I was craving a late-night Biggie Bag, and, of course, I had to check out what Coca-Cola Freestyle flavors were available. There's just something about a quiet fast-food run at night. Only two other people were dining in, so the place felt calm and relaxed. The perfect vibe for a low-key snack break. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference, especially late in the evening. While I'm still not the biggest fan of ordering through the kiosk (I miss the quick back-and-forth with a cashier), The service and atmosphere made up for it. And the food? We decided to try and get a taste of Wendy's breakfast because they plan to open another new one on Narcoosee and Cyrils. I'm so disappointed. We arrived early thinking it would be busy, but it wasnt. Wendy's breakfast menu is so terrible. You have to place your order on the tablets near the entrance and all the tablets were filthy - very noticeable in the morning light. The tables were also dirty so I used my own sanitizing wipes and cleaned our table. The breakfast burritos were barely edible and barely warm. The ketchup dispensers were completely empty. The only thing decent thing was the coffee but they didn't offer cream or sugar. When they build that new Wendy's at Cyrils, we will not be supporting this chain. read more

Came in 15 mins before lunch started. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and requested the bun be switched to a biscuit, about 10 before lunch started, I asked if I could order the cheese fries, they said I had to wait until 10:30, so I did no problem. I received my order when lunch started, ordered my fries, ended up checking my breakfast order while I was waiting and of course they failed to switch to the biscuit I requested. I was waiting for a worker to be available to ask them to fix it, when I got the attention of one, they said nope because it's lunch hours now and they put the biscuits away. On January 3, 2026, my daughter visited the Wendy's location on Boggy Creek Road in Orlando to follow up on a job inquiry, as she had been instructed during her initial visit. During her first visit, she waited for nearly an hour to speak with a manager, only to be told by an employee that the manager was unavailable and that she should return after January 31st. Today, she returned as instructed and experienced the same situation. She was asked to wait, but the manager never came out of the office to greet her or speak with her. I find this experience unprofessional. Even a brief acknowledgment or a few minutes of the manager's time would have shown basic courtesy and respect for someone making the effort to follow up in person. This interaction raises concerns about how potential employees--and possibly current employees--are treated. I believe it would be beneficial for management at this location to focus on basic professionalism and communication skills, especially when dealing with job applicants. I see all the negative reviews, but we've been here on a couple different occasions, both inside & through the drive-thru, and have been happy with our experiences. Orders have been prompt & accurate, the inside was stocked & well-maintained, and the employees were attentive & professional. We even visited one time shortly before closing & there were no issues at all. The location is convenient to a frequent destination of ours, so we will continue to visit this location. I made an online order because that technically should save time. I could not adjust the pickup method because the drive thru was wrapped around the building. After waiting too long for an online pickup order, it's a real treat seeing workers playing on their phones while I'm waiting for my food. No wonder the line was never ending. This is a location that Wendy's either needs to close immediately or provide heavy corporate oversight. The drive through will take about 20 minutes no matter what time you go. Today the doors were locked so they only had to serve drive through customers. The majority of the time they will mess up the order and leave things out even if your order has 2-3 items. Employees don't seem happy to serve you at all. I am not sure what the issues with the are reviews are. I have been here on several occasions and had good service. This location is on a main road almost connected to a WaWa's gas station. This is also off the exit of the 417 on the way to the airport. I have only used the drive thru. I have again been here on several occasions. My orders are usually a bacon and cheese potatoes with a cup on chili so I can pour the chili on the potatoes. Or the taco salad. I guess I am just addicted to the chili. The spices on this are perfect. Of course, it is always with a chocolate frosty. I have never been inside the restaurant portion as I usually go thru the drive thru and pick up the items for myself and my co-workers. I do wish the entrance was a was a little easier to access as you need to make a U-turn to get into the very small parking lot and there is always road construction right here and it goes down to one lane directly in front of the store and no one wants to let you in. read more

Honestly a horrible location that needs to be shut down or have corporate come in and do some extensive training with these people. There are always huge lines the employees are consistently rude and unable to answer any questions or being all polite. Every time I've driven past there's lines that go out of the parking lot that are not moving. Went today for the first time in about three months since my last experience with this store. Was greeted with a "what do you want" When I tried to place my order. When I tried to ask for sauce I got massive amounts of attitude from the employee on drive through.
