Had been to chipotle in quite some time. Ordered online and that was easy and the pick up process was also easy. It was busy inside so tables were a bit dirty but nothing a napkin couldn't clean. As for food, just as good as I remembered. I had a chipotle honey chicken bowl which was my first time try and it was delicious! Perfectly Sweet and spicy! Added all the extra toppings and had some on the side and it was great! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chipotle Honey Chicken Bowl - Fast Food Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Pro tip- Chipot-lane at this location! Chipotle is our *almost weekly* go to for a quick dinner. I've honestly never been inside this location, because ordering on the app before I leave work and grabbing it in the Chipotle-lane is super convenient. The turn around for order pick up is usually pretty quick, and always ready in the time stated on the app. Only once has my order been incorrect or incomplete. The food is Tex-mex, lots options to make it what you want. Service is typical for a fast food type restaurant. Very casual. Lots of seating inside. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chipot-lane for the win on a rainy day! - Fast Food Near Me - Orlando, Florida

I am a regular Chipotle customer, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had at one of your locations. We ordered six meals, and it genuinely felt like the employee was determining portion sizes based on each person's body size rather than serving standard portions. Some of the servings were unbelievably small. My mother, in particular, received a tiny amount of protein. When I politely asked for what I considered a normal portion, I was told that I would be charged extra. To make matters worse, the staff appeared unprofessional throughout the interaction. After I started recording the food preparation because I was so shocked by the portions, the employees seemed to be talking about us among themselves and giving us unfriendly looks. On top of that, there were flies flying around the food preparation area, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I have been visiting Chipotle for years and have never experienced anything like this before. I am extremely disappointed and hope management addresses these issues to ensure fair portions, professional customer service, and proper hygiene standards for all customers. In the picture is a regular Burrito! And the bowls even worse! read more

This is the fourth time they screwed me by not giving me my guacamole that I paid for. I'm driving all the way back this time. I'm not letting it go anymore. Please check your order before you leave! Update: I drove back to get my guacamole. Once I got there, they remembered me and they said oh yeah we forgot to give it to you. They gave me one. They should've given me two and maybe something free for my troubles. It was 45 minutes round-trip wasted my day. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Check to see if they gave you your guac. - Fast Food Near Me - Orlando, Florida

This was my first time visiting this location, and honestly, I came in a little hesitant because of the reviews I had already seen. I told myself maybe my experience would be different. There was only a short wait, but when it was my turn to order things went downhill quickly. I asked for no beans on my rice, and instead of making a new bowl the lady scooped it out with her gloved hand. That instantly made me uncomfortable and irritated. I asked her to remake it, and as you can see in the photos, this is what I received. That moment confirmed for me that I will not be returning. read more

Waited over 30 mins and there's only one guy in the line. Everyone is talking and being unprofessional instead of knocking this long line out. It's 9pm and they ran out of food. What is everyone doing? 14 people in line. No managers on site. I deliberately said I watched your online orders take the chicken away knowing there is a ton of people here waiting for it because y'all are slacking. I will not pay extra on steak because you guys are not cooking the meat. Also talking in Spanish doesn't work. After I started complaining about how their service is horrible 3 people came to the line. I will never go to this location again and this is the closest one to my home. Never again. If I could give it -100 I would! read more

