Waited over 30 mins and there's only one guy in the line. Everyone is talking and being unprofessional instead of knocking this long line out. It's 9pm and they ran out of food. What is everyone doing? 14 people in line. No managers on site. I deliberately said I watched your online orders take the chicken away knowing there is a ton of people here waiting for it because y'all are slacking. This might sound whiny but I genuinely feel like I'm at the point where I'm getting scammed by one of my favorite restaurants. I have always been a huge chipotle person. It's one of the only foods that sounds appetizing when I'm nauseated. It's also one of the only fast food places that doesn't make me sick with my allergies. I've ordered it a total of 4 times this year and all 4 times I've had the same exact issue. As you can see from the photos attached, there is literally one bite of meat on my tacos. All 4 times, all 3 tacos have come like this. Each time they tell me they are going to make a change and each time it happens again. The first time, I submitted feedback and tried talking with their customer support chatbot but didn't hear anything back. I was frustrated so I reached out to them on Instagram. They responded with an apology and a free entrée. I used that free entrée a few weeks later to get another order. The same thing happened. I went through all the reviews again and reached out on instagram. They gave me a BOGO that time and the restaurant assured me it wouldn't happen again. I used the BOGO a few weeks later and, guess what,... it happened AGAIN! This time they didn't do anything to compensate, just told me to reach out to the restaurants manager. I've already talked to them multiple times but I did it again anyways. They, once again, reassured me that it wouldn't happen again. Today, I've had a migraine all day. I've spent the day laying on the floor of my bathroom because it's the only dark place in my house and I knew I needed some food in my stomach for my medication. I couldn't drive because of the migraine so I had chipotle delivered. The inflated cost of delivery is insane but I needed food that wouldn't immediately come back up. Shocker, it happened again but this time was even worse than the first 3 times. I know I should just stop ordering from them but Chipotle has always been one of my go to foods especially when I'm feeling sick. It feels like they are straight up doing it intentionally at this point. It's so scammy that I'm paying that much money to only be given 3 bites of meat in 3 tacos. Chipotle also has one of the worst customer service chats I've ever experienced. It's an AI chatbot that only gives you multiple choice questions and then ends the conversation without actually helping at all. Just was in the Landstar restaurant and the service was slow. When I get up to the counter after waiting they have no chicken. He informs me they won't have any for 25 minutes. Seriously? This is literally the closest chipotle to me and yet I choose to instead drive an extra 15 mins away to another chipotle because this location lacks almost everything. They're out of stock usually in every category. I've given this place a few chances but the food never taste like LOVE! A few times I ordered inside and through the drive-thru but I get the same poor experience every time. I have had better luck choosing to use the pick up lane instead of picking it up inside. The food is not the best quality as on multiple times the rice has been undercooked and the portions sizes greatly vary. They usually portion the scoops pretty good. They seem to have a major issue with making enough food. Sometimes they are out of chicken, sometimes they are out of lettuce. Sometimes they are out of bean's. Last time they were out of Tortillas for burritos. Definitely hit or miss knowing is they have enough product or not and that's pretty disappointing. read more

I've been eating chipotle burritos for 20 years, before chipotle even opened up in Florida, and this was by far, the worst burrito I've ever gotten from any chipotle, anywhere. The rice was over cooked and mushy. The chicken was mostly shredded (it's usually grilled and chopped) and there was so much grease it made the tortilla soggy. I was so excited for this location to open because it's my favorite and right around the corner from my house. So far I've never had a good experience, tonight was no different. I went in with my 6 kids to get dinner and they were completely out of rice. Rice?!? Both kinds??? Yup. I asked how long until it would be ready and was told 20 minutes. I could drive home and make rice myself in 20 minutes. Last time I went there I ordered 3 meals, all 3 were cold. The tortilla shells, meat, rice, everything was ice cold. I had been waiting for this location to open up for months and when it finally opened I was super excited. I have gone several times now since then and have been disappointed every time. They always put the bare minimum amount of meat every time and the service is always slow. Today I decided to give them one more shot before giving up on them entirely, and was extremely disappointed. I ordered two bowls, one with 1/2 carnitas and 1/2 chicken, and one with barbacoa. After getting home with the order and checking it I saw that both bowls had the carnitas and chicken, and they had duplicated my order. I tried to resolve the issue online and received a coupon for a free entree. I then reordered my barbacoa bowl with the coupon and went back to the restaurant to pick it up. Upon arriving at my pick up time I had to wait 15 more minutes past my scheduled time, only to find out that my order was made incorrectly yet again. I wont be returning to this location again even though it is only a 3 minute drive from my house. Hands down the most poorly run Chipotle anywhere around. i was thrilled that they opened right next to me, but i have NEVER had a good experience in my 4 visits. First time the line was out the door and didn't move at all, so i left. The second time i ordered online and tried to pick up inside. i set my designated time and after waiting 20 minutes PAST that time, i gave up and left and tried to contest my bill. i ordered once on uber eats and discovered that if you aren't there to watch them scoop the food, they will give you the smallest portion ever...mine looked like a children's meal. And now tonight i went in at 9:30pm thinking it would be easy to get food so late...wrong again...i stood in line for 15 minutes while employees wandered around and the store doing nothing and leaving just two people to cook and fill orders.
