Physically, this is probably one of the nicest fast food restaurants I've ever been to. It's got super modern styling, covered outdoor seating, and there are a few screens as you enter. Which is all strange considering it's in the rather small town of Nephi. The food was also all good and made very quick. My reason for 3 stars is that when I came, it wasn't very busy, yet every single open table was dirty. Wow. Not the best Wendy's out there. Pros: -Most of the food was okay -You could order via kiosk in the dining room -Food came out quick -great 3 and under book for toy in kids meal Cons: -Nothing was wiped down -floors not cleaned -No paper towels in bathroom -Sticky stuff and ketchup all over condiment/silverware station -half the soda options didn't have syrup -no one bothered to pull down the blinds while the sun was blinding all the guests -two employees were just sitting in the dining room (I guess on break?) while all of these things were left undone. This Wendy's must be doing well, it recently moved to a new building just across the parking lot. And by the look of how many people were in the lobby enjoying a meal, I'd say that the move is treating them well. The entrance is oddly placed at the far north of the building-there's a large EXIT sign on the door that you'd think would be the entrance-I saw many people try to go in and then have to walk around. But when you do find your way to the right door, there are a few kiosks where you can place your order yourself. I watched as some people used them, and others went straight to the counter for old fashioned service. Either way works. Other than the odd setup of the doors, the bathrooms are also slightly of note. There's a hallway with a large sink and mirror at the end, then the bathrooms are on each side. Inside the women's bathroom there's another sink, but I don't know about the men's. The hallway sink is a little strange. The food was fresh and the order was correct, which is what matters most. I will happily return to watch the people try to go through the wrong door, wash their hands in the hall and figure out how to place their orders on the kiosks. read more

Did a mobile order as we approached the exit and the food was ready soon after we stepped inside this nice, new facility. The staff was busy preparing orders for the drive-through and several walk-ins. There are 3 kiosks just inside the entrance. Our Big Bacon Classic burgers were hot and fresh -- tasted great. The Chocolate Frosty always hits the spot. No complaints at all; enjoyed it visit here. read more

Three for the food, one for the staff. It's like they're looking through you. I stood for quite a few minutes with all of them looking at me before anyone even said hello and finally someone came up to take my order. There was no one else waiting and it took over 5 minutes to hand me a burger. The soda fountain was nice though and I was able to add vanilla to my coke. Inside was clean. read more

It has been a while--a loooong while--since I have eaten at Wendy's. Maybe one slipped in there, but it could be over a decade. And there's no particular reason, except that there always seems to be a better option out there. But there we were, just a couple of hours into a road trip and needing sustenance, and we pulled off for gas and I though I have gassed up here a million times, decided that for no particular reason except that there weren't really many other options, that we would eat here. The drive-thru had an exceptionally long line, this being a late dinnertime on a holiday weekend, and the dining room was closed/had closed/was closing/was about to close, so one of us was able to sneak in and order at the counter. I think the drive-thru is open late, but the dining room closes. It was still a good 15-20 minute wait for food, as they were slammed. I hadn't had their fries in a long while and I must admit, as fast food fries go, they're really not bad at all. I also had a spicy chicken sandwich, which was spicier than I thought it would be, and I was able to sample the apple walnut chicken salad. The salad was nice--I do remember them having a decent salad. Overall, it was a utilitarian stop and it met our needs with adequacy. I may not wait another decade to eat at Wendy's again, if only for those fries and to get a Frosty, which by my recollection is just awful in the very best way (or great in the worst way... I love this Wendy's i'm basically live at Wendy's every food I eat is from places like this and I'll tell you right now whatever they're doing they're doing it right the cookie was baked to perfection. The bacon was crispy. The lettuce was fresh. The buns were completely soft and I'm telling you it's much appreciated. I'm not a big fast food guy; I stopped by this Wendy's on a road trip to St. George just to get some food for the ride. While the food was pretty typical fast food, nothing to hype up, the service was great. Our group of four ordered in the drive through (the dining area is currently closed due to COVID-19), paid, and received hot, fresh food within 2 minutes of pulling up, even with a car ahead of us in line. I have gone there 3 times in a month been the only me and one other car in the drive thru and they have forgot a whole meal each time, I go There when I get off work when I have no time To cook or I pick my kid up and he is yelling at me he is so hungry and can't wait to eat. Fast food is supposed to be Convenient for family and quick well it is not convenient to Go back everytime cause they forgot food and by the time you get back you food is cold. While I went next door to the 7-11 for coffee my poor husband was left to deal with the sour attitude of the person at the counter. Open on Sunday. Same building with 7-11, gas available at this location. Cleanliness is a complete miss. Floors were gross. Flies on the floor. Coming home from Manti late at night this is one of the first available options. If you need gas as well it's pretty much a guarantee you'll hit this drive thru. I was in need of some spice. I've got a bidet at home so I decided to throw caution to the wind and go with the ghost pepper fries and a chicken sandwich. Food was delivered quick and I was on my way into the night, down the freeway towards home. As I sat in my girlfriend's sister's car prepared to feel the spiritual burn of the ghost pepper I got nervous. I excitedly opened the decent portion of fries and dove in. Nothing... No burn... The service is some of the slowest and worst I've ever had. Our order was wrong, and when I took my sandwich back they took it out of the wrapper, placed it on a new one, slapped some cold cheese and bacon on the old sandwich, and handed it back. It took forever to get our food in the first place, but then for us and the previous customers to bring our food back because it was incorrect is not right. We come here several times a year, and they just get worse and worse. To top of it all off there was human feces on the floor where you order, and no one was doing anything about it. Just skip this place. Flys everywhere. Ran out of American cheese, lettuce, and small cups. Long wait at the counter. Ordered my burger no bun. Location was dirty, trash everywhere and floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped in a few days. Fries tasted like they were sitting for longer than able to serve time. Asked for no onions on my dads hamburger because he is allergic and it had onions on it. If I wasn't just passing through I would've went back and spoken to someone about it. Pretty much the only maybe good thing I could say about the whole experience was my drink and it's because it was self serve and I can't mess up my own drink.
