Foods great no complaints but the service is absolutely awful. I asked for extra cheese and it didn't look like extra cheese so i asked for more. the green haired lady got an attitude saying that she watched him make them and there was extra cheese. we asked for extra cheese again when she shut the window on us and started cussing. called my mother bitter and a bunch of other rude things. i get wendy's is fast food but you'd think that they'd be a little more professional. read more

This location was recently remodeled so I was pretty sure I would be in for a pleasant experience tonight when I stopped by. The outside looked nice. The parking lot was well lit and clean. Upon entering the restaurant it was also brightly illuminated and very clean. It was between 5:30 and 6:00pm so I was surprised there were so few customers other than myself. I was with two other people and we went to the counter to order. We were met by a friendly employee who dutifully explained they were out of French fries. They had been for a while and it may be some time before they were available again. So we ordered accordingly substituting baked potatoes or chili for our sides. Then we were informed they were out of crackers for the chili. Oh well. We got our orders and proceeded to the condiment bar/counter and it too was out of stock. The good news is they do have a new drink dispenser that has a lot of different flavors and it worked fine. The food we received was good, not on par with Wendy's fare I've had in the past at other locations. I probably won't return to this Wendy's which is a shame because I have enjoyed Wendy's restaurants for many years, but there are too many other options available and with prices at all restaurants increasing so much I would not want to risk another experience like this one again. read more

I dearly love the morning staff at Wendy's. They have 2 of the vest little grannies doing breakfast . They a so sweet & your food is truly made with much love. I just paid to fill my own cup to save plastic from adding to the one million tons of fast food trash thrown away each day in America ... filled up my cup and with only one other person dining inside, the manager on duty started to walk across the room from where she was sitting down to yell at the cashier to ask if I had paid for it. Not exactly a great impression. The cashier was kind enough to walk over to where the manager was standing to tell her I had paid for it.... i know the restaurant industry prefers we waste another cup to insure cleanliness, not worth the effort to have stopped read more

They are slow and they always get your order wrong. Also every item you get will be the worst version of that item you have ever had at a Wendy's. Dry burgers and half raw half burned fries. Disgusting. read more

The food was okay and the staff was friendly. The place was clean except for the bathrooms they could use a good cleaning.

I wouldn't recommend eating at the Wendy's in Paris. The service is terrible and you never get the correct order even when inside. Is like a bunch of children running a restaurant. I always regret eating here and always reminded of why I avoid it. I have officially stopped going! read more

Went through the drive thru for my lunch today (7/26/18) so that I could "eat on the run" due to my hectic work schedule. I was extremely disappointed that it took over 20 minutes for me to get a hamburger! When I arrived at the pickup window, I voiced my frustration with the clerk, who then had to knock on the Manager's door to get any response! Again I explained my extra long wait at the Druze thru for only a hamburger. The Manager had a bad and said that she was two people short today and that it was not her fault! If she were doing her job, as a manager, knowing that she was short staffed and especially during the lunch rush, then why was she hiding in her office with the door closed when she should have been pitching in with a helping hand?!!! I will never eat at this Wendy's on Paris, KY again! Not unless the management changes to someone who is more professional and knows when they NEED to be on the floor helping to insure that food is not delayed as well as being able to hire dependable employees who will show up for work or be replaced. Very poor management and customers are paying for it. I refuse to put myself through the frustration, time wasting, and lazy management at this Wendy's ever again! read more

We went in and noticed that they are painting. That should have been our first sign that things were going to be bad. I sat at a table, looked up and beside the window was a whole section of black mold. I just hope that it had been tested. I wish that this restaurant had closed for remodeling because they certainly didn't need to be open. They were painting over where you order your food. I went into the bathroom, it was so dirty! Dried feces on the handicap floor in the stall. I just left out. I'm from out of town and I've never seen such a bad Wendy's. Please close it down. Staff was very nice and friendly and amazingly the food was good. read more
