In a time of life where it's hard to find good customer service you have to give credit where credit is due. Fast food is fast food and I cannot complain because you get what you pay for and I haven't had any issues with my food when I come to order here. This Wendy's recently opened on the former site of a failed bank. It is clean and done in the current updated style. They offer the same thing that any Wendy's serves. The drive-thru is fast and my 3 visits for Frosties have been accurate. We're not really Wendy's fans, but it's another option in the neighborhood. I'd have preferred something a little less chain & fast-food, but it's not some awful place either. It is located next to the Tuffy's car shop and the Strip Mall Where Places Always Die. Many of the neighbors around this part of town joke about how that strip mall has had about 150 different stores in it (proof in the pudding: China/Japan just closed and is now Mr. China) over the years. The staff at this Wendy's was pretty friendly. Like I said, I am a sucker for a cold Frosty on a hot day. We've had plenty of hot days, so I'm guessing I'll have a few more Frosties. I tried one of their chicken wraps and it wasn't really very good. However, if you like Wendy's food... this seems like a very solid choice! read more

Always something wrong the order....either they give us the wrong food, or the good is cold, or they tell you they don't have something after you already paid and One of the girls in the background called me a bitch and manager was even worse. read more

Stopped by today again because the kids wanted Happy Meals but McDonalds was close. So, the girl attending the drivethrough orders was extremely rude, she definitely hates her job, the guy at the window where you pay didn't provide a receipt. When I asked for one he said I was going to get it at the 2nd window with the food. Odd! Then they only gave me 1 Kids Meal and while I was waiting for the 2nd one, the girl who was attending the drive through came to the window with a weird face asking what was going on. I explained I ordered and payed for 2 kids meals, she in a condescending way replied "I know" and went ahead and packaged the 2nd one. I didn't get a receipt by the way! read more

Picked up some food through the drive thru as we are pretty busy people like many others , and sometimes you just have to grab some take out. Usually I don't write much reviews, but this time Wendy's at Lamberton and Curry Ford Rd really messed up. They gave me a burnt chicken sandwich. I was hungry and had to get back to some work, so tried to eat it, but it tasted very burnt, and with a stale, dried, hard texture. To top it off, they also forgot to add cheese that I had asked for...I have had previous bad experiences at this location before, but from time to time you want to give them another chance. We wanted to try the new Bacon Maple Chicken sandwich. We got the Homestyle chicken & we both thought it was too sweet. Probably would have been better with the spicy chicken. The smartass guy that took our order talked too fast & we kept asking him to repeat everything. The receipt said the host was Jan but I'm sure that wasn't his name. Terrible service I was in the middle of ordering Dave's single and the drive thru lady cut me off and told me to go to the second window not letting me finish my order.. Well, it was late; and, we had just finished with Van's Warped Tour. None of us had felt like eating much during the heat of the day; and, during the rain, so we decided to go through the drive-thru at Wendy's on the way home. I saw the new Bacon Queso; and, saw that Chicken was a viable option, so that's what I ordered. What I got, however, was a darn good tasting burger; but, it wasn't what I had ordered. My daughter did better with her Home Style Chicken Sandwich; and, her friends 6-Piece Chicken Nugget meal was fine. The frosty I got was so frozen, it was impossible to drink until much later (we stopped in the parking lot to eat.) I don't usually go through the drive-thru and now I remember why! The two cars in front of us EACH had to casually peruse every item on the menu before making a decision; and, "Umed, Ohed and Aahed" with every decision. I think they'd been drinking because neither could navigate the drive-thru lane very well. I feel so sorry for fast food folks working late night! read more

Went through the drive through. Wasn't really anybody there. The guy taking my order wasn't really friendly and mumbling the whole time then he asked me if my order was correct on the screen. Horrible service! There is always a problem or they run out of food or sauces. They have 45 seconds to get you out of the drive thru and if you ask for sauces they look at you like your crazy and roll their eyes at you. And, if you go inside be prepared to wait because they are always short staffed and have to service the drive thru first and then the miserable customers that decided to interrupt them inside. They definitely need to hire some more people and retrain them and the owner needs to learn that customer service is more important than being quick. You are better off going to McDonalds down the road better service and friendlier staff. read more

It was really busy Friday night around 7pm. It took 30 minutes to receive our order. My Asiago home style chicken sandwich was raw in the middle. Unfortunately, I found out by eating to the center. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. They did not apologize for the mistake, and only offered another sandwich. read more
