Subway - Meatball Monday - Sandwiches Near Me - Nephi, Utah

Terrible customer service !!! Went through the drive thru and started ordering, the worker said he couldn't hear us towards the end. Got to the window and I handed my card to pay but I was asking about how much they were he had an ugly attitude saying well I couldn't hear you I made them how I imagined you want it and was going back and forth with me and at the end he gave me my card back and told me to leave and slammed the window!!! Waste of time and energy with this grumpy old man!!! read more

I got a sandwich the Food was good but the workers were super grumpy and one had his shoes untied

Workers closed early, went by at 9pm, the light said thy were open, all lights on, but the workers had left. Wasn't a holiday. Heart broken for my subway sandwich read more

We always stop at this subway on our road trips. It's an older looking building right off the highway but the interior has been freshly renovated and the bathrooms are always quite clean! The staff is really friendly and they always seem to be with it. Plus you always get a free cookie! Nothing unique about the sandwiches here they are a middle of the road Subway sandwich. read more

Clean. One of the best subs ever. Such kind people would totally recommend putting your sandwich in their hands

This was by far the best subway experience I have ever had in my life. Idk who the gentlemen is that works there but he is an artist.

they let you sit at the drive-through for 10 minutes without saying anything to you other than the automated message when you first pull up

Very close the freeway, which makes it one of the only choices for quick grab (unless you'd like a burger). The building is pretty run down, and the help was a little lost on the creation of the sadwich - yes this was weird to me as well. I felt bad becuase I was the only one there at first and needed to order 3 sandwiches, and it took FOREVER, by the time they were done there were 5 people waiting behind me a few had left. So, with this in mind, it is NOT fast food, and I may have been able to make it another 20-30 miles down the highway versus stopping here. read more

Subway - a sandwich and a sandwich wrapper on a table - Sandwiches Near Me - Nephi, Utah

Well, I certainly wasn't going to hit up the Taco Time at the main Nephi exit. I spent a week there one afternoon, so on a recent trip home I wanted a quick bite and Subway was the winner. I've eaten a lifetime supply of Subway in my life. It's a long story, but in college I ate there for free at lunch every day. I've eaten every possible sandwich combination, and then got creative mixing meats and cheeses. It's been ages since I ate at Subway, so I went back and gave it the old college try. Perfectly passable. Exactly what you might expect. This location has super easy freeway access if you're interested in a quick on and quick off, plus it's got a decent restroom if you're coming off a long stretch of miles. Other than that, expect your standard sandwiches in a semi-aging building. read more

Subway - Sandwiches Near Me - Nephi, Utah

3 stars on the Subway scale. No Subway is more than 3 and a half stars. The 5 star reviews below are obvious over-embellished fakes. Most the kids working here are good, a couple girls have rude, "I don't want to work here but my parents make me" attitudes. Prompt service, fully staffed. Adequate outdoor seating that is open for the Covid. Plenty of parking with EZ access off and on the I 15. read more

After reading the awful reviews, but not having many other options, we stopped by here. I really, really wanted to give this place a fair review, but so much is wrong with it. To start, we got in line. I ordered the July special, which was a oven roasted chicken sandwich. Or at least I tried to. They were out of the chicken. So I instead got a sandwich with ham and turkey. I asked for it to be toasted. While I was waiting for it to be toasted I watched at least 5 flies land on various meats and vegetables. None of the employees seemed to notice or care, it was disgusting. Somehow during the flyfest, my sandwich switched places with another guys and he ended up getting my sandwich. Once this was figured out there was a big, unprofessional fit about where which sandwich was and how such a thing could happen. Employee A blaming Employee B, B blaming A, both blaming the toaster, until their supervisor made them make me a new one. While they made me a new one, everyone else in the line had to wait. I'm not sure why they didn't help others as mine was being toasted, or why it was taking 2-3 people to make my sandwich, but that's what happened. So after a bunch of time I finally got to taste my sandwich. It was covered in the hot sriracha sauce. Way more than I've ever had on any sandwich. I love hot/spicy food, I love drenching things in sriracha, but this sauce was over everything. I almost think the girl did it just because she was angry at me for wanting the correct sandwich. Who knows, either way, the sandwich was awful because of how much sauce was on it. Oh, and as another reviewer said, they were out of promotional cups! I really wanted a Guardians of the Galaxy cup. read more

For a subway it does its job, the building is pretty cool and very different than most subways. It's clean the food was good and it helped me finish a long drive with a full stomach. It's conveniently right next to a gas station, which is nice. The employees are very free spirited and enjoy life. read more

Power trip manager! Other employees were nice tho. I asked for a chopped salad, the manager chic wouldn't let the girl chop it and said they don't do that anymore. I also asked for just a tiny bit more chicken, certainly not a double order, and the manager made sure I was charged for a double order. They only have plastic forks but since we were dining in, I asked if I could use one of their knives to cut up my veggies. The manager, of course, told the employee I couldn't. Reason? None. Super lame, but again, the other employees were all nice and tried to be helpful. read more

