Staff is always friendly here. I never have to wait long at drive-thru or walking into restaurant. My food is always good and hot.

New person at register didnt give sauces when paid extra for and put it the wrong sandwich order. Terrible service...

Yet again this place messed up my order and really getting tired of all these companies not getting it right and then they just basically tell you to deal with it I'm so tired of being ripped off from crappy companies like this.. again spending over $100 as I usually do because I have a big family all things that had added cheese which you know you pay for and they were big sandwiches so it's $1.25 per slice of cheese and there was eight burgers total six with added cheese none which came with it also everything that was supposed to be added like pickles lettuce tomato any of that wasn't there the spicy chickens were white on the bottom the breading was white because of how old and soggy it was now I work there about 20 years ago and that is not the way they did things then but I guess this is the new generation and this is the way they do things now used to be the store manager was Glenda but who knows if that's still the store manager but however all of that being said and done they did not replace anything or do anything correctly right off the get-go and you will be paying for a lot of cold food if you were going to try them or continue to go there cuz you used to like I did I suggest eating there so that way they can make it fresh for you when they mess up. read more

Husband and I go in for a bite to eat before running errands, we get welcomed to five flies and they didn't leave, against better judgement continued to try and eat in but had to leave within 5 minutes of getting food. The flies wouldn't leave us and there was food all over the floor it was disgusting. Only Wendy's near our house. Very upset!! read more

So much salt. So many flies. Nothing but regret. Ugh The lady ringing us up was sweet, but all the employees seemed mad at each other. They spoke to her rudely. It was uncomfortable. The already salty flies were covered in extra salt. They were gross. The inside had TONS of flies. They were everywhere. There was a fly zapper in the kitchen of all places. Yuck. read more

I have been to this Wendy's many times. the 2nd to last time I went a few months ago. my spicy chicken sandwich was very dry and the chicken was hard. This last time I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, it was cold, hard and chewy. unfortunately I ate it snd now I have been sick to my stomach for 2 days. this has always been my favorite fast food sandwich. Most disorganized and slow Wendy's I have ever been to. The cook staff seemed to be largely overwhelmed and unable to keep up with drive thru business and inside patrons which was not by any means huge. I am not sure if the staff was new and under experienced but my stop here was a disaster and all you could hear was the manager barking orders and saying "come on ladies". Again, the cook staff was either in experienced or maybe the barking is a common theme and staff gets shell shocked under this type of management. I almost left and probably should have but was starving after long ride. Systems and organization needs work at this place. read more

Strangest Wendy's I have been to yet but without a doubt the coolest. Shaped like a castle and filled with motor cycles. Very disappointed when they switched to hardware. Wouldn't recommend for burgers though. Directions to the location are confusing. read more

Horrible service. Never seem to have enough employees. Only 2 customers in front of me, and waited 8 1/2 minutes before my order was even taken. Sooooo slow. I come here a few times a month, and its always the same. Unfortunately i like their burgers more than mcds or id be there. Now waiting 11min 38 seconds in line. No food in sight. I have never had as many problems with a restaurant as I have ever had with this hole in a wall. I've had rude managers. I've had hair in my food. I've had late food. I've had the wrong order. I've payed for deluxe meals and received some "suprise" item off of the value menu. Sometimes workers won't even give you eye contact. Ordering from here is like playing a game of roulette. Always check what you receive. Somehow they've had this problem for years. Somehow they have a gift of finding exceptionally incompetent workers. There is no reason to ever go here. Every visit I have here is a mistake. I am a fool for believing that I will receive any level of service that is "acceptable." The one single upside of this store is that I have not yet gotten sick. So there's that, I guess. No food poisoning. read more

Wendy's has good cheese fries and burgers or chicken nuggets bacon cheese fries also I would definitely recommend going their.

This is the WORST fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The worker taking my order was not paying attention. We had to repeat the order 3 times for her to finally get it close to correct. When we got the food, they were on the wrong trays. The burgers were falling apart and sauce was dripping all over the place and all over the bun. There was lettuce and tomato hanging out of the burger. I could barely eat it without getting it all over me. I will never come back to this location. read more

This is the only Wendy's that I have encountered that wants to charge customers for a refill of ice tea. Rediculous!
