It's a pretty simple place, you place your order at the counter and they bring it to the table, the fountain drinks are self-serve. There were a few customers already seated but our food arrived within a reasonable time and was still hot - we all order burgers and crinkle fries, I choose the Mad Dog Burger, easily a 1/2 pound of fresh beef, jalapeño mayo, fresh cut jalapeños and pepper-jack cheese with pickles, onions, tomatoes and shredded lettuce on a toasted bun - this was definitely a delicious hand crafted burger and we all three ate all of the burgers and crispy fries. The staff here is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was as we ordered it and that we were all happy with our lunch. This a burger I'd definitely order again and a place I would frequent if I lived in the area the prices are extremely reasonable especially compared to fast food. I don't know what would have improved our experience today it's a simple process maybe a few more napkins and a easy way to dispose of our trash after eating, the food met our expectations and was reasonably price so I'm going to say it was okay...
