Was in the bathroom helping my 5 year old use the potty. Someone was having a bowel movement in the stall next to us. My son finished up and as I helped him wash his hands, the bm employee finished up and didn't wash her hands. Yuck. I went there yesterday morning to get breakfast with my sister through the drive-through. The car ahead of us look to be Spanish people and the lady in the window looked to be Spanish. I HAD THE BEST DINE IN EXPERIENCE at this McDonalds. The staff was attentive and brought the food to our table. It was 11 pm but they where awake like a person after a fresh cup of Joe. One of the staff even let us know that one of our lights was on. They went above and beyond and I felt the hospitality I usually only encounter in the south.Nice work! This location (Main Street) is the worst I stopped going there. We used to go every single morning for years. But the service and food quality has went downhill so bed we started going somewhere else. The breakfast shift is the worst, it's not the people on the shift serving the food. It's the employees making it. It's never consistent and they mess it up 8 out of 10 times. And lately the food is not even warm. It's like it's been sitting out. Or they burn the muffins a lot and they are hard bc it seems like they try to reheat them after too long. I even tried to call them and talk to a manager Maria but she was so rude and even hung up on me before I was even done talking. This is the worst Mc D's I have ever been to. Two terrible experiences. One time I went there and clearly said only onions on my quarter pounder. I had checked the burger and saw there were only pickles rather than onions. I told the drive through window guy I asked for only onions and he told me to pull up to the 3rd window. After waiting nearly 5minutes at the 3rd window, he gave me my burger. As I drove off and started eating it I noticed it was the same thing, ONLY PICKLES, what a jerk. The second bad experience was when I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit. I should have learned my lesson and checked before leaving, but I was in a rush. What do you know? I had to give 1 star in order to post this but they should have zero. The service here was terrible to say the least. I ordered online and the PR ladies NEVER want to give me sauce unless I buy nuggets. What I order online I should be able to get when I get to the store. They are very rude and nasty women. They also NEVER fill the fries up to the top. I always get 3/4 of a container. I never have a problem with any other race there, only these PR women. They refused to get me a manager so I called and was hung up on. I told them I wanted a refund since they could not give me my order and I am still waiting for my money back. I will never go back to this McDonalds. They should be shut down with the amount of problems that people have there, or at least change their service personal. We waited in line for 30 mins until we got up to place our order and had to wait another 10 minutes while no one was taking any orders and there was no one in the line in front of us. Could hear the people over the microphone saying "you're doing the best you can" to another employee. Do better McDonalds Main-street Newark !! If your dining rooms are "now open" than please tell your employees not to ignore the customers in the "dining room". Almost every time I visit this McDonald's they mess something up but today I didn't even get to the food! I walked away with nothing and will probably not be back to this location . As I walked in an employee ( middle aged Hispanic woman wearing a red sweater which covered up her name tag )was waiting on a customer at the counter, so I assumed she could take my order. I stood there for 10 minutes, was ignored and watched this employee chat and laugh with the other employees fulfilling the drive thru orders. The person in front of me had to ask this employee 3 times for her cup before she got it. A few minutes later I asked if someone could take my order and was told I would have to use the kiosk or just wait. I did not realize I had to use this kiosk and had this been communicated to me when i first walked in I may have but not after this employee blatantly ignored me for 10+ minutes . The really disappointing things is I think she is a manager. Way to manage!! Instead of sarcastically yelling have a great day when I said never mind you should have rectified the situation. This is the SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been to. Ordering 2$ worth of cheeseburgers and I sat in the line for 45 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. Not only that, they threatened to call the cops on me because the drive through window said "pull forward" and when I did they acted like I was an idiot for trying to order at the window instead of the machine, and said they would call the police on me because I said a cuss word.
