Shouldn't have to fight the employees to get extra, when their extra at this location is normal sized portions at every other chipotle. I don't care how busy your business is, people are still paying 10+ dollars for a burrito/bowl and shouldn't have to fight to get 10+ dollars worth of food. Food was no different tasting than any of their other locations. It was certainly not clean. Floors covered and fallen food and napkins. A staff member was seen spraying the tables with cleaner and wiping them off...honestly a 3 year old could have cleaned them better. There was a very large collection of serving pans on the counter behind the serving trays. I seen no one wash their hands once. The staff member who put the queso cheese reached behind him and pulled a ladle out of an old pan and used it to put cheese on someone's order. I didn't get queso. This is the reasons I probably will not come back to this Chipotles. read more

If I could make it a zero star I would. I came in a little bit late about 45 minutes and I received the worst bowl ever crafted. I got the tiniest amount of steak, too much rice, light with the queso, and gave me 3 pieces of corn and then said they were out of water cups. Coming back to the corn I assumed they were out when I got 3 pieces of corn and then my friend got a new container of corn and got damn near got the whole container. I asked for more corn and they made a huge deal out of it. My bowl genuinely looks like prisoner of war food and I paid 14 dollars for it. Not sure why the overall low reviews here, but I had an average visit that fits A-OK 3 star. The business is located Uptown Oxford. Parking is off street by meter which take credit cards. The store was busy with Miami University Family weekend. It's small, but can hold a decent amount. They also have outdoor dining. I got a chicken burrito bowl and bottle of Coke. Service was fine. The bowl was ok, plenty of food for the money. Fun fact the current CEO for Chipotle is a Miami University Alum. read more

This Chipotle location is definitely the worst one I have ever ordered from and its been consistently bad. I've gone to school here for a year and a half. 60% of the time when I order from here, they are out of at least a few ingredients like queso, lettuce, rice, and beans. They are ALWAYS out of chips. How hard is it to increase the inventory? It's surprising because the FORMER CEO of Chipotle went to school here in Oxford and you'd think it would be great. I'm writing this mainly because of my order from today, but it's not the only time I was overly disappointed. I ordered a steak bowl with chips, queso, and a drink. Pretty simple order right? Well when I opened the bag, not a single thing I ordered was in there despite the sticker displaying my whole order on the side of the bag. The bag was missing every item and the only thing in there was a cold chicken quesadilla. No drink, chips, queso, or burrito bowl. This location needs new ownership and the employees need to figure it out. I love Chipotle but this location can never get it right. Rather it's portions, inventory, service, or gross food. Stand in line for over 20m then told I cannot order a quesadilla unless I get out of line and order online. Okay so I say no problem am I get the kids taco meal to go. I love the food here but after multiple order mistakes and rude line workers I think I might take a break for a while. Recently they flat out ignored me when I went to pick up my online order at the pick-up area even though I was first in the store. Apparently the two DoorDash drivers who rushed ahead of me one or two minutes afterwards were more important the last time I went there. My food wasn't ready due to a computer error which is fine but being flat out ignored, even when I tried to get their attention and several employees saw me, is unacceptable. I contacted customer service to make sure I was going to get my points due to the computer error and no one reached out to me even though they said they would. The time before this my food also wasn't ready until long after the pick-up time despite there being no computer error this time. I'll amend this review when they fix their attitude. read more

whoever just made my chipotle bowl u suck. missing several items, maybe 3 pieces of chicken. I put extra on everything knowing all the workers always skimp on portions even when ordering in store (specifically the one female ginger who used to work there and always looked so miserable at a job she applied for and would always get angry when you asked her for more rice when she was putting 1/4 of a scoop) and you guys still were skimpy. Went into the store to pick up an online order. The restaurant was messy and dirty. The counters where the food is prepared had food all over it. There was also a female behind the counter, not in a uniform, talking to staff complaining loudly about people who order food 20 minutes before they close. When I got back to have my food, I had gotten a bowl, I opened it up and it wasn't even half way full. Also had a burrito and it was half the size of what other chipotle restaurants give. The rice was under cooked and the food was cold. The staff was rude and the fact that they aren't giving people full portions because they are mad about people ordering 30 minutes before they close on top of the restaurant looking a mess is absolutely the worst experience I have had at a chipotle ever. I like the food but if you order online it will never be correct. Usually almost every ingredient is incorrect and it takes forever. I've ordered online five times and the order was never once even close to what I requested and paid for. If you go in however, they will be forced to get the order right. Unfortunately they do not like getting orders right so to get back at you they give you almost no food and if you ask for more you will either have to pay extra for what should be the normal amount or get ignored completely. read more

Not like your typical chipotle. The lines are extremely long, the wait is usually about 10-15 minutes long. I'm giving it 2 stars simply because it's always dirty, the napkins and forks are always empty. Along with the food service is poor. They are very skimpy on the amount they give. They do not give you a full spoon serving when i comes to all the items. So for the price of $6.85 you get very little food. The chips are also very undercooked and salty. With the barrage of students that come through Chipotle during the school year, it is obvious how hard it can be to serve quality food consistently.
