Fast food joints rarely get any reviews on here, so I thought I'd let you all know what I think of the Wendy's on Possum Park Road. Wendy's is my least favorite of the BK-Mc D's-Wendy's trio, but it's still pretty good. I like their spicy chicken sandwich, and I've never had it, but I hear the chili is really good (and nutritious). Still, the fries are bland, and I don't particularly care for the Frosty's. Also the prices are a little high and the service can be a little suspect (they have only one window in the drive-thru). In conclusion, Wendy's is aiiiiight read more

Everything needs to improve...The drive thru was full and no one was in line inside the store so I parked and went in...well it seemed as though ever employee was doing drive thru and no one was working the counter. The night shift team leader/manager Liz was extremely rude over the intercom while taking our order. She did not ask if we wanted any condiments and would just shout "what else!" And pull up! When I wasn't even done ordering I could hear her inside yelling at her team members after i explained to one of them that her mic was too loud through the speaker and she said she didn't care. if i could give this shitty place negative stars in would give them -10000. went thru the drive thru, ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget & medium diet coke. they gave me my order and the nuggets were so tiny. They were smaller than tater tots and tasted bland and flavorless. The Diet Coke on the other hand was gigantic. I didn't want that much soda. the employees are rude and this restaurant has got to be one of the worst fast food restaurants I've ever been to in my entire life, I will never go back. Went here to pick up some door dash orders around 12am on a Friday. Could tell the lady was having a bad day so I was trying to be super nice to her but she was still extremely rude and called me "you people" terrible customer service. She gave me the wrong order too which my customer was very mad about. Just purely ignorant. Avoid this specific Wendy's location like the plague!!! Drive through line was 8-10 cars back so I went inside because my son wanted some nuggets & fries for dinner. Employee taking orders was slammed because this location appeared understaffed (not his fault). Employee bagged my order and put a package of "heat-lamp" fries in the bag that were cold and had been sitting out since I ordered. I called him out on it and asked for hot fries. He proceeded to take the already cold fries and tossed them back in the frier. After a minute, he repackaged the re-cooked fries. Realize this is a case of "get what you pay for" and a specific reason why I rarely purchase fast food. I also avoid associating with losers that have no work ethic. Hopefully karma visits everyone who works at the Wendy's on Possum Park in the very near future. read more

Sat in the drive through at the order screen for 5 minutes at 6pm on a Friday and nobody answered. So I parked and went inside, only to find 5-6 employees socializing by the drive through window. They looked over at me frequently, but still ignored me for a good 5 minutes and carried on with their socializing. One employee was on his cell phone. The food was fine but the self serve drink machines were out of several beverage options and out of ice. This store is terribly staffed - Not in quantity, but certainly in quality; a testament to poor management. It makes me fear that quality and food safety measures are being half-assed or ignored entirely. read more

It is bat S&%T crazy in that place !! I order through Doordash and the drivers are AWESOME !!! It is NOT the Doordash drivers fault !! The are disorganized and they don't have enough people working there !! All my kid orders is 4 french fries , and we live 5 minutes away !! It can take up to a hour just to get them ~!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! When I have gone in it is also bat S&%T crazy !! I have 20 -30 minutes for french fries !! The manager can be nice but she i mean to the employees and sometimes even the customers!! That place needs a redo , it is dirty in there and once I ordered a salad there and the cheese was moldy ?? They didn't fill the frosty up all the way, and it was practically melted when I got it. It was so thin it was like milk. I get frostys for their thickness and this was like drinking milk. Disgusting. Never coming back ever again read more

Wendy's ultimate grilled chicken sandwich no matter where you get it is disqusting!. Here you have a OVAL barely cooked boneless 1/2 chicken breast smeared with oily mustard dressing plopped on a ROUND roll with tomato and letucce THROWN in. You pick up the sandwich ( a round roll with slimy chicken sticking out at the top and at the bottom because the chicken does not fit in the roll. You attempt to take a bite. As you grip the roll the slimey chicken slides out of the bottom of the roll and on to the tray. You are left holding a falling apart roll with a soggy piece of tomato and lettuce smothered in mustard slime. You loose your appetite. Through it away and never come back read more

Awful. Slow, inefficient service always irritates me, but it was after I finally got my food that I decided this Wendy's is awful. I ordered two drinks and was given 0 straws. But this is something else I can get over. The hair hanging out of my cheeseburger was something I can't get over. I called and after a wayyy too lengthy conversation of the employee not understanding or answering my question of how to get my money back, I was told I had to come back. After work I came back and stood in line for another 15 minutes to have the employees give me a hard time about the $1 frosty that did not have a hair in it and the fact that I wasn't given an itemized receipt.
