I waited 15 mins to get Luke warm sandwiches and breakfast potatoes. I was not impressed. On top of that, I ordered a maple bacon chicken crossaint and added cheese. I went to this Wendy's for the first time this week. I ordered breakfast and I had to wait a few minutes for it. But I would rather wait for them to make it than eat food that's been sitting there. It was very good, I got the maple biscuit, French toast sticks and the apple bites. It's sometimes difficult to find fruit options at fast food restaurants and their apples were very good! Their customer service was also great, the girl working the drive thru window was very nice! I will definitely come here often! read more

I never do reviews but this wendys has really motivated to do so. I decided to order a LARGE chili with onion and cheese. The young man gave a small and I am not mad about that because i completely understand they were busy so I understand. I told the young man that I order a LARGE chili he rolled his eyes and turned around and gave me a large chili he forgot to put onion and cheese which again i understand but what i'm angry about is that i told him that he forgot the onion and cheese and he rolled his eyes again and gave me the onions and cheese in small container. There was no problem I went to sit down and eat my chili with my family. Afterwards i went to throw away the food and I go to the register to order a 3 vanilla frosty this young man came to the register and and said "WHAT I ALREADY GAVE YOU EVERYTHING" I just stood there in shock and my husband order the frosties. As my husband was waiting in the counter he heard the boy say "this b$tch complaining cause i didn't give her the chili right" completely disrespectful i don't except fast food employes to be profesional because it is a fast food but at least have some respect. Stay clear of this place I got food poisoning from unwashed salad and when I called to let them know first the lady said the salad is prepped in the morning then she said it comes pre bagged and is pre washed. Just finally got through the drive-through after a 35 minute wait! And I was stuck and couldn't get out of line. Then I checked my order and two things were missing, and I had ordered a side of cheese sauce and it had spilled all over the bag. So if I hadn't checked I would've driven away with it like that. I usually go to this Wendy's often, however, todays experience was just terrible! Today I was ordering food with my family through the drive-tru, and because we're a family obviously ordering is going to take a bit of time because we're all deciding, but this guy just was NOT here for it, he was always pressuring me to answer and kept saying things like "is your order done yet" like 2 times! I was like oh my goodness, however, when I went to pick up my food that's where it really went badly, the person who was attending us was a young man with black curly hair and a black mask, he was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. First off, when I have him my card he couldn't even scan it right, and then said "it didn't go through" my parents didn't hear him, so we asked him to say that again and he said in the rudest tone "It DIDNT GO THROUGH" we were like ok, and gave him the card again, after it did go through however when we got our order he handed our order in tension and overall a bad manner. This is a brand new Wendy's and it is smaller that the average Fast food restaurant. It's smaller but also more modern and really cute and cozy. Also they have USB outlets to charge phones which is really nice. The service was good an fast. The only downside is I think they do not have Wi-Fi but hopefully they might have it in the future? Overall it's a really nice Wendy's. read more

I sent a text message when I first got in line at the drive-thru. There were three cars ahead of me to order. And a few cars waiting for their food. By the time I got to pay the money, and have been over 25 minutes. Cars would just sit and wait at the speaker, for 5 minutes at a time. And no one took their order.