We stopped at this location to grab a sandwich before heading onto devils kitchen. Overall the inside was okay, not stellar. The women's restroom was disgusting. The lid on the toilet tank was off and on the floor, which I didn't understand until I went to flush the toilet. It wouldn't flush without actually lifting the valve actuator. Then when I went to wash my hands, because YUCK I had to touch the inside of the toilet tank, there was no soap in the dispenser. Glad I had antibacterial wipes in the car. read more

We stopped in since the long stretch of nothing was coming up and we were all hungry. This location is pretty standard. They had all of the stuff that is needed to stuff into a sandwich as well as the new promotional sandwiches I've seen in the newer commercials. My cousin ordered the new chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread. She enjoyed it. I was happy with the freshness of veggies on my veggie sub. They also had all the cheese and bread options. I feel like sometimes in random towns such as these there is always something missing. In any case my sandwich was adequate and held us over until we hit our final destination. read more

This is the best subway I have ever been to! Sandwiches great, cool drink machine. They have a really great patio! Totally the place to be on a summer night! Trailer doable parking lot read more

Where do I begin... there was an absurd amount of flies throughout the entire restaurant. They were buzzing around us and the food. When we went to sit down most of the tables had lots of crumbs and looked like they had not been wiped off in a while... while we were eating the oven would go off and then it would keep beeping and beeping until eventually someone turned and got it. (It took them a minute.) at one point there were no customers inside the store or at the drive through. 2/3 employees stood at the front of the store and just talked about the last customer and sat there. The 3rd employee was cleaning up front and restocking stuff. Overall I was not impressed. read more

Roadtrip, puppy is riding with me so my dining choices are limited on the I-15 to Northern Utah. McDonalds or BK or Wendy's or Subway. Normally a safe option, this is one to avoid. Bathrooms have waste bins overflowing, staffed by teenager, populated by teenagers. It's like frat house. Forget it. read more

Horrible experience. I made 2 orders online they only fixed one and then I had to wait. The first order was totally messed up and they wouldn't answer the phone. None of the sandwiches were made right. Except for the ones I had to wait on. Very disappointed for what I paid for. It was a waste of money. read more

Wow! This place is unbelievable. We couldn't even order because they were out of bread. What place runs out of bread when sandwiches are their primary business. They won't get any more business from me. Trust the ratings on this one read more

After waiting in line for 15 minutes the "employee" told us they were now closed and would not serve my son and I. It was now 7:15pm and they "closed" at 7pm, yet we were in the door at that time and they didn't lock the door. Horrible service, and no wonder they have the rating they do. read more

I went in here yesterday and ordered the best thing on the menu and the employee looked pissed off and started to make my sandwich. I would rather eat somewhere else. My sandwich was also sad. read more

At 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon they had no bread. They only had rye bread. So we left hungry. Not what we wanted to hear getting off the highway on our road trip. Irritating. read more

The staff was completely unreasonable and had no idea how to treat a customer. They kept telling me things like, "kid, quit being rude" and "you can't take your clothes off in here" and "I can't grab him! He's all covered in butter!" They wouldn't even let me pee in the sink even though the urinals are too low for me (I'm 6'7" on a good day). Also, not to be extra but it also smelled like my exes house and I hate her so that brought back some bad memories. Also The chick behind the counter wouldn't make out with me. 0/10 would recommend. If I was dying in a snowstorm I wouldn't come here (fun fact, I actually was). Just go to Wendy's. read more

These guys did a great job! We wanted a healthy, tasty, light lunch in a comfortable, clean place to break up the drive from St George to Park City and we got it. Sandwich makers friendly, good spirited, well mannered. Enjoyed our yummy sandwichs in the lobby's pleasant environment. Clean-enough restrooms appreciated too. Great value! read more

All I can say is dirty, dirty, dirty. There were flies everywhere. And I know it's a bad season for them but more than 10 is bad. That's a health code violation. There was dirt or mold around the food case. And all the veggies were mixed together. They just didn't care what was happening in their restaurant. They didn't care to clean up and things just looked sloppy. We will never come back again. read more

Restroom needs clean up. Soda fountain is very dirty. Service was sloppy. Won't eat here again.

We stopped in for a sandwich a and Kadence was working. He was so entertaining and great with my kids. He even got my 3 year old to tell him what he wanted on the sandwich! He was great! We stop again on our way! read more

Oh my gosh, BMT foot long with 2 pieces of ham 4 salmi and 4 pepperonis. If I wanted a veggie sandwich I would have ordered that. What a skimpy place. The Subway recipe calls for 4 ham 6 salmi 6 pepperoni. Won't be stopping in here again. read more

Walked into the resturant at 830 pm and the smell of bleach was so pungent that I walked out wiping my eyes. The floor was soaked and I couldn't believe that the young lady was serving under those conditions. This is a poorly run resturant and an absolutely poorly trained crew. This wasn't even close to the subway quality that I usually experience! read more

Extremely dirty, food all over the floor and benches, as well as soda making benches sticky, and all over the floor. Service was slow, and they seemed more interested in stocking and wandering around than cleaning. Sneeze shield over the food and veggies was also in need of cleaning.
