Everytime my family orders from this place they always forget ATLEAST something, or mess it up. My sister got food from here today, she paid $20 on her food and she went to pick it up but they said she didn't order anything, they gave her free food but didn't refund her? And whenever my dad orders something from here they always forget something, and the fries are not salty enough, the chicken nuggets have like a rubbery texture inside which is ABSOLUTELY nasty, please fix this, this is ridiculous how you guys keep messing up orders, what is so hard of making an order right for once? This is horrible. We ordered our food at 7:14 and the bag of it came at 8:32. But after waiting for over an hour for our food I grab the bag from the porch and I open it so see 3 drinks. That's it. We ordered 2 nugget meals and 1 happy meal. We already pre heated the oven to warm up the food knowing it would be cold. We called McDonald gave them all the order information, they say "oh sorry must've been stolen" as they hang up. No refund, no money, and no food. The drinks tasted somewhat off. We tried to get customer service and it took us to three different portals. Everytime we order from here we just expect an even worse experience than the last. Will not be ordering again. read more

Another ruined coffee. (Not shoes) 1 one cream absolutely does not make a whole cup of coffee look like milk not to mention they probably only added one sugar, which is why it tasted even worse. I placed an order through the machine and paid with two gift cards I had. An older lady asked me about my order and she went directly back and got it ready for me, like immediately!!! Strawberry smoothie was dynamite as was my McGriddle egg, bacon&cheeses. Went to get napkins at self serve area, all was neat and clean, and well stocked. I mean, it's a McDonald's, you cannot possibly expect it to be a 5 star restaurant quality experience. Foods good, the service is friendly, and you're in and out pretty painlessly. Compared to the other locations in the area, would definitely recommend this one. read more

What a hot mess this McDonald's is. They've done a redo inside and it looks great, but the service is abominable. Employees far more interested in chatting than talking. They got three aspects of our order wrong and the food was cold when we got it. At one point an employee said loudly, "I guess I'll carry this out to [some customers] but I am not going to be happy about it." I had a breakfast sandwich coupon,and hadn't had a Sausage Egg McMuffin in like a couple months,so I went through the drive thru...and To My surprise every employee greeted me with a smile, and brighten my day, my fiancé wanted the Big Breakfast so I added that and a hash browns, totally forgot the Hot Coffee...and pulled ahead to the pick up window, Morgananna thanked me,and I asked if she could charge me for a hot cup of joe? This is probably the worst McDonalds I've been to. I live in upstate NY and for the most part are all the same. They have one size iced tea for $1.00 and always have lemon. This McDonald's charged $1.90 for the same size and of course no lemon. Besides which it tasted bad. The outside of the building is a wreck. read more

Love the play area for my kids, but they really need to do cleaning of it in the really early morning hours before 9am or after hours around 9pm or 10pm. I was there for the 2nd time and it was 10am and they were cleaning it, down for over an hour. I love that they keep it clean but bad times they choose for it to be done. Hearing the vacuum for over 1 hour, while my kids kept asking me when they could play on it when we only have 1 hour of time to do it in. They got a whole 5mins on it before we had to leave. PLEASE, clean the playset in the off hours not in a time window when little kids will be in to play on it. read more
