i ordered a drink and a frosty. i waited 5 minutes for both of them, which usually isn't an issue. BUT both the drinks were sitting by the window and nobody bothered to give them to be. four younger girls just sat there on their phones, taking pictures of one another on snapchat. they would look at the order screen then walk away so i know they knew i only had two drinks (WHICH WERE ALREADY MADE LMAO) it was frustrating watching my frosty melt while they were having their hangout time. read more

Wendy's is my favorite fast food chain but this location, sadly the only one in my town, can be exasperating. I was the only customer in line (and in the entire dining room). Glad that two managers and the rest of the staff in the kitchen looked at me but I would rather that they would have taken my order. It's Wendy's so I mean it's good but like not... amazing. they got the fancy schmancy drink machines with like 100 drink choices. pretty sure the ice machine wasn't working the last time I went there but eh, that happens at a lot of fast food places. The 4 for 4 meals are really good and cheap. The baked potatoes are good too but If you order one, ask for extra sour cream and cheese because yolo. I need an abundance of cheese and sour cream and they don't fulfill that for me unless I specifically request thy. read more

I showed up at 9:50 to get some food with my friends and the manager of the Wendy's saw us and sprinted to the door and locked us out. When we asked if it closed at ten he looked at us with the dirtiest look I've ever gotten and said I know and then he slammed the door in our face. Customer service is poor here. Every now and then you get someone friendly but usually it's some who seems to just want you to leave. I've worked customer service for almost 7 years. I know we all have our rough days so I tend to let some things slide. But this time when I pulled up in the drive thru (it was almost closing time. I was not aware or I would have gone somewhere else) and the young man asked me for my order. I said I would need a few moments. I have eaten Wendy's, but not often, so I wanted something different than the chicken sandwich I normally get. He said ok. There was no one behind me so I didn't feel rushed. A minute or so later he come on and asks, "Are you ready yet?". This wasn't in a tone that suggested he was just checking. He was annoyed. I went ahead and ordered my usual. I was caught off guard and a pissed I had just been talked to like that. Then I pull around to pay and the young man is waiting to take my money. With a manager next to him. I pray that the manager was not next to him when he spoke to me that way. He had an attitude then too. Then he forgot my straw. Which normally wouldn't upset me but I was already done. Another time my mom went through and it was actually too early they had like 3 minutes until they opened. Which she understood. But they told her she could not wait at the drive thru. Really? They opened in 3 minutes. That makes absolutely no sense. I work for a retailer and we don't open until 9 on Saturdays. I do tell them they have to wait until 9. Which is why we understood them saying she had to wait. That being said, I also don't tell them they can't wait. Especially with 3 minutes until opening? I gave 2 stars for few who are friendly when I do go there. Which as I said is rare. read more

6 stars, actually. Lets get one thing straight. Not all Wendy's are created equal, because this one constantly blows my f-ing mind. Lets start with the fruit punch, you can smell it as you drive up to the window. They actually have 3 full-time employees who delicately smash the berries necessary to create fruit punch with their feet in a giant tub. This juice is then collected and placed into a cup fit for a king. Next, the diet coke is both diet and coke, which quite frankly is impressive, ya just don't get that everywhere. The fries speak for themselves, Im not going to try and describe them in words because it would only be insulting to their other worldly nature. Now on to the beef, the double stack is juicy yet firm. You quickly realize that you are not the one biting the cheeseburger, the cheeseburger is simply presenting itself for consumption. It literally melts in your mouth and leaves you feeling like you're in the presence of a fast food divinity. Finally, the chicken nuggets. And trust me I have A LOT to say about the nuggets. The light accent of pepper present in the breading sets them apart from all other fast-food chains. The mere fact that the level of tenderness present exists and yet the meat doesn't separate from the flaky breading is simply astounding. The nuggets remind me of simpler times, when I was just a young child. And thats all you can ask for out of a nugget. If I was forced to file a complaint about my miraculous experience, I would have to say that the chocolate frosty was just not chocolately enough.