i came into this chipotle at about 11:20PM they close at 12, when i had walked in the cashier was arguing with a customer and i didn't hear any details but the cashier was arguing as the customer was walking away. i had ordered a bowl and my girlfriend was having trouble ordering a quesadilla through the app so we thought we could ask inside, when we walked up i ordered a bowl and asked if my girlfriend could order a quesadilla and she asked kids? and i asked for the adult entree she said they don't do that and she already turned everything off and then proceeded to ask what rice i wanted, i then asked what the difference between the kids and adult size and what they make it on and if they could modify the kids with a different tortilla and she didn't even let me speak, she just kept repeating we don't do that and quesadilla takes longer to make, mind you it's only about 11:30. and then said what meat i asked for steak and she looked down saw the empty container & said they don't have any i looked down and there nothing left besides veggies. i said im good thank you and ended up just leaving. i saw everyone after me also walk out empty handed, super disappointing, i worked in fast food for years and we continued to stock until close. The customer service also just sucked. i understand they closed the grills earlier but it was her tone and her immediate aggravation at the question. Maybe cut your hours if you're not doing much anyway!! or don't work so late if you're gonna be rude. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Not sure what's going on with chipotle as a chain but this spot is horrendous. PLEASE AVOID. I use to want a chipotle closer to me but NEVER would I have prayed for this. Everytime I come here I'm expecting crap food. I literally ordered here by ACCIDENT yesterday cause I didn't change the location and once again. HARD RICE & COLD FOOD. The FDA needs to shut this place down atp. AVOID AVOID AVOID. This might sound whiny but I genuinely feel like I'm at the point where I'm getting scammed by one of my favorite restaurants. I have always been a huge chipotle person. It's one of the only foods that sounds appetizing when I'm nauseated. It's also one of the only fast food places that doesn't make me sick with my allergies. I've ordered it a total of 4 times this year and all 4 times I've had the same exact issue. As you can see from the photos attached, there is literally one bite of meat on my tacos. All 4 times, all 3 tacos have come like this. Each time they tell me they are going to make a change and each time it happens again. The first time, I submitted feedback and tried talking with their customer support chatbot but didn't hear anything back. I was frustrated so I reached out to them on Instagram. They responded with an apology and a free entrée. I used that free entrée a few weeks later to get another order. The same thing happened. I went through all the reviews again and reached out on instagram. They gave me a BOGO that time and the restaurant assured me it wouldn't happen again. I used the BOGO a few weeks later and, guess what,... it happened AGAIN! This time they didn't do anything to compensate, just told me to reach out to the restaurants manager. I've already talked to them multiple times but I did it again anyways. They, once again, reassured me that it wouldn't happen again. Today, I've had a migraine all day. I've spent the day laying on the floor of my bathroom because it's the only dark place in my house and I knew I needed some food in my stomach for my medication. I couldn't drive because of the migraine so I had chipotle delivered. The inflated cost of delivery is insane but I needed food that wouldn't immediately come back up. Shocker, it happened again but this time was even worse than the first 3 times. I know I should just stop ordering from them but Chipotle has always been one of my go to foods especially when I'm feeling sick. It feels like they are straight up doing it intentionally at this point. It's so scammy that I'm paying that much money to only be given 3 bites of meat in 3 tacos. Chipotle also has one of the worst customer service chats I've ever experienced. It's an AI chatbot that only gives you multiple choice questions and then ends the conversation without actually helping at all. I just can't understand how this has happened everytime I've ordered this year. Not one singular time have I had a normal taco. It's such a waste of money. read more

Food was good, i love me some chipotle but unfortunately the service was TERRIBLE absolutely TERRIBLE! Every single time i come into this location we get a whole lot of attitude, dirty looks from the workers, and a messed up order . i hope one day this location can get better people and management:)) take the time to drive a couple extra minutes to a better location. read more

Customer service is terrible, employees are talking while I'm waiting on them, and they are always out of something. Mind you I love chipotle, and this happens to be the one I love closest too so I'm there often. It's always a 5-10 minute wait on chicken or rice: literally one time I was there I had to wait 10 minutes for chicken, the. The chicken came out and they ran out of rice. I waited another 5 minutes for rice, and it was undercooked. I waited all that time for a meal I didn't enjoy. They are always out of something. Recently, I had enough. I was in the line and they said there would be a wait on chicken (my second time there this week). I said screw it, left the line, and drove an extra 10 minutes just to go to another chipotle who isn't playing games. read more

Just was in the Landstar restaurant and the service was slow. When I get up to the counter after waiting they have no chicken. He informs me they won't have any for 25 minutes. Seriously? In addition they have a limited amount of the other. The line behind me was long and they don't have anything worth serving! This is a constant thing here. That is the deal? They really need to get it together. read more

