Needs improvement on speed/team work/and really all operations. Came to the drive thru at 10:30 (I realized that it's 30 minutes before close, so I was very polite and patient) and waited to order for 10 minutes, then after paying was told to pull past the window and park at the door for my order. Ended up waiting another 15-20 minutes for the order, that was missing a single order of fries, and the buns for all my burgers were rock solid. Called Wendy's, and Ms. Kris, I believe was the manager on duty, was able to take my order down and promise it be remade the next day. So I came back the next day at 7pm (surely they would have more hands on at this point in the day) and decided to go inside for faster service (especially since I'm already here to have an order remade) and ended up waiting once again about 20 minutes at the register just to tell someone about my situation. While waiting at the register, I counted about 3 orders that were taken at the drive thru. Fast food has become to focuses on their times for drive thru, which leaves inside dining completely helpless when it comes to fast service. Whoever the General Manager is needs to spend more time in the store during peak hours, evaluating what could make things run smoother. And has far as ambiance goes, everything seemed to be clean, but the stressed out staff needs to keep their emotions under control and not argue with each other with customers in the lobby. Here's the email that I have sent to the mobile complaints and their corporate office with no response in over two weeks. I love Wendy's salads, and living in Owasso, used to frequent this location. I was always met with good service, fresh salads with ample toppings, and orders that were properly fulfilled. Unfortunately, something drastically changed a couple of years ago and continues today. The Owasso Wendy's now seems to be woefully lacking in proper management. It started out with an ill-prepared salad lacking a key ingredient, then went to missing or wrong items in the order every single time. I hadn't been in a number of months, so thought I'd give them one more try last night as I was craving an Apple Pecan Chicken Salad and proceeded to the drive-thru of the sadly empty lot. My order consisted of 3 different salads. I began reading off the order. "I'd like a Summer Strawberry Salad, a Southw......", and I was interrupted. "Ma'am, you should know that we are out of salads." A bit baffled, I responded with, "Which salad?" She said (and another person in the echoed in the background), "No salads. We are completely out of all salad." I repeat...ALL SALAD! They had zero salad in the restaurant! Wondering how that was even possible, I called a couple other locations to see if perhaps it was a supplier issue. Nope! Both of the others locations were fully stocked! How does a manager allow this to happen? Even if there had been salad available, there was an 80% chance I was going to arrive back home with missing dressing, pecans, and/or varying other toppers. I now fully understood why the parking lot and drive-thru was empty at prime dinner hour. Needless to say, I will NOT be eating at the Owasso Wendy's for a very long time. At this rate, I'll be shocked if they even stay in business! This Wendy's isn't too bad location wise. Their food is just a bit sad. I ordered this burger and was expecting it to taste as good as what I had pictured. It came with cheese crusted buns, lots of super crunchy bacon pieces, shredded cheese, sliced cheese, fried breaded onions, a sweet sauce, ketchup, Mayo, some sort of pepper, patties. Honestly, the buns were sort of tough and stale. Like buns that have sat too long in the warmer pan and had harden a bit from the pan running out of steam or being too hot. For some reason Wendy's buns have some odd flavor in it, I can't get that exact flavor out of my head. It's sort of a cardboard or wax sort of stench that seeps into their buns. I've tried different sandwiches that had the different style of buns, but they all seem to carry on that taste. I give it a 1/5 star. I still ate it cause I was hungry, I didn't want to make the trip back. But the service is very good and I love how they package each combo meal into separate bags so we can just hand it to whomever in the family. read more

Wow. Literally my entire order was wrong. I ordered a pub burger combo and an original chicken nugget combo, a regular coke, Dr Pepper, a frosty and a cookie. My wife ordered two burgers. She received them through the drive thru. When she got them she put the bag on the center console. Within minutes of setting them there they busted through the wrapping and the bag. The cooks put so much sauce on them that they were just a gelatinous mess. They got all over the center console, the dash, and the seats of the car. Staining the seats and center console to the point of needing a detail. When I talked to the manager they refused to take the blame and are not going to pay for the detail. This is very unacceptable. Went to Wendy's about 3 weeks ago and the fries were browned to the point I though they had been double fried but the chicken sandwich was good. Went back last Friday and the fries were extra brown again. I figure the oil is to hot.. who knows. The burger bun was soggy. To be honest customer service is pretty much non existent. The guy taking orders and serving the drinks is just there provides no assistance to the teenager girl handing out the orders.
