The fries were cold and in tiny pieces like they gave us the bottom of the bag or fry tray. The fish was a double filet with extra cheese. The extra cheese was missed, though I paid for it and the added lettuce was 2 small pieces. Paid for that extra also. Now the fish patties were so dry and old ai could barely chew them. I threw it away after one nasty bite. We were headed back to work and the line was super long to start with so we did not return, but we will be sure to write reviews everywhere over this bad experience. The fish was clearly cooked hours before and was visibly old and dry, yet the sandwich preparer still served it with no management hold time oversight. Nothing "fast food" about this place. The people that work the window are very pleasant, I will give them that. After waiting over 20 mins in the drive thru line, they tell me the order isn't ready and to please wait in my car while they bring it out. They bring out the wrong order. They lady asks me to come inside, I said no that's ridiculous. If I wanted to go inside i would've done that from the beginning. They take my food back. When the guy comes back you would think it's to bring me my correct order, nope he just needed my receipt. I've now waited 10 minutes in just the part for my food. The manager comes out and tells me what the guy charged me is wrong and I need to pay the difference. How is it my issue that the person working the window charged me wrong??? Was skipped by 15 customers, then saw my food given to another vehicle. Went back to the window, only to be lied to about them wrongfully giving my food to another customer. I asked them to remake the food, had the drive through window slammed in my face by an extremely unprofessional angry female employee, and then I left because at that point I couldn't trust the food that they were going to provide to me to be safe for consumption. When you walk in, we had to order on the kiosk but then pay at the counter. All the employees were so busy talking to each other and on their cellphones. They had people waiting inside for over 20 minutes for their food. My son in law only ordered a chicken sandwich and he waited 25 minutes. This by far is the worst location I have been to. They are supposed to be open 24/7 most days between 1-3am they are close After midnight their system is down and the only accept cash and have to write everything by paper. 40% of the time they don't do my order right. The automatic order machine never has paper and you never know your order number. The drive thru mics sound awful. When the drive thru mic are bad they don't close the line or put a paper saying that use the other lane. Some of these kids don't event say thanks, good night, nothing. Great location to hit right before getting on the Florida Turnpike and driving back to Miami. This is our third time to stop here and the service has always been quick and courteous. The store is clean and the restrooms are also spotless. Today, as we do on most Sundays, we are Jonesing for some Chik Fil A. That is not an option, but McD's has a reasonable alternative - and it is on the dollar menu! Get the chicken sandwich with pickles only. No sauces , no veggies, just pickles. The overnight manager Nestor is absolute trash at his job, drove in to get food for my pregnant wife at 2:45 am I was the only car there and it took them a whole ten min to get my order. So, as I'm sitting there, a woman pulls up to the adjacent drive through and places her order. (They have two). So, I say, maybe they just closed one and left the other open. I back up, pull in behind the other woman and wait to place my order. They finish taking her order (keep in mind she arrived after me), she pulls up and I pull up to the box. THEY TURN OFF THOSE LIGHTS! A voice comes over the box and say we are no longer taking orders. I calmly point out that the sign says they are closing at 11pm and it's 10:45. The voice says, "Sorry" and the box goes dead. What service! I've put up with the slow service, the incorrect orders, the cold fries, because this location is close to my home. But I'm DONE throwing my money away here. I pass other fast food places on my way home. It is NOW 11:00pm the time their sign said they would close and I have a bag of fresh Arby's sitting next to me. I won't be going to this McDonalds again. read more

I did for drive thru for my most recent visit for this McDonalds. Their credit card/debit machine was done, so they were only accepting cash. For some reason, this also meant that you had to order at the window. This made the drive thru experience even longer and less pleasant. First visit messed up a 20 piece Mcnuggets order. Second time I used the automated order, only to find out they were out of fries... really!! A Mcdonalds with zero fries. Third time I ordered a quarter pounder and due to a hungry teen at home did not check the bag. What a mistake! Look in the bag and while the recit said Quarter pounder, what was in the bag was a small cheeseburger!
