Very close the freeway, which makes it one of the only choices for quick grab (unless you'd like a burger). The building is pretty run down, and the help was a little lost on the creation of the sadwich - yes this was weird to me as well. I felt bad becuase I was the only one there at first and needed to order 3 sandwiches, and it took FOREVER, by the time they were done there were 5 people waiting behind me a few had left. So, with this in mind, it is NOT fast food, and I may have been able to make it another 20-30 miles down the highway versus stopping here. read more

Well, I certainly wasn't going to hit up the Taco Time at the main Nephi exit. I spent a week there one afternoon, so on a recent trip home I wanted a quick bite and Subway was the winner. I've eaten a lifetime supply of Subway in my life. It's a long story, but in college I ate there for free at lunch every day. I've eaten every possible sandwich combination, and then got creative mixing meats and cheeses. It's been ages since I ate at Subway, so I went back and gave it the old college try. Perfectly passable. Exactly what you might expect. This location has super easy freeway access if you're interested in a quick on and quick off, plus it's got a decent restroom if you're coming off a long stretch of miles. For a subway it does its job, the building is pretty cool and very different than most subways. It's clean the food was good and it helped me finish a long drive with a full stomach. Power trip manager! Other employees were nice tho. I asked for a chopped salad, the manager chic wouldn't let the girl chop it and said they don't do that anymore. I also asked for just a tiny bit more chicken, certainly not a double order, and the manager made sure I was charged for a double order. They only have plastic forks but since we were dining in, I asked if I could use one of their knives to cut up my veggies. The manager, of course, told the employee I couldn't. Reason? None. Super lame, but again, the other employees were all nice and tried to be helpful. read more

After reading the awful reviews, but not having many other options, we stopped by here. I really, really wanted to give this place a fair review, but so much is wrong with it. To start, we got in line. I ordered the July special, which was a oven roasted chicken sandwich. Or at least I tried to. They were out of the chicken. So I instead got a sandwich with ham and turkey. I asked for it to be toasted. While I was waiting for it to be toasted I watched at least 5 flies land on various meats and vegetables. None of the employees seemed to notice or care, it was disgusting. Somehow during the flyfest, my sandwich switched places with another guys and he ended up getting my sandwich. Once this was figured out there was a big, unprofessional fit about where which sandwich was and how such a thing could happen. Employee A blaming Employee B, B blaming A, both blaming the toaster, until their supervisor made them make me a new one. While they made me a new one, everyone else in the line had to wait. I'm not sure why they didn't help others as mine was being toasted, or why it was taking 2-3 people to make my sandwich, but that's what happened. So after a bunch of time I finally got to taste my sandwich. It was covered in the hot sriracha sauce. Way more than I've ever had on any sandwich. I love hot/spicy food, I love drenching things in sriracha, but this sauce was over everything. I almost think the girl did it just because she was angry at me for wanting the correct sandwich. Who knows, either way, the sandwich was awful because of how much sauce was on it. Oh, and as another reviewer said, they were out of promotional cups! We stopped at this location to grab a sandwich before heading onto devils kitchen. Overall the inside was okay, not stellar. The women's restroom was disgusting. The lid on the toilet tank was off and on the floor, which I didn't understand until I went to flush the toilet. It wouldn't flush without actually lifting the valve actuator. Then when I went to wash my hands, because YUCK I had to touch the inside of the toilet tank, there was no soap in the dispenser. Glad I had antibacterial wipes in the car. read more

They had all of the stuff that is needed to stuff into a sandwich as well as the new promotional sandwiches I've seen in the newer commercials. My cousin ordered the new chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread. She enjoyed it. I was happy with the freshness of veggies on my veggie sub. They also had all the cheese and bread options. Where do I begin... there was an absurd amount of flies throughout the entire restaurant. They were buzzing around us and the food. When we went to sit down most of the tables had lots of crumbs and looked like they had not been wiped off in a while... while we were eating the oven would go off and then it would keep beeping and beeping until eventually someone turned and got it. (It took them a minute.) at one point there were no customers inside the store or at the drive through. 2/3 employees stood at the front of the store and just talked about the last customer and sat there. The staff was completely unreasonable and had no idea how to treat a customer. They kept telling me things like, "kid, quit being rude" and "you can't take your clothes off in here" and "I can't grab him! He's all covered in butter!" They wouldn't even let me pee in the sink even though the urinals are too low for me (I'm 6'7" on a good day). All I can say is dirty, dirty, dirty. There were flies everywhere. And I know it's a bad season for them but more than 10 is bad. That's a health code violation. There was dirt or mold around the food case. And all the veggies were mixed together. They just didn't care what was happening in their restaurant. Service was slow, and they seemed more interested in stocking and wandering around than cleaning. Sneeze shield over the food and veggies was also in need of cleaning.
