1 customer ahead of me. The customer had their order ready for takeout. FRAN, who was front service at the counter was bull- shitting with the customer. Another worker saw this and shook their head. FRAN said, "I'll be right with you.". Here's the thing. I haven't eaten at a Burger King in 30 years. Growing up, my parents ONLY took us to BK because my dad believed a real burger should taste grilled, so as an adult I started going to the other place out of spite. But BK's been doing a lot of advertising lately and my kids wanted to try it, so I thought hey, maybe it's time. First off, everyone at the drive thru was very friendly. So that left a positive impression. Everything was hot and well packaged and looked like you'd want it to look. The onion rings and chicken sandwich were just as good as I remembered. Now it turns out that I, personally, don't prefer a grilled burger, and I'm sure my dad would be ashamed of me for saying that out loud. But if you do, these are good burgers. Good texture, good temp, nice crisp veggies, not sloppy, good bun. It's done right. It's just not my thing. And I'm grateful they offer an Impossible burger because one of my kids doesn't eat red meat but misses burgers. And she enjoyed hers very much. So if you're on the fence, just go try it. What a nice BK! Had breakfast inside on a chill Sunday morning- interior was remarkably clean & inviting. Staff was watering the plants, tables & floors- dry not sticky, TV had funny cat videos on loop (not the jarring news). The lady who took my order today told me the Bacon King had 6 pieces of bacon to justify the $8.99 price. This is what 3 uncooked half slices look like. My daughter's Whopper was ordered NO cheese, extra onion. It came with TWO slices of cheese. She couldn't eat her sandwich either. How do I get my hard earned money back? The customer service is horrible, they worry more about their time sensor at the drive thru then they do just getting the food for the customer. Not a single person in line or in the lobby and i did a mobile order and still had to argue wit the manager and the cashier as they expected me to at first wait at the first window until they called me up at which i refused because again there was no one else there. Next when I pulled to the 2nd window is when they proceeded to ask me to pull forward and wait for my mobile order whem again no one else there. When I refused they told me they could refuse my service because I was being rude and not pulling forward to worried about their time. New Burger King in Pennsburg has been opened a little over a month We have gone there once a week. The food is good. Service is great and the staff is friendly. However, the place is dirty. Tables are not clean and the floor needs to be swept. I'm afraid to see the restrooms. Dirty restrooms are a sign that the kitchen is not clean either. Really would like to continue eating there but we are starting to get turned off by the dirty dining room. read more

When I go to BK I usually get their mozzarella sticks or their French toast. But yesterday I decided to try their $1 tacos. Now I get it they're $1 but seriously what they're giving as tacos is insulting. Not even a sufficient amount of lettuce and then the meat. This place is disgusting! The same place that went viral on social media a year ago after someone filmed an employee scratching her back with a spatula that's used to flip burgers demonstrated another act of food contamination! I went through the drive through and seen who was later described as the manager prepping whoppers with onions and pickles with no gloves!! After wrapping about 6 whoppers she went to the oven and loaded frozen burgers into the oven and then went back to prepping whoppers with toppings all with her bare hands! I asked an employee do they allow you guys to prep food with bare hands and she stated " where suppose to wear gloves" Being a victim of food poisoning once in my life I wouldn't risk catching any food borne illnesses through this business.
