Well, me and a buddy ordered from here and sat inside. We both got spicy chicken sandwiches. after waiting for 10 minutes to order (young lady at the counter was overwhelmed, while 4 people stood nearby talking and joking). We got to our seats a little later, and noticed the managers door was open, and he was counting money on a desk... in open view of the dining room. Our attention quickly focused to the other side of the dining room, where a black woman with red hair was on her phone talking about "F**k this" and "Bitch that". This was fine and all except that she wore a Wendy's uniform and headset. I wonder how many drive thru customers heard her language. Pretty professional for a company that is in the food SERVICE industry. My focus went back to the manager, who had his back to the door. If you are a robber on this site, this store is a prime target. I wrote to corporate about 2 months ago about this, and nothing got done. No security of any kind, staff is absentmindedly present in the store and corporate thinks customer complaints are some sort of a joke. Bottom line: Food was good, service was pitiful. I would never eat here again for fear of being caught up when someone robs this place. The security here is a laughable joke; at best. Stay away from here. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! If I could leave a no star rating I would. I went after lunch hour in hopes of having less of a wait. Spent 40 minutes waiting for my FAST FOOD. An absolute joke! The staff is slow and lazy. There was no sense of urgency at all and they were not packed. The manager was also a jerk to his staff and not in the hurry rush way but in the rude, disrespectful way. No wonder they could care less about actually pushing food out. The one woman literally put the nuggets into the box one by one as if she was in slow motion. If I could give zero stars I would. I've never had a problem with Wendy's until I came to this location. I was hungry after work so I figured I would just swing by and get food and the person over the intercom was extremely rude and yelling at me. The customer service here is a zero and the food quality is a zero. I will not be coming back to this Wendy's, I will drive out of my way to go to a better fast food restaurant next time. read more

Horrid customer service. Manager Pierre was rude and disrespectful . He laughed when I told him about the poor experience, did not look me in the eye and made no apologies. Prior to an engagement with the manager, no appropriate lids for small sodas and machine was out of excessive soft drink choices. Also, I watched the counter employee pick up fries that had fallen out of the prior customers bag onto the counter and toss them back into the bag. I would have mentioned this to Pierre, but he had already walked away and dismissed me!! No wonder this Wendy's is always empty!! read more

There's probably about at least a 50% chance they'll get something wrong with your order. I will say though, they are pretty fast. I'll keep going just because I work down the street and often want something cheap and quick. The people seem nice, just maybe don't really care about their jobs. read more

I arrive at 7:50 PM. Order chili, fries, nuggets. I see them take nuggets from a bin, who knows how long they were sitting. The chili bin was empty so who knows where they got mine. At least I think I heard my fries being cooked so they were hot. I asked for chili seasoning. The worker gave me some after saying "I already put some in there.", but I did not ask her that. I check my bag. No ketchup. I asked her for some. Then I notice no nugget sauce. I was not even asked if I wanted any. Manager guy comes and gives me two. Here is where the fun begins..... I go to leave and find both doors I came I are now locked. I ask out loud can I be let out please? The worker said the doors were locked on that side. I need to use the ones on the other side of the building. I said but I came in those doors - let me out so I don't have to walk around the building. She calls manager guy who tells me the doors are locked from the outside. So? Open them and let me out. He protests. I said I'm not going to be inconvenienced. I'm the customer. Let me out. He finally sighs loudly and says fine, he'll let me out. At this point I say forget it. Give me a refund. He says but you have your food. I say yes, but I'll go someplace else where I'm treated as I matter. He gives me the refund after protesting a few times,still does not unlock the door. I let him know I'm sure his corporate offices will enjoy hearing how they lost a sale due to simply not opening a door- the ones I used to enter. I then went down the street to a competitor. I did let corporate know and will never visit this location again. Based on other reviews here, does not look as if I'll be alone. read more

Just left this store. Ordered two salads in the drive through line. They only gave me one and no receipt! I had to ask for a receipt and I am glad I did since I was shorted. I drove back to the store, went inside and waited in line. Told them what happened. Had to wait for another salad to be made and then believe it on not there was not even an "I'M sorry" People today are so rude!! Would love to talk to the manager... read more

The review earns two stars because the food at this location is consistently decent. As for Dawn, an employee that works at the drive through window, please, a bit of respect for the customers- An older man was behind me in line and the employees, including Dawn, were making fun of him. This isn't grade school and it was a real turn off. read more

Horrible service, ordered some fries as my sides and they told me to pull up & wait from the drive through since they were just frying it. I waited for 10 min & watch a few other folks walk out after ordering with their food. So I walked in, waited in line, and then got to the manager. She essentially just gave me an attitude, refunded in sufficient amount and was very confrontational. So that's the last time I'll be eating here. Not only do they not give you your order, they then proceed to rip you off. So in essence, I overpaid for my incorrectly served order and was yelled at by the manager. read more

Went twice in one week through the drive through window and both times was not greeted, no eye contact whatsoever...the employees converse amongst each other (there were about 3 of them crowding the drive through window), snatch your credit card quickly swipe and hand it back and almost throw the bag of food at you, no thank yous, no have a nice day, nothing) very rude and unprofessional, also cheese on my burger was not even melted, cold slices thrown on. read more

we went to this wendy's back on October 15,2015. we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich had to wait over 15 minutes for the sandwich to be made. when we finally received the sandwich it was very tough and felt rubbery . returned the sandwich back to the manager to get either something else or a refund. we were told they had a hard time cutting the chicken so that is why it took so long. he told us that he could not give us a refund because he just dropped the register but we paid by credit card so we really didn't understand why he couldn't give a refund on a credit card. the total for the sandwich was less then $10.00. he offered us another sandwich of the same thing but if it was tough the first time why would anyone want another. we never received a refund or anything from this manager. when we got home we contacted the district manager who told us he would send a gift card to us for the inconvenience but we never received anything from him. we sent another email to this district manager and we received this email ( quote the district manager We addressed the prep and drop amounts with the store. Retrained staff. I also addressed the staffing issue with the location. I visited the store yesterday and today to verify. Please let us know if you would like a refund or complimentary meal coupon. I would need you mailing address. I am so sorry if you felt that the issue with the team is not being addressed). we answered this email with a refund and gave the manager our address but still have not received anything from this district manager or manager or anyone from this location. terrible business will not go there again and honestly have not been to any wend'y since this terrible experience. just wanted to share this experience with anyone that has had a problem with this location and I see there has been a few. read more