I DO NOT recommend this location. They were out of all meats except chicken and barbacoa by 6pm. They were also out of grilled onions/bell peppers. The queso was cold and lumpy. We waited in line for 25 min, someone should have warned us that they were out of so much. Don't do it. read more

This is literally the closest chipotle to me and yet I choose to instead drive an extra 15 mins away to another chipotle because this location lacks almost everything. They're out of stock usually in every category. I've given this place a few chances but the food never taste like LOVE! A few times I ordered inside and through the drive-thru but I get the same poor experience every time. The employees from what I've seen, are usually unprofessional and you can tell they don't put in 100%. It sucks that a restaurant like this, puts a bad name on the Chipotle brand. PLEASE DO BETTER FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND THIS COMPANY! read more

This is the closest chipotle near me and it sucks. It's always the same tasteless undercooked meat. Poor staff who simply just don't care about its customer service. The food is never seasoned, the rice is always mushy like mashed potatoes. I would rather drive 15 mins to the chipotle at OBT next to the Walmart. Do not go here! read more

Mediocre service inside and when you order ahead, you still have to wait (a while) for your order to be prepared. I have had better luck choosing to use the pick up lane instead of picking it up inside. The food is not the best quality as on multiple times the rice has been undercooked and the portions sizes greatly vary. Overall, I was excited when they opened this location closer to my house but now I preferred to drive to the other location. read more

I really don't know how they do it but they are always busy and they manage to take all customers at a steady pace. I have been here several times and by far food is fresh and chicken and steak tastes delicious. I have been a chipotle customer for over 12 years and I'm used to waiting in every single one of them. Most of the staff members are young but it's good that they have the opportunity to work. All I can say is that food is fresh and worth the wait!!!! read more

I am so disappointed in my experience. I walked in 10 mins after they opened. I was the only customer. I'm waiting at the counter for someone to serve me. Everyone was just doing their own thing. Even a worker made eye contact with me, didn't say hello, or we'll be with you in a sec. That's when I got really frustrated and said out loud hello, can someone help me please?? The rice was mushy, and the pico flavor was not fresh. The customer service was horrendous. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. This is quite literally the worst chipotle in central florida. They NEVER have anything ready. No rice, or proteins. If you order online- Godspeed. They usually portion the scoops pretty good. They seem to have a major issue with making enough food. Sometimes they are out of chicken, sometimes they are out of lettuce. First off let me start off by saying, I've visited this location 3 times before I decided to write a review. The first time they had just opened and the food was not good at ALL, but I just thought it was because they were new and I wanted to give them a chance. Second visit, same thing. Good not good, items unavailable, and no customer service. Last night I went, I wanted to try something different since I get bowls and burritos, so I got some tacos, and once again there was no customer service and my food was thrown together right in front of my face. Very sloppy. This location REALLY needs to do better!!! read more

I arrived at 8:45 pm, they close at 11:00 pm, I wanted to order off of their simple but tasty menu. They were out of - white rice , guacamole, peppers, onions, lettuce, salsa. I ordered a bowl and when all selections were made it was well shy of a complete order. It was half filled if that. As if I took someone else's bowl off a table when they were nearly finished. They are raising prices and giving less product. At least give me a smaller bowl, Shrinkflation hits hard here. read more

I LOVE Chipotle, and I almost never write bad reviews, but here we are. I've been eating chipotle burritos for 20 years, before chipotle even opened up in Florida, and this was by far, the worst burrito I've ever gotten from any chipotle, anywhere. The rice was over cooked and mushy. The chicken was mostly shredded (it's usually grilled and chopped) and there was so much grease it made the tortilla soggy. It was under seasoned, loosely rolled and dripping and falling apart like a soggy mess. It didn't look or taste anything like what you'd normally expect from chipotle. read more

