Always a great experience at this Burger King! If there's one thing I've learned working in the fast food industry it's not the location, it's the employees working there that can make or break the stay. Kate was very kind our last visit, we were lucky to get her. The other employees we've had are pretty cool, too. Forget the McDonald's down the street - this place has better food and better coworkers. Make sure you use the app to save a couple bucks and eat the food ASAP so it doesn't get cold. read more

These reviews are ridiculous, chicken fries are neither chicken nor fries so you gave them one star? You obviously ordered something spicy and then was mad that it was spicy 1 star? The cream soda tasted weird..1 star? Seriously....it's a Burger King. The people in the store don't make the soda, they don't come up with items like chicken fries and they don't put spice on peoples food for fun. I'm rating this Burger King against other Burger Kings. The food was hot and fresh and the people were nice. Respectful stall, they correct any issues without hesitation and are very communicative when I come through everyday and always have a smile on their face. The food was good as always, always warm and fresh. Lighting inside is good as well as is their cooking times. Love the smiles when I come though. :) read more

If I could give this negative stars, I would. The employees were super nice, but the food.... I took a nice big bite into my burger and my mouth started to BURN. Stopped at this location on a road trip and they acted like they had never never seen Mexicans before. That or they were just rude af. Pretty sure someone built this Burger King, scooped up some kids from a near by field, and dumped them off here without telling them what they're doing or how to do anything even remotely close to their jobs. this review is specifically about the young man who works there. was at the tesla charger here, so i made a pit stop for an impossible burger. the dude who was cooking, running the drivethru, & handing us our food was fantastically informative & helpful. so much so that it's been months & i just found the receipt & felt the need to say so. burger king is burger king, sure, but this kid was exceptional. wish i could remember his name, but can't imagine there's too many employees there! so hopefully if you see this, thanks & you're great! :) read more

I don't leave many reviews but I will start now with poor fast food restaurants. And guess what Burger King in Nephi? Your the fist. I just spent $49 at the drive through on food and was surprised how quickly it got to the window. Unfortunately it was for good reason. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were from yesterday, same with the original chicken sandwich, both whoppers, my big fish and my 3 large fries we ordered. I was unfortunately I'm a hurry and didn't check anything before we left to get back on the interstate, but my wife, myself and 3 teenagers had to eat some of the worst food I've experienced EVER from a fast food establishment. I really hope others will follow suit and start reviewing these places as they seem to be getting worse and worse with no accountability. They also unfortunately failed to give me a receipt so I took a snap of my transaction online for proof of purchase. As a person that is constantly on the road for work I will begin reviewing any service I get (good and bad) from here on. Spicy chicken on the value meal tastes like dirt, but the atmosphere is unreal and makes up for it; surround yourself with with majestic vistas of beautiful mountains and agrarian lifestyle, all while enjoying some classic tunes in this high-quality modernized Burger King. Only rated a 1 since I needed to use a restroom, we waited 10 minutes at register without being acknowledged, witnessed employee scooping fries without gloves after handling money at register, then second employee open cough onto fries and nuggets, they were out of most sauces and no chicken for salad? Needless to say did not stay to eat. By far this was the worst fast food place I've ever been too . I realized now to write good reviews for all the great places we've been . It was a bad day at BK today in Nephi, Utah. We ordered an ice coffee and a smoothie. We waited for a long time and asked for our money back on our card after we saw an employee use a wiping rag (sitting on the counter) to clean the shaft of the smoothie mixer. Tables and floors were sticky, and the condiment counter was is disarray. We wasted a lot of time there. We should have looked at the conditions before ordering. Utah state should pay special attention here as there could be issues with food handling. The bathrooms were also in bad shape, BTW. The only urinal in the men's room was out of order. The kitchen could be in bad shape considering the general dirty conditions and the inability to get the food out to customers. read more

This is my first time ever leaving a Yelp review, but I felt like I had to say something. Everything seemed normal as we entered the facility but once we got to the counter everything went downhill quick - specifically: -They said they were out of grilled chicken and couldn't make a grilled chicken sandwich -The order-taker couldn't answer any questions about the vegetable burger -They were all out of fry sauce which they said they kept in limited stock -They were all out of applesauce (for kids meals) -Our baby had a blow-out and my wife went to change him in the ladies room and there was no baby-changing fold down, so she had to change him on the floor about a foot away from the call-the-health-inspector-disgusting toilet -The whole women's bathroom was disgusting and in bad need of attention -The trash in the women's room was badly overflowing -We saw multiple people waiting for their food, and the food was slow in coming -When we placed our order, they failed to give us 3 of our 4 cups. I then waited at the counter as multiple employees walked back and forth several times in front of me without once asking me how they could help me -On the positive side, the food tasted good. But this whole place could use some major management improvement, better training, and overall better customer service. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend ordered an A1 Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger but what he received was an A1 Hamburger with onions. We went back through the drive thru and the employee said they would fix it. We open the "replacement" which was just a hamburger with onions!!!! The cheese, bacon AND A1 were all missing. It took three tries at the speaker to get the order right. The employee at the window was dirty (outfit, jacket, body), rude (threw the bag at me, no pleasantries). When we checked the order, the cheese was missing from both sandwiches, the sandwiches looked thrown together, and the onion rings were old. I took the bag and the receipt back inside, and stood there for five minutes waiting to be helped. I was ignored by three employees, and was left waiting until I could go to the front of the line. I signed up for Yelp just so I could give this Burger King a review. The men's restroom had diarrhea all over the back of the toilet and the floor and had been there for a while. By the time I took my 2 year old boy in to change his diaper (also they didn't have a diaper changing table) the diarrhea had mostly dried and turned a little sticky and tracked through the bathroom and out into the main eating area. Also, the bun on the whopper they gave me had obviously been sitting out in open air for hours. It was dry and cracker like and broke in half when bent (not joking) Just not pleasant. We won't eat there again. I like Burger King, but find this Burger King shameful. read more