Three times in a row I have gone and they have run out of vegetables, she was scraping the tray to manage getting a scrap of green pepper in. When I told her I could wait for new vegetables she said they were out for the day (and rolled her eyes)! I was getting ONLY a veggie bowl so that was my only "protein". Very frustrating and inconsiderate service because I could see the vegetables on the drive thru service side. My concern is at 6pm how can they be out for the day on vegetables, this is busy time and dinner time, I would imagine chipotle supply chain knows better. Also we stood in line for 20 minutes; the line wasn't even long it was just the slow service ! Would rather drive to a farther chipotle than come back to this one! read more

I've been getting the same order for YEARS. Moved to Orlando. This is the closest location to me. & im starting to getting pi**ed off. Every. Single. Time. What a rip off. I had someone pick up what I expected to be a "steak dinner." It turned out to be beans, rice and something that looked like shredded beef. The web site described what I ordered as "Wholesome Bowl with Carne Asada." It was described as including "Carne Asada, Fajita Veggies, Fresh Tomato Salsa, and Guacamole. No beans and no rice." What I got was NONE of that. It was JUST beans, rice, and the shredded beef. NOTHING ELSE! I ordered this BECAUSE it said "no beans and no rice." UGH! TERRIBLE. i paid $14 for this bunch of crap. UNBELIEVABLE! Chipotle Mexican Grill is OFF my list. There seems to be no way to make a complaint to the home office OR the local franchise, so I'm posting my displeasure on Yelp. read more

I was so excited for this location to open because it's my favorite and right around the corner from my house. So far I've never had a good experience, tonight was no different. I went in with my 6 kids to get dinner and they were completely out of rice. Rice?!? Both kinds??? Yup. I asked how long until it would be ready and was told 20 minutes. I could drive home and make rice myself in 20 minutes. Last time I went there I ordered 3 meals, all 3 were cold. The tortilla shells, meat, rice, everything was ice cold. That day they were out of fajita veggies and told me they weren't going to make more. Something needs to be done at this location, it's terrible. I try not to leave bad reviews but I've tried calling the store to speak with the manager and nobody ever answers the phone. This location maybe the worst ever. My family was so excited a Chipotle opened in this area. I have been there twice and both times have been a disappointment. I understand the staff is new, but I had never experienced a service so slow. On top of that, last night at 6pm, they were out of chicken and steak. When asked how long the wait was, the girl laughed and said I don't know- about half hour. Also, I noticed the bowls are emptier than other locations. Unless they improve quickly, maybe better management, this location may not do so well. read more

I had been waiting for this location to open up for months and when it finally opened I was super excited. I have gone several times now since then and have been disappointed every time. They always put the bare minimum amount of meat every time and the service is always slow. Today I decided to give them one more shot before giving up on them entirely, and was extremely disappointed. I ordered two bowls, one with 1/2 carnitas and 1/2 chicken, and one with barbacoa. After getting home with the order and checking it I saw that both bowls had the carnitas and chicken, and they had duplicated my order. I tried to resolve the issue online and received a coupon for a free entree. I then reordered my barbacoa bowl with the coupon and went back to the restaurant to pick it up. Upon arriving at my pick up time I had to wait 15 more minutes past my scheduled time, only to find out that my order was made incorrectly yet again. I wont be returning to this location again even though it is only a 3 minute drive from my house. I'd rather drive 15-20 minutes and not have to deal with all the issues this location always has. read more

Hands down the most poorly run Chipotle anywhere around. i was thrilled that they opened right next to me, but i have NEVER had a good experience in my 4 visits. First time the line was out the door and didn't move at all, so i left. The second time i ordered online and tried to pick up inside. i set my designated time and after waiting 20 minutes PAST that time, i gave up and left and tried to contest my bill. i ordered once on uber eats and discovered that if you aren't there to watch them scoop the food, they will give you the smallest portion ever...mine looked like a children's meal. And now tonight i went in at 9:30pm thinking it would be easy to get food so late...wrong again...i stood in line for 15 minutes while employees wandered around and the store doing nothing and leaving just two people to cook and fill orders.
